We had a few issues on initial set up of unit. David was very professional and listen to my complaints and made sure We were good. Mike was very knowledgeable and got us up and running pretty quickly. He did such a great job that my husband said he would only want to deal with him for 6 month and annual check on AC . This is a very professional company and they kept us updated through the whole process.

I have been using the great people of Executive Air since the day I purchased my home in 2013 and they are the only H/VAC company I will ever call for any and all of my heat and air needs.Their service is the best around, their employees are polite and courteous and they leave the house looking better than it did when they arrived.If I could give them 6 stars I would because they deserve it.

Mike from Executive Air came out after hours to fix our AC that wasn’t working. From the time I called to the work being done was only about 2 hours. This is there second time in the past couple of years coming to my home and we received excellent service both times. All the employees I’ve met are friendly and professional.

Executive air came to repair our non cooling A/C in early June, replaced the capacitor and charged for “after hours” due to not being able to show up until about 6pm. All was fine as we were content. Less than 8 weeks later our A/C went out again due to what we found out later was the capacitor. We called for “24/7” service about 10pm. Answering service said call back in the am. I also filled out an online form for “24/7” service. No one ever responded. We called again in the morning to explain the A/C was out again and were told they could get to us “after hours” with another after hours fee and hope they would have parts to fix it before another sweltering night. We found another A/C company who arrived within the hour and said we had a faulty capacitor. Executive air refuses to take any responsibility for installing the faulty capacitor just 8 weeks earlier causing us to have two expensive service calls to replace the same part within 8 weeks. The faulty capacitor is forgivable as these things happen but their lack of accountability, empathy, urgency or basic customer service shows their lack of integrity. I’m also not sure why they advertise 24 hour emergency service as only an answering service was available to tell us to call back later. We were hoping we found our go to A/C company since we live out of state, but unfortunately they did nothing to make us want to call them again when it would have taken so little to keep us loyal customers.

Great service! Tech came out late on a Saturday, found a bad coil leak. No way to fix, had to get a new one, they were back out on Tuesday morning first thing and got it back up and running. Very nice and knowledgeable tech! Highly recommend!

Able to get scheduled quickly. Will was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He was a great communicator and explained the situation clearly. The house is cooling off quickly. Hoping replacement of the leaking coil will be as quick and smooth as today.

Had a new air handler and outside conditioner unit installed in September 2021 from long distance. The paperwork, payment, work etc was professionally done, and the photos they sent and communication as I was not able to be there on the day of the work, went above and beyond and is certainly appreciated

We have used this company for 15 years at two different homes, one of which had a hodgepodge ductwork because of several additions over the years which left the rooms unevenly heated and cooled. Executive Air removed all the attic ductwork and started over, so now we have excellent balance throughout the house. The company has been superb all these years.

Brandon, Adan, Drake installed two A/C units in my Beach house. This was an emergency situation between tenants checking out and new tenants checking in within 24 hours. The service was very professional and on time with a short notice. They also took a lot of time to explain all details of operation. They tided up the place at the completion. I would highly recommend Brandon and his team to everyone.

The company was fast in setting up a time to come. The technician was clean-cut, professional, and courteous. He was fast at diagnosing the problem and making the necessary repair. My only real complaint is that I was charged more than I expected. Besides, when I was given the quote, I thought that was the total cost - but there was an additional $75 (or so) fee (service cost) that was added to the quote I was given. It could have been my misunderstanding but I feel it was not made clear. In conclusion... I would still use this company again.

Five stars are not enough to cover the service I just received from Executive. I called Executive at 7:29am Friday morning and spoke with Penny who said she would have someone call me as soon as they were able. Four minutes later at 7:33am I received a call back from David to whom I described my problem (system not blowing any air) and who told me they had an opening immediately and could send their technician Mike shortly. Mike arrived about 8:00am. Mike quickly confirmed the problem, placed a call to his colleague who just happened to be at their supply store. The two quickly coordinated the purchase of the appropriate part. Mike then began the repair and was ready to receive the part when his colleague delivered it. He even performed a quick inspection of the unit while we waited. The new part was delivered around 8:30am, installed, and the system was up and running by 8:45am. From my call to payment complete at 8:48am, one hour 19 minutes. Im not sure if this would be a record for service for anyone else, but it sure was for me. Thank you to all involved. That was some of the best real-time coordination Ive seen. Thank you Mike for answering all my questions your knowledge, attitude, and all-around service was excellent. Hands down the best repair service Ive ever received!

The guys at Executive Air are awesome. Brian, Brandon and Will were knowledgeable, professional and very responsive. We called them late in the afternoon after a complete failure of our AC. They brought mobile air conditioning so that we could have a couple of cool rooms for the night. They took care of us with a new AC install and reconfigured the ductwork for improved airflow. I am super happy with the job. Its no fun buying a new AC, but Executive Air made it painless. They will always get my business.

I called to check on a new HVAC system as we had been having issues with the original system installed in our home. I was familiar with Trane, as that is what we have in our home in TN. They got back with me ASAP and did an inspection of our current system. After making several recommendations to increase efficiency, we went with them. Right on time, we had two excellent technicians, Will and Drake, who replaced and installed both upstairs and downstairs units along with making the necessary modifications to increase the efficiency. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and respectful of our time and property. The communication was also above and beyond. Kudos to a job well done!!

I recently had Executive Air replace my upstairs HVAC system. I’ve used these guys for about 3 years now on two different properties and have always had good results using them. On this most recent service, I worked with Brian who provided the system design and then with Brandon and Will for the system install. They were very professional throughout the process and took the time to explain things along the way. They had great attention to detail and cleaned up completely at the conclusion of the job. Danny was my technician and he was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and helpful in fixing my HVAC issues. I had Mike Folta come in today and essentially save the day for me. My AC went out the night before. I called Executive Air the next day and they were able to fit me in with an immediate service call. I have a very old unit so I thought I was going to have to buy a new one but Mike’s knowledge and professionalism found the issue straight away. Executive Air stepped in after two failed attempt from our Home warranty. We wanted to call them on the onset of our issues, but due to the warranty process, we had to use directed carriers. After a week of mis-diagnoses and non-responsiveness from other AC companies, we were approved to call Executive Air. They continue (installed two other system for us in the past) to do top notch work with great customer service. Their employees are always kind and considerate. They patiently explain the issue and the planned action for fixing the system. They respect our time and the in-light of our week and 1/2 non-responsiveness through the other provider they expedited the work and had our AC up and running within 2 days. --They are working with our home warranty provider to help us process the claim which is a battle of its own. - They never fail to impress with service and customer care. Timely and efficient service

Honesty=priceless! I called on Labor Day weekend for a stopped up drain in a rented condo. The tenant ended up unstopping the unit, I called and canceled the service call with no problems. I received a call 2 weeks later saying they charged my card by accident and that they were sorry and have refunded the charge. That is priceless in todays world and Executive Air will have my business forever!

We are so happy!! My wife, mother-in-law she is 89 years old and I arrived here in Destin about 10PM 6/13/17 and our condo was hot. I called at 8:00 am next morning local time Phil answered the phone he scheduled Matt to come out right away by 10:00 a blower motor was replaced and we were cooling! They where very through Matt and his assistant checked the outside unit and inside unit to make sure all was good.

I called upon these guys w/o checking any reviews - a property manager recommended them to me and if a management company is using them, they must be good!! I am shocked by the one negative review because my experience was very much the opposite. I received service immediately and David was very polite and addressed all my concerns about finding someone I could trust and depend on. I will now only use them and be more then happy to refer them to others. I was also impressed with the fact they donate part of their proceeds to great charities such as The Emerald Coast Boys & Girls Club, Alaqua and others.

One of the most professional companies I’ve had the pleasure to do business with.
