Metro Appliance technicians are always punctual, professional, and courteous. They are extremely knowledgeable but never make you feel like theyre trying to sell you anything. The repair guy showed up on time and the repair was simple but he stayed behind and cleaned the dishwasher even though he didnt have to do that. Really great service. Very professional and very personable.

Friendly staff and loaded the freezer for us. Bought the freezer on sudden need after accidentally buying a whole cow. Freezer works great and has a 90 day warranty. Even gave us $25 off because needed a little cleaning. GREAT PEOPLE

Dishwasher was leaking underneath. Josh came on time, thoroughly checked it out and discovered a small hole in floor of dishwasher. Gave an honest appraisal of the situation...the dishwasher is old and the repairs could be very expensive. We really appreciated the honesty and straight forwardness he showed us. We have purchased all of our appliances from Metro Appliance and have been thrilled with all of them. Recently we needed a repair on our washer that we have had for several years. Tyler came over and showed me how minor the problem was and had it fixed in 15 minutes. He was very polite and went above and beyond. Its hard to find that kind of great customer service these days but everyone we have dealt with have been extremely ind and helpful. Rates are reasonable and we will continue to purchase from them, although we dont have to do it very often since everything has lasted so long. They are a Christian owned company and it shows. Tyler did a great job repairing my leaking washing machine. The first technician who came out had already replaced the hose, but it was still leaking. Not sure if the part was defective or what, but Metro Appliance did not charge me for another trip and Tyler didnt charge me for swapping out the hose again. I will always call Metro Appliance for all of my repair needs. Im really impressed with their service and especially impressed by them not charging me again, especially as it had been slightly over 30 days since the first repair.

Bought a fridge from metro! Clean and great prices!

Customer service was terribly unapologetic. Repair guy came out, spent 10 minutes and informed me one of the fans wasnt working on our refrigerator and that if it still doesnt work after he did something to it to call my property manager. 2 hours later nothing was happening, no kicking on, no air cool or anything coming from the fridge. Freezer bone dry and hot as can be. Emailed property manager and was told the office at Metro appliance informed her that the tech had to get a part, hes on his way back now. 2 hours later, nothing. Took it upon myself to call Metro without going through property manager and when the woman answered the phone from Metro I explained our predicament and that the tech never said anything about getting parts or being back. The woman informed me that she messed up telling my property manager the tech would be back. All techs had gone home for the the weekend (had I been able to call 2 hours previous to this we could have gotten the tech back out... Instead we were waiting around for a tech that was never going to show up) completely and 100% the appliance companys employee that answered the phones fault. Completely unacceptable. Not even an apology. Tech was very nice though.

We have been working with Metro Appliance for several years and have never been disappointed. Great work and customer service.

We have bought a few items, and had good luck. Sadly, the fact that they deal in used and not new causes the inventory system to be a bit more problematic, but we have not had any problems. The delivery is not perfect, but I have actually found it to be more reliable than the big box stores. I noticed pretty much all the bad reviews were based off of delivery issues. The quality of the appliances we got were a good value. I prefer to pick up and install myself when I buy from any retailer because I hate waiting around, but that is not always possible.

I wanted an old style washer without so much automation and without the HE feature. They had exactly what I needed and delivered it in reasonable time to my house. They took away my old washer without damaging our walls or doorways. Metro backed up the washer with their guarantee, and it works just like we hoped it would.
