I had a screw in a tire and pulled in for a last second fix. They helped me out and got me in and out super quick! Really appreciate the extra help and great service!

When we came home from vacation and picked up our car from the airport at the garage we had a flat . We put on our spare and went to Tires Plus . 25 minutes before they close. They were only supposed to be taking appointments but they patched our flat tire anyways and got us back on the road. Thank you so much guys!! We couldnt get home without you!!! Thanks !!!

Went in for an oil change the other day, and may I say Ill never be going back. The manager Todd was nice but I the mechanic that helped me with my oil change was completely unprofessional. He did a poor job and spilled oil on my engine causing smoke, and when the manager asked him to wipe it down he proceeded to take my car on a 7 minute joy ride. I saw him drive out of the parking lot and down the street with my car and when he returned he still took another 15 minutes to wipe it down. Oh and if you want to feel unsafe in during this ongoing pandemic look no further NOONE working here wears a mask. Save yourself a headache and the trouble and completely avoid this place.

Ive been here a few times recently (unfortunate luck with tires) and they always try to help me out by fitting me in when they can. Its also the first place with a tire warranty that actually worked in my favor. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I were stranded with 2 flats on new tires on a recent trip to Denver. Tho this store didn’t have our tires, they went above and beyond in service by putting on my space so we could limp my suv to a car dealer. Bravo!

Needed some air for back tire

Brought in my van to get a new alternator and battery and the next day the car was running worse, I called and front desk guy told me to bring it in, I brought it in and the same guy asked me well is it running now? Wow 🥺. So long story short they ran some rest on it and said I had a bad alternator, I guess not realizing they just put a new one on the a few days before, they didnt charge me anything to replace it however my van hasnt ran right since. Very frustrating and irritating.

Had appointment. Waited 2 hours, still never got my truck in. I asked for my keys back and left.

Asked to get air in my tires due to tp low, was told ,that they are not allowed to put air in my tires due to covid and directed me to the air pump and was told very sarcastically I could get as much air as I wanted. Mind you my mom just took her car there on Friday and they were able to assist her. Not sure how covid is stopping you from assisting with putting air in my tires but ok. But u can assist with everything else!

Called to get the price to mount and balance tires. (Spare tires). Guy starts to tell me I need to replace the TPM valves. Ah NO! Good bye.

Great place and great people. I waited while my car was serviced. I have a toddler and a baby, here it was a friendly environment for my kids and i. My son was entertained the entire time.

Brought in loose wheels for tires to be mounted and balanced. Didnt clean the wheels so the tape weights on the inside fell off, one of the tires was counter balanced, now i get to spend my time getting them rebalanced.

They’re best for what there name stands for me and thats it. I wouldn’t recommended any other service here than your tire service they can’t change a measely light bulb in 30 minutes for me:/ plus i wanted both headlight bulbs replaced apon the day my right headlight went out and was denied getting my left one switched out with the right one. I was furious because tires plus would be the reason you get a ticket for a headlight being out unfortunately.

Yesterday my oil light came on and we had to add 3 1/2 quarts of oil and we are not due for an oil change for 1500 miles. This is the 2nd time. The first time they didnt put the oil plug in correctly therefore oil was pouring out. I must say it is the last time we go there

Be sure not to see rude manager here, you think you have bad day on tires, wait until you see manager then you will know what bad day really like. Spent a thousand dollars while they promise on warranty but when you have issues then not easy. I should have just taking my own risk by tires and go to little tire shop have them do without spent this much money can feel better. We will not come back here again. 1 star is more than enough because minimum required to rate, if negative star available would be nice.

GREAT staff. Ive taken my vehicle here for multiple services, but mostly oil changes. They always explain every detail of my service. Not all locations are the same as I recently had a bad experience at another location.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Fast and speedy service. Once truck was finished had vibration In my steering. Took back immediately, they took a look. These guys found the problem whoever balanced my new tires. They put weights in wrong location. This company took it in right away and fixed the issues. Very pleasant and professional. I will be a returning customer to this location.

Came in a week prior and there was no availability. Made an appointment for 2 new tires on the front of my car and someone came out looked at my tires and quoted me for 2 tires. My sister dropped the car off on my behalf as I was at work only to be told that I had to purchase all 4 tires and that it was company policy for an AWD car. This was never explained to me in the first setup for an appointment. They cut my sister off and were very rude to her about the whole ordeal when I wanted to cancel the appointment as I did not need 4 new tires. Disappointing to say the least.

I called for an alignment and was told to come in. I get here and am told they dont have the equipment to align larger truck tires.If you have equipment restrictions you should bring that up on the phone before I drive all of the way here to have my time wasted. Now Im scrambling to find a place thats available today when I could have just stayed home and made an appointment somewhere.

Terrible customer service. Short and rude over the phone when I had questions about buying new tires from them.Very poor service. Had to go back several times to fix an issue with the same tire. And they would always forget to put my tire valve stem caps back on my car!

They had no cream or sugar for the coffee, and were so slow putting tires on. Took two and a half hours WITH an appointment. Will go somewhere else going forward for tires.

Wanted 200.00 $ for small economy size car mini Cooper to be exact will not ever go to to this establishment for anything. Sucks

I had given them 5 stars, because I hadnt had any problems. But yesterday I brought my car in for an oil change at noon and they said I could pick it up in a couple of hours. I come back at 5 after work to pick it up and they said they hadnt gotten around to it yet.

Just had great customer service at this Tires Plus location. Visiting family in Denver, missed our exit and followed GPS to recover. Blew out the sidewall of our run flat tire on a railroad track (maybe an out of use one). While the store did not have our model tire, Fred T was able to get one in early the next morning. Fred was professional and a pleasure to work with. The Tire Plus service was excellent. We use our local Tires Plus at home and we were happy to find one so close to our tire incident location.

I came in on Sunday to get a new battery and new cables. When I explained what I needed, the man working gave an extreme attitude. I asked about the attitude, the employee went totally crazy, yelling, screaming cursing. I asked if I could see the manager, and he told me he was the manager, so I assume the mans name is Todd Moore. We came close to fighting, over this mans attitude. We will be reaching out to the corporate offices, to report this mans extreme unprofessionalism, and his extreme aggressive attitude. Needless to say, I cant recommend this place.

Really bad customer service.

Typical Oil Shop company. What do you expect from them? They couldnt even reset my cars oil light warning. They said my car was too new. My car is a 2008. I doubt this car is qualified as new. I was a little worried that they didnt even changed my oil. People, just change your own oil please.

I made a appointment at 11am. They weren’t even able to work on my car due to short staff. That’s the whole reason of making a appointment. I was already skeptical of going to this location! Never again, whatever u do don’t go there, unless u just need air in your tires!

Was driving a friend to the airport when my car started making a horrible noise while driving. It was a Sunday and I didnt have many options for places to go, and I really wanted to try to drive home. I stopped at Tires Plus and they test drove it and told me I shouldnt drive it and they could work on it that same day. There were complications and it turned into a bigger job than I had hoped, but the customer service they provided was great! I got a ride to the hotel and they had me gone the next morning. Thank you so much!

Terrible service. Refused to give me my tire back so I could despose of it myself. Refused to provide a parts list for a rotor repair. Claims jacked up price is a benefit because of break pad warranty.

I cant say enough. I just bought a brand new BMW and its my dream car. Only to find out that the dealership had lost the Locking hubs so I was not able to even get a new set of tires. The team at the store work with me 4/6 days trying to get this taken care of. By the time I was done I felt like a member of the staff. The entire time they were completely courteous and respectful and treated me like I was the only person in the store. They were finally able to fix my problem and now my beautiful BMW is on the road and ready to race. I cant say enough

We got a flat on a cross country trip. With 45 minutes to close Doug got our car in, replaced the tire, and we were back on the road in 30 minutes. Excellent experience.

Be very careful this are very dishonest people. When anyone pick up their vehicles from this place READ your service order before you paid or sing. This people breaks things in your car abd then writes them down as if it was already broken. Worst place for service. I brought in my car for an oil change. When I came to pick it up I noticed tape on the drive side window, I removed it and the window fell into the door. I went in and tell them they have broken the window and they treated me like I was dumb and said that the window was already broken.

Brought my truck in for a brake inspection, which took longer than quoted. The mechanic clearly had no motivation for meeting the quoted deadline as he mosied around the shop taking his time to do what should have been a 30 minute job (overall took about 1.5 hours). They came to me telling me I needed over $800 worth of work, which may be true, but I did not have the work completed as the mechanics work ethic was questionable. Sure enough, I found that one of my tires was not torqued properly which could have been very dangerous had I not noticed the signs. Whether the improper installation of my tires was a matter of incompetence or sabotage is up for debate, but needless to say, I will not be returning to this shop.Meanwhile, I was waiting for the work to be completed and a younger woman came in for a quote. After she left, the employee (possibly the manager) made sexually inappropriate comments about the customer.These people are rude, slow, and either incompetent or corrupt, both of which can mean extra cost to the customer.AVOID!!!!------------------------------- EDIT -----------------------------------------------------Just took my truck to Discount Tire and they told me all of my brakes and rotors were fine. Tires Plus apparently also lied about the $800+ of work I needed.

Ive been a long time customer for 10 years. I remember this place having great people working hard to give you the best experience possible. Too bad now all they care about is making profit even if they have to lie and overprice simple repairs, for example $90 for labor for replacing one brake hose plus$60 for the part or $120 for labor for replacing the two front sway bar links plus $40 for the parts!? I did both of these repairs In 30 min and paid $60 for all the parts. I honestly feel bad for people that dont have the slightest idea on making simple repairs on there cars. Sadly this place isnt what used to be especially with managers like Fred working there. Ill never come back

They said I needed a new tire because I had a nail in my tire. So I got a tire. The tire could have been patched. Then they said I needed a new battery. Wrong again I had the battery checked good !!!

Got TP creadit card some years back, been to multiple locations in colorado lots of business. I always schedule appointment and they always take cair of the costomers.

Excellent place to get tires, do maintenance and receive good honest advice. They will even inform you of maintenance needed later on down the line yet let you know to read your owners manual so you know theyre not pulling your leg.

Avoid this place. Total abomination. Took my vehicle there in a pinch. My front brakes were getting progressively tighter, starting to lock up. TiresPlus keep ordering parts and charging for service that was not needed and never fixed the problem. Twice told me it was fixed. Had to make an emergency exit from i70 and get a flatbed tow back. After third so called fix I had the vehicle towed to a real mechanic. TiresPlus had jerry-rigged a fix by cutting off a push rod in the master brake booster in order to get another part to fit. This left the vehicle with about 60% of normal braking power. Very dangerous and I can’t believe TiresPlus sent me out with such a compromised system. They’re incompetent. They upsell you parts and service you don’t need. I think they’re unethical and engage in fraudulent business practices. I’m never going back to TiresPlus and I suggest you avoid them too.

Was unable to pay with a check. After calling telecheck no problem with my account. Telecheck terminal never saw the trans action. Kind of embarrassing.

This place will up sell you on everything. As a caradvise customer they treated me as I was stupid about my car. They tried to over charge me for an oil change and then tried to tell me that they couldnt resend to caradvise and that I had to pay full price for the oil change. Will not be going back and have filled a complete to there corporate office.

Took in my car for an alignment. Which took a really long time. When the work was finally finished the tech took the car for a test drive. That seemed more like a joy ride and a downtime for him. The work performed was horrible I believe they didnt honestly adjust my vehicle. They will never get my business nor my friends or families. Waste of my time and money

Came in for tire balance. Agreed to clean battery on a 2015 car and they broke cable and terminal. Of course it was my fault and had to pay for it. I Should not have accepted the additional services. Also their estimate of time is ridiculous.

THIS WAS THE WORST CAR REPAIR EXPERIENCE! I TOOK MY SONS CAR IN FOR A NEW TIRE, OIL CHANGE AND DIAGNOSIS OF CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. WHEN I QUESTIONED THE $99.99 FEE TO DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE THE MANAGER MIKE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND DIDNT EXPLAIN ANYTHING. SO I DID NOT HAVE THEM DO THE DIAGNOSIS, THEN I PICKED UP THE CAR AND THEY DID NOT EVEN DO THE COURTESY CHECK AND SO I HAVE NO IDEA IF THE FLUIDS ARE OK!!! NOW I AM QUESTIONING IF THEY EVEN DID THE OIL CHANGE I PAID FOR!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

It took me 2 weeks to get in and once there, they never did the rotation of my tires and also never told me up front of the cost for everything. It is too expensive! $20 just for a tire repair and $23 for wipers!

If I could give them negative stars I would. I went here because its close and convinient, I had a nail in my tire back in February and rushed in before it went flat to get it fixed. They were able to take care of it but I waited about 2 hours (which I thought was pretty rediculous to plug a tire). When my vehicle was done I waited at the counter while the desk guy, who I think is the manager, was yelling at the techs because another customer had come in to have her tires rechecked because they kept losing air. Then he turns to me and complains about the other customer, he said some pretty awful derogatory things that I wont repeat here. I was very shocked. After that I decided I wouldnt go back...until today. I had a screw in my tire this time, I had already changed the tire to the spare(Im a pretty handy girl) and for the sake of closeness decided to stop here on my way to work to see if they could just fix the tire. I had already removed the tire, figured that would make it easier and faster for them and me. Oh no. I went in when they opened at 7am, and was told that it would be several hours before they could fix it, I asked if they could just fix the tire and throw it back in my trunk I could swap it later when I had time. He just shook his head at me told me that they were short handed and it would be several hours. Ok. Went to work. On my way home decided that I would try one more time. Stopped in 15 minutes before they closed. (I work in retail and I understand how annoying that is) but plugging and tire and reinstalling doesnt take more than maybe 20-30 minutes. I talked to the bald guy at the desk who I believe is the manager. I figured maybe they could be friendly and help me out and earn my business. Oh how wrong I was. I explained that I had a flat and needed it fixed and apologized for coming in right be fore closing. He snapped at me, NOPE! My tech is finishing his last car now. Then proceeded to tell me about how he had to get to a birthday party, I turned around and walked out while he was talking.I cannot believe that this company would allow their business to be run this way. Especially with the amount of complaints on here about them. I will never set foot in this building again until management changes and they hire someone capible of decent customer service. Ill be telling my neighbors as well.Believe me, its not worth the headache to deal with those ass hats. Go somewhere else and save your money, time, and sanity.

Tire had a slow leak. Stopped in to have it repaired. They told me they could not look at my tire and did not have an air hose that would reach the parking lot. Worst service I have ever seen.

Stinky tech smell in your car. Air caps missing and oil smudges on hood...these are the least of your worries...the best was when they forgot to tighten my lug nuts and two fell off and the others were loose. (they gave me a free oil change to fix that mistake).I have been to this location at least 15 times because they are the closest to where I live. They do the absolute bare-minimum to keep me coming back. I wouldnt recommend them unless you live very close and have a lot of patience . Luckily I am moving and never have to give them my business again.

Horrible service! I dropped my car for a flat tire repair at 11:00 AM they said come back in two hours, I came back at 5:30 PM, six and a half hours later and they didn’t even touch my car. The place is a dump with horrible customer service.

Not happy with them. We have had to bring our car back because of their poor qualify work. They did not replace screw where they should be. First time was in January when we first brought it we have to come back like 3 days later then now today August I have to come back cuz Ive been driving the car with the lose shock they never put the screw back on it and its brand new
