I have been going to get my oil changed with these guys for at least my last few. Never had any issues. A local business and I try and support small business as much as I can. I went in for routine oil change. They offered me an air filter change and I declined. I purchased one at the part store. When I went to change the air filter, there was a screw missing from the housing they had removed earlier. I went back and asked about it. The gentleman claimed it was already missing. Why didnt you tell me about it? You were the only shop to take this assembly apart that last time. Now, I have to track down the screw, and repair it. Does anyone do quality work anymore?! Either way, I will not support a business like this.

Usually, I have been going to Autalube in Aurora for the past 3 years, which was convenient because it was between my workplace and home. Unfortunately, they are no longer in business , and I was worried that I wouldnt find another fast and efficient place to do my oil changes and dreaded to go to a Dealership. I found Express Car Care randomly on Google and was excited to see how close it was to my home (within a 4 minute drive). They are reasonably priced and very friendly. I will be coming back for future services and will be recommending my friends to come here.

It was my first time here, I arrived right at 8 am and got in for my oil change right away! Within 15 minutes there were at least 6 other customers who arrived for service. I was out of there by 8:30 with my oil changed plus wiper fluid and a courtesy check of filters. Service was efficient and friendly! I felt very well cared for during my 30 minute visit and will definitely be back.

Glad I found this shop. Very organized and well priced. I had a special order which was taken care of faster than I expected. My car feels like new after blowing her shocks on the pothole streets of Denver.

No wait, fast service. Prices are a little deceptive on oil change, they dont include oil filter or disposal so its like 50% more than their sign says.

I can tinker with just about anything. And with youtube Ive been able to replace spark plugs I couldnt find, master cylinders, o2 sensors, radiator, install various electronics, tow hitch, back up camera, etc... just saying I try to fix things on my own. I couldnt figure out why my AC blew about as hard as a 90 year on a birthday cake. Spent too much time trying to figure it out. Took it down to Rob and he came out and took a look at it in the parking lot. Had me turn it on, pop the hood. Theres a filter behind the glove box... Dont lie and pretend you knew that. A second filter, not the one the oil change places always up charge you for, a small Kleenex sized air filter. He pulled that thing out and boom, the AC blew like going to work on Mondays (hint that blows a lot). He didnt charge me a dime. Didnt even try to sell me a new one, just told me to grab one next time Im at an auto parts store. 25 years Ive been driving and didnt know about this secret filter. I could give more stories but heres the bottom line, Rob is probably the most honest person in the industry and operates a family run business. If he cant help you his son will. And if he cant help you his other son will. Theres a legacy there and that means something in a time like this. These guys are absolutely awesome. Great integrity, hardworking, genuine and helpful. I have often felt uncomfortable at mechanics, the feeling they are taking advantage of me being a woman. I had the exact opposite experience here! Instead of taking advantage of where I lacked knowledge they took the time to inform and educate me on things I could have serviced. It was more of a discussion of what would be best to be done rather than scare tactics. They are very friendly and honest with great service. I cant say enough positive things about this shop!

Went to a different shop and was quoted 400 dollars for an issue. Called Express Car Care for a second opinion. Rob (owner maybe?) gave me advice to fix the issue myself for 10 dollars and then come in and check that it fixed the problem. His knowledge of various car systems is clearly so thorough that he was able to determine the real issue was just my gas cap and the 400 dollar fix may not be necessary. I followed his advice and brought the car in, he verified the issue has been resolved. He saved me 400 dollars to no benefit of his own. This is my go to shop from now on. Your kindness and expertise have been so appreciated.

Amazing service! Stopped for a quick oil change without appt around 245pm and they had me out in 20 minutes. Topped off fluids, cleaned windshield etc. for me without additional costs. My heater was not working consistently, it was blowing warm on the passenger side and cold on the drivers side of the car. We were told they would do a diagnostic test to determine the problem. We told them we thought it was the Actulator blend door. They quoted us a $1000 plus, which was already to much, and unfair! I left my car against my better judgment, they said they would call the next day. The next day they said it was going to be $1250.00! I asked why it was so high? He said they were going to have to remove the dash, and the steering wheel! I told them they were being unfair and dishonest and picked up my car. A few days later I took my car to Merkls in Wheatridge. They did a diagnosis and fixed it in four hours. All it needed was a heater core flush! $222.00 and they did not charge us for the diagnostic test. I will never go back to this business! Shame on them!

Went for an oil change was recommended power steering flush and brake fluid flush both which was done less then 5000 miles ago, and multiple other maintenance that where recommended without checking them over.... also they claimed to check my tire pressures and I check it one block later and it was also not correct and had to be adjusted. I get a business needs to bring in more business to keep the doors opens but its pretty sad when you dont even get the services you paid on 77 dollars for an oil change.

I had a bit of a mixed experience today.On the positive side, they were up front about cost and were able to get my oil change done quickly and at a reasonable cost. They also showed me the dirty air filter that needed replacing instead of just telling me. I appreciated that.On the other side, I came in on a recommendation from my usual place because they were busy. I was hoping to get an opinion on what needed to be done rather than just checking boxes on service based on timing. So I paid for the $45 full inspection package (even though my usual place provides that information as part of regular service). They came back and had essentially priced out the list of things to do based on acuras list of things to do based on mileage. There was no printed report or any recommendations based on the inspection. I asked if any of the items suggested were based on the inspection and he said no. He said there wasnt any way to tell what needed to be done based on sight. And one of the recommended items was the $1200 timing and serpentine belts that I had recently done at my regular place. When informed of this, he seemed frustrated at me and said he would need a complete maintenance history to know what needed to be done (which he had never asked for). I wasnt upset about it being on the list of estimates, but I felt like he was angry at me about it.So after all of this Im feeling like 3 stars is generous. But Im happy with the service I paid for except the full inspection, which Im not sure I got any value out of.

AMAZING! It was time to change my brakes and the original place I went to quoted me and said it would be $500. I called Express Car Care and made an appointment with Rob for the next day. I was in and out in 1 hour, they did the inspection & changed them for me so fast. Best part about it, I only paid $195. Thank you ECC!

Several people in my office recommended Express Care Care to me.I have been coming to this place now for 4 years and have had an excellent experience every time. I have used them on 5 separate occasions and they do solid work.Costs are well communicated up front. If they start getting into the work and discover something that wasnt part of the original estimate, they call before proceeding. Overall I believe their prices are fair, and I have never felt pressured to buy anything outside of what I need to have done.Rob, the manager, is a great guy to work with as are the rest of the crew in there. I for one appreciate seeing the same faces or mechanics when I visit over the years. (High turnover in a business in staff can be indicative of bad management or unhappy workers. Not what you want in a mechanic).If you are looking for reliable service and good rates, I would highly recommend this particular business.

They were fine. I called and asked if they fixed turn signals. Not everybody does. The man on the other end was polite and told me that they did. I went in and they werent inattentive. And they werent rude. They werent great. The waiting area was fine. Not comfortable. Not special. They changed the bulbs in my turn signals. I paid my bill and left. It was fine.

I needed an oil change fast because I was just visiting and my car light turned on. My 9 mo old happened to fall asleep in her seat on the way there and the mechanic used the basement set up option which let me stay in the car with her for the oil change.

Its hard to find an auto shop that one can trust. The guys at Express are solid. Ive been taking my Tacoma to them for several years now. After we moved to Cripple Creek I now hold my vehicle maintenance off until I get to Denver so I can take it here. They know what theyre doing. Their rates are reasonable. They dont try to get me to do things that my truck doesnt need. They treat my wife with respect and take excellent care of her car too. Five stars is less than they deserve.

Travelled through Denver during my military PCS from Alaska to Oklahoma and needed a quick oil change and tire rotation. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They quoted me 40 minutes for the all of the work and had me in my car and back on the road in 30 minutes. I was happy with the oil change service that this shop provided over the past year that I had been going to their shop. I went to them with a flat tire several weeks ago and my opinion changed. The younger guy that put my spare tire on and then replaced my tire when I brought in the extra one was very helpful as usual. He quoted me $15 for a mount and balance. An older man met me at the register once the service was complete. He informed me that the mount and balance price had changed since I had low profile tires and the cost would now be $24. He said that they were more challenging to mount and balance. I paid and left. As I was leaving I felt taken advantage of. They could see the my tires were low profile prior to having the service done. There is no reason why I should have been charged double the quoted price. Especially since I just had my rim replaced at a different shop today and they charged me $12.50 and quoted me between $12 and $15 for a mount and balance prior to their service. I had not experienced anything like this from Express Care of Denver before. I am disappointed and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Ive had to deal with shady places in the past, and it is really refreshing to have a local business to go to that you can count on and trust. In additional to oil changes they always remind me when other things are due based on my mileage, and never pressure me, but give the heads up in terms of care. I recently got an oil change here after driving around for a solid two hours trying to take my car to other places in the area. I got here just in time and was in and out in under 45 minutes. Bravo! Also, it smelled like a meadow of fresh flowers in the waiting area. That was such a refreshing experience compared to the normal smell of oil, grease and chemicals in most establishments that have anything to do with vehicle maintenance.I also received a very nice, handwritten thank you card in the mail after visiting and a Starbucks gift card to boot. Yay! Definitely will visit again.

Weve been taking our cars to Express Care for a while now and I couldnt be more content with everything about their service, especially the quality of their work and customer care. My first car has been serviced by them for more than 10 years, and it now has over 300,000 miles and still runs like a champ. I just bought a truck and have been taking it to them, and they not only serviced the car but educated me on the trucks nuances and how to be more aware of general preventative maintenance. The prices are a little high. The oil change was 52 bucks for conventional. I can get an oil change at Big O Tires Centennial for 35 bucks for the high mileage oil. I did not have the time to run to Big O because I live in Aurora and had to make it to work later. I asked about a simple diagnostic and that is 65 dollars. At Big O that is free with your oil change. Sorry but the prices are too high. No complaint about the service.
