This is by FAR the worst service experience i Have received ! Took my truck in for a simple oil change and this is what we drove off with not only putting my life in danger but my families as well and other drivers on the road! And i only received a SORRY FROM THIS SERVICE CREW UNACCEPTABLE NEVER COMING BACK

Worst service dept Ive ever experienced.

I scheduled an appointment at AutoNation Chevrolet North for some warranty work to get completed. I arrived on time and was asked to wait in the lobby. I waited an hour. Nothing was done. They never touched my vehicle and then told me they wouldnt be able to complete the work today because their techs were leaving soon. So I wasted an hour to have nothing done and told to reschedule. While I was waiting I overheard another customer complain about their wheel falling off almost immediately after having their vehicle serviced at this location. I will be servicing my Chevy elsewhere and I would recommend others to do the same.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE FOR REPAIRS HERE .AFTER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT A WEEK AGO AFTER I DROVE TO AUTONATION CHEVROLET FROM LARAMIE, WY. 300 MILES which is FOUR HOURS AFTER I WAITED ANOTHER THREE HOURS AT THEIR WAITING ROOM LATER HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME WITH A STRAIGHT FACE we are sorry THAT THEY DONT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT TO DO THE FLUSH I REQUESTED ON MY HYBIRD VEHICLE WHEN THEY KNEW WHAT I ASKED TO HAVE DONE FROM THE BEGINNING AND THEY ALREADY HAVE GIVING ME THE COST OF THE SERVICE of approximately $200. Very bad customer service Director Aaron Ivey no responsibility very arrogant I had to beg Bill Spratte NO TITLE to write on my invoice why they couldnt service my vehicle see PHOTO. NO GENERAL MANAGER ON Premises. I AM sure if I would have gone for diagnosis they wouldnt have any problem charging a diagnosis Fee if I wouldnt have fixed it there. 3 STARS ITS BAD TAKE MY WORD. Not even a car wash offer for all the dust I got driving from Laramie. WY.

Honestly, take your car to another service shop before coming here. They diagnosed my vehicle on an issue that wasnt correct and tried to upsell me on other services. When they did their temp fix my car came out driving much worse than when it was brought in. I took my vehicle to another shop recommended by a colleague and they fixed the issue and did a major maintenance all for cheaper then what this place charged. I am so disappointed with this location. I was basically charged $450 for maybe 45 mins of work and an incorrect diagnose which in itself is $179. I was really thrown off by their guessing. Especially since youre essentially paying for dealership services, tooling and training. So lazy.

READ THESE BAD REVIEWS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE!!!!!My wife and I gave 24 hour notice to a salesman named Gauge that we would be driving down from Colo Springs to see a $50,000 dollar truck, when we arrived the truck was filthy dirty and even had animal hair along with trash on the floor boards. Gauge was a TERRIBLE salesman and clearly did not care that he wasted our valuable time nor did he care that we were upset. I told him that he should be embarrassed of his presentation of a 50K truck and that we would NEVER do business with him or any other salesman from this joke of a dealership. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FACILITY OR ANY OTHER AUTO NATION FACILITY. Rude, disrespectful, and does not have your best interest in mind. Giving 1 star is a compliment but that is as low as you get to post. All the other negative review are legit !

Never had a problem getting my car serviced here

I brought my car here and they charged me $700 To get it diagnosed and they said it would be $2500 to get it fixed and I said no I will take it somewhere else and good thing because I got it fixed for under $600 these people will try to rob you and on top of that they didn’t even put everything back together correctly, The person I dealt with was Gabe and I would not recommend going there

Not happy right now took my car in almost a week ago to get it back today with the check engine light on my husband went to pick it up and as he was driving it turned on they said they fixed everything and it got signed off saying no check engine light was not on I had to drop it back off for them to look at it again this is extremely frustrating to me not only did I never get calls back to see what was going on the car for 2 days now I have to go more days without a car
