It is hard for me to write about my experience here without sounding promotional. I took my VW Beetle in for repairs thinking that I had low transmission fluid. Upon realizing that the fluid was full, the mechanic performed a plethora of diagnostics and eventually found problems with the engine speed sensor. He was able to replace it that day and the car has been running great ever since. Moreover, he kept in regular contact with me while trying to find the problems. Returning to Heidelberg, I was expecting an insanely high bill. However, I was only charged for the part and labor of replacing the engine speed sensor. Heidelberg had every opportunity to gouge me, but was more than fair and did great work.

Good service at fair prices. I brought my used Audi in for diagnostic work and a quote, and found the prices reasonable. We scheduled a day to get the work done and it was completed on time. They did the timing belt package, control arms, front shocks, and a gasket.Due to their workload I had to schedule the diagnostic and work about 3-4 days out, but it was worth the wait.Ill be a return customer.

Took my Sons Audi A-4 in to get it looked at because the check engine light came on. They looked at it right away and hooked up to the diagnostic computer. P0299 Code came up and went through the turbo. Replaced the diverter valve and he is back on the road. I highly recommend Heidleberg Motors... customers for life!

If you like your concerns about your car being blown off, this is the place for you! the woman on the phone was rude and condescending to me every time we spoke, and the mechanic didn’t even look at my car and even admitted he didn’t look for any issues. i took my business elsewhere (where the actual issue was found and fixed) and will not be back or recommend this shop to anyone!

I scheduled 2 weeks in advance with a promise to have the car back that morning, it wasnt started until afternoon but i did get the car back same day at least. Then I receive a call quoting me more than $100 higher, thankfully it was straightened out after several more calls. They left greasy fingerprints on the hood. Parking is a challenge you have to drive on the sidewalk to get in and out; I hit the telephone pole which caused damage to my car. I wish I never came here.

Mechanic charged $50 to tell me that my fuel gauge was broken and my car was out of gas. Did not even open fuel tank compartment to analyze problem with the valve itself. One overworked mechanic was working and it took 3 days for him to even look at it after which he obviously wanted to be done with my car and on to the next as soon as possible.
