Let’s start off with the building and how beautiful it is ! I had a custom blend done for me a few months ago. Michelle is amazing and is very knowledgeable. My favorite part was the vault that your blend was created in, very personable! Definitely recommend!

I had a friend who came in to get an ash blonde Balayage, and her hair came out PURPLE, BLUE and GRAY with only a couple strands even colored. She showed the stylist plenty of pictures of what she wanted done. The stylist she had was Jessica and when she went back in to get either her money back or have her hair fixed the girl at the front desk (Kiara) had an attitude and refused to give her, her money back and the stylist refused to touch her hair. Neither of them tried to help in any way, so now my friend who paid a lot of money has to deal with this mess of hair, and this salon doesnt even care. DO NOT GO HERE! (the picture is what her hair looked like after her visit)

I have been a client of Jackie Mollendor for many years and followed her to each new salon. She knows how to cut my hair (with all its quirks) and make it beautiful. Her knowledge of coloring is extensive and my color was always beautiful. I recently decided to go natural with my gray. She made the transition so easy and I had many compliments on both my cut and color. I highly recommend Jackie.

I went to Phia for my birthday with my mom and had an AMAZING experience! Pro tip - you get a free energy mist on your birthday 😁 we both got pedicures with Mary who is also a massage therapist - she was so detailed and really took the time to make us feel relaxed and well taken care of. 10/10 recommend for anyone in the Denver area!

Amazing customer service! About six years ago my sister took us to make custom perfumes at their old location. I recently just found my samples, and realized I never placed my order. I called the new location and they were able to locate my file and immediately sent me the scent that I had made so many years ago. I couldn’t believe they were so kind and send it to me immediately! I received the bottle today and it brings back so Many wonderful memories! Thank you so much for doing what you do!

Brittany does a fantastic job on my hair. I followed her from another salon because as you ladies know, once you find someone who makes your hair perfect, youll follow them anywhere! She also did an amazing job on my 9yo daughter who has ridiculously thick hair. SO MUCH more manageable now and no more tears. I have been getting my hair done for 15+ years. My visit to Phia was enjoyable. The building is beautiful and everyone in the salon was very pleasant. Jackie did my hair and she explained everything as she went along. After 15+ years I am not sure I’ve ever had a stylist tell me about the ingredients in the products or explain all the steps as we went through them. Maybe some people aren’t interested in some of this information but I found it super interesting. I also absolutely loved my cut and color!! Phia is such a unique place. I can’t wait to go back!

I love this salon! Julie is incredible at what she does. She is so creative, talented, and knowledgable, and she has the best recommendations that are always a perfect fit for me and my style. Every time I leave the salon I feel amazing, and people have literally stopped me in the streets after an appointment and complimented me on my hair on multiple occasions! Wonderful atmosphere and location. Was very easy to find and I loved the energy inside! If you want a master artist, get booked with Jackie! She nailed my preference for a subtle tinge of color and I love it so much. Shes very knowledgeable and actually mixed the dye herself in order to get a unique color - matching the hue that I wanted perfectly.

Meredith is like no other Hair Professional. I have experienced many and she is the only one that does my color just perfect and is absolutely, hands down the only one who can do a hair blowout and it lasts for at least 7-10 days! Shes the best!

I was fortunate to spend a few hours today with Mary who did my pedicure and gel manicure. I absolutely love the results and will definitely be back to see her again!!!

I went her last week for a hair cut with Julie Nestelberger for the first time. It was amazing! Heres why....1. She got me in same day!!2. I have curly hair so I was a little worried about how the cut would look with my hair and she was blowing it out for when I left. The blow out looked great by the way! She offered that if I didnt like it curly to come back in and she would fix it. It looks great curly too!3. I was in and out in less than an hour with a cut and straight. Unreal.4. They offered me a drink (including wine!).5. The salon staff were so friendly too!I found a new home for my haircut!Thanks Julie and Phia Alchemy!

I had a wonderful massage with Mary! I have damage in my neck due to a whiplash injury and was feeling pain and stiffness. She found all my sore and tight spots and eased them out with her excellent, therapeutic technique. The overall massage was so relaxing and now its one month later and Im still pain free! The spa is lovely and in a neat historic building with friendly and professional staff. The treatment rooms are very clean and nicely decorated also. A great place!

Jessica is the ultimate stylist for people with curly hair. The cut stands up over time for those people who cant make it to the salon every month. She does innovative work with coloring. I have a pink ombre that doesnt fade even after a few months between coloring. She always has great suggestions to change things up without the change being too drastic. I would never let anyone else cut my hair.

I received my first haircut at Voila Salon Spa & Parfumerie last night and I couldnt be more pleased with the customer service and haircut. I have been receiving compliments on my haircut all day at work and I highly recommend Mia as a hairstylist. The salons building is amazing, they offer wine and beer before your appointment and they even had my favorite snack--Oreos. Mia was professional, personal and an overall great person. I had the best pedicure in my life at Voila! Last week, Karen did an amazing job. It is reasonably priced and totally worth it! It was also very clean and she took her time, making me feel important. I cant wait for this pedicure to wear off so I can go back in. I will do the reflexology add-on next time!As far as the salon itself, I loved the building/atmosphere and even better, how they were playing interesting and old music (not crappy pop/mall music) and old movies. And Tyler was very sweet and charming at the front desk. If you have the chance, GO!

Jessica is amazing!! Everyone who touches my hair says its the most difficult to cut (too many textures from super fine to course, super curly to straight and enough hair for 3 people). I have had more bad haircuts than I can count. Finding Jessica was a God-send!! My hair is always perfect when I leave and shes so sweet and personable. I wish there were more starts to give her!

I came here to see David (ChaChi) about 4 years ago. Hes the only person Ive found in Denver that Im happy with sitting down and asking his opinion on what would make me look best. I have not yet walked away dissatisfied.My wife recently tried this salon out as well, and has decided this is now her new place after trying multiple salons over the past few years.

I had a wonderful hair adventure with Nigel. Hes gotta be the most knowledgable hair stylist Ive ever had the pleasure of letting touch my mane. I went in with hopes of a ordinary good quality hair cut and what I got was all that and 10xs more. He cut it beautifully, and did a deep condition and also styled it just because he thought it would look pretty and didnt charge me extra for it. I will literally only go to Nigel from now on. You have got it have an experience with him!

This review is only applicable to their nail services. The staff are all really nice and the salon has a really cute interior, however, I thought the gel manicure and gel pedicure I got here were just okay. In all fairness my nails were shorter than they usually are and more difficult to work with, but I have still gotten much better manicures at much cheaper nail salons. For the price of the manicure and pedicure, $40 and $60, respectively, I was expecting Gelish or CND or similar. They just had a very limited supply of OPI gel, the smallest selection Ive yet to see at a nail place. Also, on the booking website it said the time for the manicure would be 75 min and the pedicure would be 90 min. My entire appointment took a little over an hour and a half which is supposed to be the time for just the pedicure so youre not really getting the time you payed for. There was a short foot massage with the pedicure, but nothing for my hands except for a scrub I applied myself - they werent even soaked in water. In my experience, other salons charging this price do full hand and arm massages, hand soaks, and usually some sort of moisturizing treatment with hot towels. When I got home, I also noticed small spots on almost every nail where the polish was uneven or missing completely. This sounds like a great hair salon, but if they want to maintain their current level of nail services, they definitely need to lower their prices.

I had an ecxellent experience at this spa. I went in for the HydraFacial and was seen by Lauren Shafer who was very friendly and accommodating. She was very knowledgeable about skin and gave me some great advice as how to maintaine a youthful skin. This place is great for men who want to take good care of themselves.

Strongly recommend Phia Alchemy Salon Spa for any style cut. The staff is specialist in color corrections for all you girls out there.
