This nail salon is like going to a high end spa. It’s very clean, modern and cozy. The staff are professional and always asking if they can get you anything - water, coffee, warm neck wrap, blanket, etc. And Paula does the best nails in town, in my opinion. :)

The ambience is very welcoming. Neat studio and friendly staff. Powder dip didnt last; had it on Saturday and they started coming off the next day...lasted 4 days in all. Pinky got swollen from a cut I got in the process. The lady that worked on my legs was awesome though! Nice gel pedicure. Enjoyed the murder-mystery chat. Not sure will be going back after my manicure experience!

Love my visits to Prose. The atmosphere and the people are so pleasant. Paula is incredibly knowledgeable and did an incredible job on this manicure. Can’t wait to come back again.

This salon is always clean and does a good job. I love their membership program and the convenience of booking online. I had an issue with an appointment not going through once, but the manager, Taylor, took the time out of her day to apologize and make it right. I really appreciated that as this was the only issue I’ve ever had here. Thanks again, Taylor!

My oldest daughter & I had a wonderful time getting pedicures together here. Clean, modern decor, comfortable and fun nail polish colors to pick from! As a mom of 3 I dont get to grab a pedicure often, but the membership they offer is a great deal for those who get their nails done often!

The salon is very clean, and the service they provided was fantastic.However...My BFF and I drove 3 1/2 hours in from the mountains for a girls’ day, and we booked the signature pedicure with callus removal and paraffin. Toward the beginning of the service, I also mentioned the add-ons to our technicians. They completed our service without the add-ons we booked. Of course, the person at the front desk removed the fees for those services before charging us, but the technicians should have looked at the schedule and listened when I mentioned the add-ons. Next time, we will find a different salon to enjoy our girl time.

Prose is far beyond your average nail salon. The service was exceptional - professional and considerate. The space was meticulously clean and sanitized, with such a refreshing aesthetic. Will certainly recommend to friends and family!

I have been using this salon since July of 2019 on a membership, and was always happy with their services. They do a nice job with health and safety, and although they are a little more expensive than your average salon, it felt worth it. They do an average job on the actual nails, but like, hey they are organic an bougie. Until I found out that they increased the membership price on me by 30% without any notice 3 months ago and even charged me twice in January. When I noticed this and called to inquire, they gave me a whole its corporates decision, they sent an email, not my problem, if you want to cancel your membership, we have to charge you $10 a month to keep the credits you already have accrued bs. The manager I spoke with was beyond unprofessional and honestly I feel like they are liars. I checked my emails, I have no emails notifying me of the price change, so their its your fault that you didnt get the emails thing rings really hollow. They do a decent job on nails but they are just not honest or ethical and like....$52 for a regular, non-gel pedicure BEFORE tip...its not that good.

I have a membership and have come to this location about five times. Always excellent service, and my gel toenails last the full month. I really appreciate all the extras like tea, hot neck wrap, blanket, etc. and that the salon is quiet and doesn’t smell like acrylic nails!

I loved the salon and had a great time. Super clean and the staff is sweet and attentive. Excited to go back. Next time I will stick to shellac or gel.

I have lived in the Denver area for a while and I was looking for a nice nail salon and was recommended by a friend to Prose. Its my new favorite spot! I love the atmosphere, the herbal teas and excellent customer service!

I stopped in yesterday for the first time for a pedicure. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and my technician did a great job! The heated neck wrap and blanket were an extra touch that made me feel like I was at a spa. The salon is very clean and elegant! Looking forward to my next visit!

I came to PROSE to get a dip manicure because I had gotten a flyer in the mail. While my experience was pleasant the dip polish on 3 of my nails has come off completely after only 1 week and the others are not far behind... usually a dip manicure lasts 3-4 weeks for me so I am very disappointed and will not be going to PROSE again.

I want to start off by saying I am not a girl who gets her nails done regularly. The last time I had a mani/ pedi was years ago at a different salon but I’m so glad that I came to Prose. Prose absolutely rocks. The space is gorgeous and incredibly clean. The atmosphere is so relaxing and they even give you a warm neck wrap and a drink to sip on during your stay. They took the time to explain some questions I had about what they offer. If you’ve ever had a bad experience at a different salon just come here I promise it’s worth it! Will definitely be coming back soon

We love the convenience of Prose, the membership is reasonable and we take advantage of their special promos and events. But most of all, we love the clean, comfortable environment. It truly feels like a spa.

Great experience! It was my first time there, and this is a really nice nail salon. Everything was very clean, lots of color options and the staff was super nice.

Today was my second time at this salon. The Office Manager was very friendly and attentive, the nail technicians were professional and did a great job, and the ambiance of the salon itself was clean and crisp! Great place, and if you sign up for a membership your services are super reasonable....even more reasonable than the hole in the wall nail salons found in most shopping centers.Spa like experience for more than reasonable prices!!!!

Beautiful salon with very attentive staff! Unfortunately I was not too impressed with the pedicure. It felt slightly rushed and one foot was more thorough than the other. I am appreciative of how kind everyone was though.

Lovely, modern salon. I went a few days ago for a Mani pedi and the gal that did my nails was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, two nails started peeling within 24 hours and by today almost every single nail had lost polish. I had to remove the polish, a short four days after my manicure.

My two young daughters and I came for manicures and pedicures - it is gorgeous inside, very clean and new. The kind front desk girl brought us hot neck wraps, blankets, iced tea, cleaned my rings for me, the list goes on of personal touches - which she mentioned are standard care there, while our nail artists took such great care of us, too. one of our daughters is going to Disneyland next week and the artist sherry was so sweet and added little Mickey ears on 2 nails - she says she has never loved a nail artist more :) We are now regulars and the app where you can prebook your appointments is another favorite for me. Can’t imagine going anywhere else now.

My pedicure looks worse then if I would’ve done it myself. The massage was quick and not worth it. I will not be back. It’s such a bummer. Not impressed at all.

Awful experience here. I got a dip manicure and it chipped within 2 days, then I went back to get my dip manicure re done and and it just chipped AGAIN within 5 days and they charged me $40 to get it re done. The staff was very rude when I went back to get my nails fixed so I will not be paying the high prices for this salon’s dip again.

I really wanted to like this place! I booked my appointment online and added the “gel/dip removal.” This was perhaps not communicated with my technician because she was surprised and told me they “just assume it’s shellac” when someone adds that service online. I was then told to be prepared to wait at least a half an hour for it to come off. She was then rushing to do the actual manicure, which didn’t turn out so great and also chipped the next day :( then it was $65 with 15 off, which is a bit pricey. I think they’re still trying to find their footing and I hope they do because it has potential!

I booked a mani online and when I showed up they told me that no one was available to do my gel manicure. I was offered the signature mani instead but I had also booked gel removal. If there wasnt anyone available to do gel, I dont know how they expected to remove my gel in order to do a regular mani. The most frustrating thing is no one called me and driving to their salon was a complete waste of my time. I can understand someone not doing a specific service but if a technician does manicures, why wouldnt they be trained on all the services at the salon? If the salon cant offer the services it lists on the menu, it is wasting advertising money.

I wanted to like this place... It is clean, close by, and the staff is friendly... But it does not last. My pedicure started chipping after a few days and my shellac is peeling after a week. It is far too expensive to not last. Normally, pedicures last a month + and shellac 3 weeks for me.
