Poor ethics, sloppy work and zero accountability. Unable to handle the most basic arbitration. They do not stand behind their work and are unable to demonstrate the precedence for their claims.

Do not even contact. They DO NOT communicate and let you miss deadlines!

Total rip off, using judges who have been put out to pasture. The client pays for this miserable experience. Poor method of resolving a case.

What a fantastic group of arbitrators! It may seem expensive (per hour) to get a private judge, but with the time saved and money saved over that period of time, I have little doubt that hiring a private judge at JAMS actually SAVES many litigants time and money over taking the longer and slower path through the public court system.

I personally have some very serious concerns about the ethics, processes employed and the reliance on an appraisal report that didnt meet the federally recognized standards by the JAMS umpire who handled my case. If I had another issue with my insurer, Liberty Mutual Insurance, I would not use JAMS as the mediator.
