Scott was called at the last minute to step in to substitute for supervising visits- he was prompt, professional and accommodating. He also handled an extremly contentious situation he was thrown into very quickly and was unfamiliar very professionally and calmly, and with the outmost integrity. I would highly recommend his services- he is a true professional and I had a great experience with each and every detail. In my experience, I have no doubt that all the services he provides would be handled with the same level of professionalism and be focused on being the calm in the storm of conflict.

Scotts got one of the toughest jobs in the world. Hes straight forward and clear about the options and alternatives available to his clients while also staying neutral and fair. He has a personal interest in seeing kids get the best outcomes in the long run. Hes well connected and makes good use of those connections when parents need help. If you want a judicious and clear plan for your kids, give Scott a try.

Going through a divorce is never something anybody wants to go through, but I was very fortunate to have picked Scott. Both my ex-wife and I felt he was very personable and easy to talk to from the beginning. Whenever tensions rose he was able to identify what our concerns were and quickly defused the situation. He walked us through all the messy details, gave us referrals and resources when we werent sure how to deal with something, and helped us reach a complete separation agreement. If youre fortunate enough to go the mediation route, I couldnt recommend Scott more highly.

Scott claims to come in as a 3rd party but i come into the conversation with him knowing info about my children. Then when i backed out before any money was exchanged i feel i got to see the real side of scott. Belittling due to missed punctuation. Ive said thanks for your time (hinting at no further contact was needed) in 2 emails now and he still needs the last word (belittling word at that) but now that ive mentioned a review the (Mr. Nice) scott is back. No thanks.*edit to response, for someone having the weath of knowledge to forget we had email exchanges no more then 30 minutes ago im very glad i withdrew and didnt proceed.

No longer in good standing with Mediation Association of Colorado where originally located and endorsed by such a highly regarded association. Was originally contracted for a decision that was never fully delivered to the court as verified by a judge. Money was paid out for decision, but no service deliverable in return.Extremely expensive to the extent of being billed more then 3 xs my child support income monthly and I have 3 children.Mr. Methling was very overly demanding in his choice and desire of client meeting dates and times. The demand also included the sessions had to be in person despite contract agreeing phone calls were acceptable. Not being able to accommodate Mr. Methlings date and time in person, (despite childcare and employment conflicts) seemed to anger him including inappropriate name calling of client through text. Additionally in response he filed negative court motions against client in both undesirable motions client did not consent to and extreme negative misrepresentation of client. Client suggested date and time of sessions or phone call options were usually disregarded.Seemed very gender bias as I could not get any attention to my ideas, suggestions, or recommendations. However opposite gender seemed instantly agreed with. The other party requested majority of service in outrageous unsubstantiated negative accusations against me that I had already been cleared of in judicial hearings where I was proven innocent.Seemed SBMediation was an enabler of attempts at double jeopardy despite being aware of the parties three prior court proceedings prior to contracting his services.Arbitrator should have taken into account legal rulings pertaining to clients as court history lessons learned. 1) A judge denied restraining order attempt against me requested by other party, 2) A neglect case and jury finding of my innocence in that case with accusations made by other party, 3) A divorce degree proceeding where another professional mediator, attorneys, both parties and judge; all via signatures, deemed we would parent 50/50 shared parenting. The billing I incurred was ran up on me simply by me trying to defend myself and access for my children to me as a great parent. This for my fourth time including the three prior court proceedings! Arbitration on previous court legal findings should have never occurred but was allowed at cost.SBMediationLLC has changed office locations from Littleton, to Greenwood Village, to Denver all within a span of just over a year.

I fired him due to his own breach-of-contract numerous times and constantly having to reschedule.
