Just received a collections letter from Goldman Law attempting to collect on a fake parking ticket given to me by Republic Parking Systems as my car was parked slightly over one of their parking lot lines, in a private paid parking lot. Any kind of attorney who would bother to try and collect on a fake parking ticket of dubious legal authority is certainly not someone I would work with. I am extremely disappointed with the service or lack of service provided to me in a difficult situation. I reached out for something serious pertaining to my daughter and I was able to reach Nova immediately by phone. She gave me time to hear my urgent matter and assured me though she did not have time to go over things at the moment she could take my information and contact me the following day. I was so pleased with her seeming concern and urgency I felt better knowing Id have some answers soon. I waited the the day and never heard from her. Two days after I decided to contact them again and spoke with a very friendly female para legal in the office whom also made me feel as if the situation was important and kindly sent out a group email to everyone available to take my case or at least give me a consultation. We discussed pricing and I agreed though pricey, this office had good reviews so maybe worth it... sadly its been over two weeks and still no response from any of them at the office. Waiting has set me back and my worry has become more a fear for reasons I cant or dont even know if I can discus. Very disappointing.
