This is a company thats got nice equipment and the equipment is not safe.. theyve got their trucks covered over 80 miles an hour and its more or less putting a loaded gun in a childs hand today I watched one of their drivers not only red meat or under the shoulder and onto the grass as he was passing me once I got back out on the road I watched him run for other cars and one truck onto the shoulder I called six times to talk to their safety department and was hung up on because I can hear the voice in the background leave me alone screaming at the phone as I was trying to get them to call the driver and make them aware about how unsafe he was driving. Companies like this need to be put out of business plain and simple you dont hand an 85 mile an hour truck do it driver thats got no experience and to be honest even guys with the experience dont need to be running at 85 miles an hour I ended up having to call the police

Just called to complain about one of their drivers driving erratically and nearly hitting us and they keep hanging up on us after saying they will transfer us to their safety department. I cannot believe they have such unprofessional office personnel. Be careful with this company they apparently do not care about safety of other drivers.

As far as being late, I am a new driver and actually delivered a residential load ONE DAY EARLY, and in a circumstance most drivers would have avoided. Load to Ride, like most carriers, are run by a team of people trying to do the best they can. Trucking and delivery as a whole is unpredictable and we cant always get what we want, its ideal but not always 100 percent guaranteed. I made two customers really happy yesterday and I think I speak for a lot of my co workers and say I take pride in my work!

Had 2 loads coming, instruction to call on BOL, Friday did call but was 5 hours late, was able to juggle crews because of call.Mondays truck, No call No show, tracked through dispatch now getting here at 11:00, Cost money having guys standing around.

Nice trucks and generally good staff. The warehouse is a disaster and they load fork trucks illegally secured into van trailers so better hope DOT never checks or you’re busted.

One of their drivers just caused an enormous traffic jam on I25 North just South of Fountain Colorado. A car accident and a few cars overheated due to this driver deciding to take traffic control into their hands. Leave policing to the police, focus on your job and make your deliveries on time for a change.

I called on April 1,2021 at 12.18 to complain about a driver. Truck #818. We were on I 25 around 84th and till I got off at 104th. This occurred around 12.10 that day. In traffic your driver is very aggressive by tailgating. No reason for your driver not to leave at the least a 2 second gap. Not less than a than half of car length or less. I was not the only car he tailgated. It is a good way for someone to get a new car, I suggest you give him classes on the Smith system and driving in traffic. Before he hurts someone.It was good of Rick in Denver safety to call me back, wait he must be fed up with complaints about poor drivers. He never called, so I dont think he even talked to the driver about his or poor driving

Poor dispatch did not pay me my vacation 3years working there low miles and ripped off on relay pay over and beyond the call of duty with them many times came out of quarantine to help out I was there for them they were selfish and unprofessional with me thought they were better than that being said covid hit everything hard Im sure that had a lot to due with this post so salave LTR,By the way They do strive to deliver I know I did.

While traveling in our Ford SUV towing a utility trailer on I 70 West through Indianapolis IN we were attempting to change lanes to exit at the same time this Load To Ride LTR behemoth tractor trailer semi was changing lanes. OBVIOUSLY the driver did NOT appreciate our transition to the same lane and pulled back out to take the outside lane for the exit. As the driver approached our driver’s side he went over the line and into our lane as a clear sign of aggression and rage. My husband, an experienced driver and military combat pilot, was able to escape and evade his aggression without damage to our SUV or injury to us. At that moment I used my cell phone to begin photographing the truck which continued to speed ahead as of to out run my camera. This driver is dangerous and should be reprimanded and or removed from the cockpit.

This company is a joke 4 employees have tested positive for Covid, just within this last month . people beware Bc the company doesn’t care about your safety or their employees .

Truck 813 on aug 20, 2020 almost caused a multiple car wreck. Then he proceed to flip off all involved. Terrible.

If you need a company to arrive on time and with functional lift gates, take your biz elsewhere. Their drivers are great, but LTR equipment has had spotty lift gate reliability. Used carrier multiple times with 50% success rate, causing my business to scramble for last second fork lifts. Also, LTR is always late. Not 30 minutes late, but 3-5 hours late. Often.

This is the best company I have ever worked for. Pay is on time and during covid issues I have not missed any work they take care of drivers and they care

Person hauling trailer L5001 is doing well over 80mph on I70 between Chapman Ks and Enterprise Ks. Sick and tired of seeing drivers of semi trucks acting like they own the road tractor 4124 I believe
