I wish you could put Negative stars. Delivering to King Soopers in Aurora. They only hire rude, terrible incompetent people in the office. They are slow, rude. They are the reason the stores are overpriced. I quit shopping at the stores after delivering to this facility and seeing the absolute disgraceful way they treat drivers. I won’t support a company that allows its sub contractors to disrespect drivers like this.

Terrible stay far away, They had us waiting 8 hours just for paperwork. they say they accept different forms of payment but you end up going all around to get a specific money order. Can’t even pay hold you hostage. Terrible customer service. Every trucking companySTAY FAR AWAY

If you want your pay, you gotta wait a few days. a phrase I hear quite often from the management. Poorly directed with no real training the only thing they do well is use people. There is no fix to this, hence the second star.

Capstone is the absolute worst!!!! Extremely rude and very slow. Takes hours to unload and even longer waiting for paperwork. I hope to never deliver to any place that Capstone is located!!! And the lumper fees are ridiculous

Worst company I’ve ever seen. Extortion plan and simple. I agree with other review should be investigated by attorney general in every state you operate. Kroger Corp. is to f&$@ing cheap to pay real employees to do the job or at least oversee this terrible company

Every experience with Capstone has been handled fluidly everytime.

Every single one of your facilities is as crooked as Washington DC!! You should be absolutely ashamed of the service you provide to the industry and the truckers that support you. There is no reason it should take more than 1 hour to load/unload a truck and recieve the paperwork. You lack in personal service, industry service and common decency. If I could give negative stars for this I most certainly would. Crooks plain and simple thats what you are and I think its about time you get investigated by the attorney General from each and every state you operate in, in fact I think Ill get that ball rolling today!

I see a lot of bad reviews about unfair pay and hours but I’ve been with the company for a month now and I’ve never had an issue with receiving my pay the employees here work hard and care about their job.

How do you rate 0.00 stars. Ive always done driver unloads because only dropping off 1-3 pallets. Now driver unloads are no longer allowed, so I get to wait 3-4 hours for paperwork to make it to other end of warehouse and pay $82 lumper fee that took them 2 min to unload. This place is horrible and theres no accountability!

They hold you more than 5 hours just for paper work

WORST PLACE TO WORK! You will be there for 8 hours and get paid by the truck. You will only do like 3 trucks in 8 hours. What do you do for the next 5 hours? Wait and not get paid for it. In addition to that they pay you late and dont mail your W2.

The guys that work down Fontana Colorado our the worse kind of people.My dog works faster then them...I have been here since 4:15 am and still here at 12:00 pm. And still waiting!!!!Dont come here if you dont want to sit here all day long!!!!

The tragic part is that we cant do nothing or talk wit anyone about the disrespectful way you are treated by Capstone employees when doing a delivery. A company like this shouldnt even exist. Worked there for a month, never got entered to the system or paid. I quit and now theyre giving me the run around for my money. They are unprofessional and i wouldnt trust them ever again

If i could give a negative 10 i would. Was sent from a temp agency wont disclose the name service has always treated me good. The place was a joke. I arrived to a confusing way to.entwr building complex not easy to find. Second staff looked dumbfounded wen i td them i was here for work. The supervisor shawn puts me on a longjack two of them actually that barely movedThen leaves me on an assignment and disappears for over half hour. I looked all over that warehouse which dont forget first day on job. I finally found him.in office drinking coffee and flirting with the girls in the front. I said i completed the assignment and i been looking for you sir. Very polite and professional..his response was oh my bad.well anyways take a 10 minute break. I thought to myself i been on a break this past 45 minutes. I never walk out of a job. I commuted starting at 5:45 am getting to work at 6:45 am.to put up with that on a sundau morning for $10 an hr? No ty. Im.not afraid of hard work.but i have zero tolerance for unproffesionalism and b*llsh*t!!!

The bad service is because management here only hires people that cant pass a regular background check. So that means you get in without one. These employees do whatever it takes to stay here even if they go against there morals. Like destroying product to create rework. That means more rework, more hours, more product they cant ship so they keep it. Must be good to rip off a big company like King Soopers. BUT ALL OF THE COMPANYS HERE IN COLORADO DO THIS. 7 hours to unload 12 pallets. I couldve unloaded it myself, 1 bag a product at a time, and still been done in less than 2 hours. Lumpers are a joke. Extortion!

Most expensive lumper service Ive ever came across. $600 for lumper for two hours Of unloading, when you only pay the workers $12 an hour. What is the matter with his company. Worst service ever!

They are some HP the worst place to work they had me more than 24 hours to download me. This is the biggest crap that I found here in Denver are a few deconstructed with the professional drivers is not fair that I have to wait 6 hours for you to download 2 pallets are people are garbage i the problem that I have 4 more runs i am supposed to they are with apoimes
