I recommend Dr. Lowery, she is a focused practitioner and an excellent dentist. She treated me in an emergency situation which resulted in a broken tooth. I was seen as soon as possible, stabilized, and then received the care I needed over the next weeks. Everything was explained carefully by Dr. Lowery and her staff. I have a great deal of confidence in this group of professional caregivers and will continue to rely on them for my dental needs.

This is my first time getting my teeth cleaned at My Cherry Creek Dentist. The environment at the office is very warming. The receptionist Angela was super nice and friendly. The office manager is awesome too, she is there to help u with any financial needs. Darla was very knowledgeable and thorough on how to keep my teeth and gums healthy and beautiful. I’ve been to lots of dentists and Dr Lowery and her staff are top notch, friendly and professional.Their $59 special for new patients is awesome. My first visit was 2 1/2 hours, excellent cleaning. X-rays and a comprehensive plan to move forward. The work I’ve had done so far has been excellent and I watched Netflix on my private screen. You can also get a hot wax treatment for your hands for only $12 !!We’ll done Dr Lowery, Amy, Darla, Angela and Juliet !

Im no fan of going to the dentist due to several oral surgeries over the years that had nothing to do with my teeth, so any trip usually stirs up some dread. But Dr. Lowerys office and staff really make it as painless and stress free as possible. Ive had to have a crown and two fillings and they were remarkably smooth processes and everyone was really kind. Her assistant Amy did a teeth cleaning and whitening for me and it went great. I do not usually submit reviews unless things were great or awful and this place has done a great job at every turn. Highly recommended.

I had an appointment for an annual cleaning. The place was very clean, they took my temperature before they started. Everybody was wearing a mask when I walked in. It was a very safe environment. Darla was my hygienist. She was very nice and efficient as was everybody in the office. Dr. Lowery was also very nice. It was a good experience and I would recommend this practice to anybody looking for a new dentist’s office.

I recently broke one of my front teeth, and the other front tooth was also slightly damaged. Dr. Lowery made porcelain implants for me, and I am SO HAPPY with them! They look completely natural, and are as comfortable as if they were my natural teeth. Amy, Dr. Lowerys dental technician was also terrific. She made the process very comfortable, and talked me through each step of the of the way before doing it. I highly recommend Dr. Lowery and Amy!

This is a dental practice with heart. Im a person who gets anxious about dentistry, and this office has a calming vibe and they care about helping to comfort patients. I just signed up for Dr. Lowerys Dental Savings Plan, which makes financial sense and will help keep me on track with regular appointments. My new hygienist, Darla, cleaned my teeth yesterday and used a different order of procedures that included polishing first with some desensitizing substance. She taught me about dry brushing to help prevent plaque build-up. Plus, generous goodie bags for patients with the latest in dental tools.

I hadn’t been to the dentist for about two years when I booked my appointment at Doctor Lowery’s. I’ve been in a few times since and have had such a positive experience each time. I am very happy to say that the issue described below has been completely resolved by the office. It is of my understanding there was a former employee not acting completely out of good faith. This individual no longer works for the office. My money has been completely returned. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.I am deeply saddened to have to update my review after having a quite enjoyable experience during my appointment this past February. Following that appointment I had left a 5 star review, most notably detailing the friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff, which was quite refreshing, and made for a pleasant dental checkup. But ever since I received my bill in the mail, dealing with this office has been nothing but an absolute headache.Let me begin by saying I have never been charged for a dental appointment in the 5 years I have been scheduling dental appointments as an adult (Im 23) and using my parents insurance, Cigna. I, nor my family, has ever had to pay for receiving services we were due for, under the guidelines of our insurance. When I opened my bill post appointment, I was therefore confused when I had a post-insurance balance of $100+.I immediately called the office the next business day to ask why I was left with a charge. The office instructed me to call my insurance. Upon calling my insurance that very same business day, before even looking at the details of my appointment, the representative told me I most likely had been given an image I was not due for. After checking my appointment details, this turned out to be correct. The dental office had given me an X-Ray that I was not due for nor needed.Now, I understand that as a patient it is technically my responsibility to inform the office of what treatment I need/dont need to be conducted. But I cant help but express how absolutely shady it feels for the office to give you a string of medical images, without ever checking with your insurance to see what would be covered. Furthermore, there was never any sort of verbal recommendation or caution on behalf of the office to check with my insurance as to what would and would not be covered. I assumed the integrity of this office, based on their immaculate 5.0 star Google rating, would be high enough as to provide the patient a genuine notice as to what treatment would be provided, and furthermore, the likelihood of the provided insurance covering that treatment. But nope. Bring me in, sit me through multiple X-Rays, and then act shocked on the phone as I express my own confusion for a $100+ remaining balance post insurance.But you want to know what is REALLY shady? After fighting this for roughly 4 months, the office finally got in touch with me and proposed 2 options. 1). I pay the remaining balance and the problem is over. 2). I am released as a patient (I can not come back) and the balance is waived. I obviously opted into the second option, and thought I was done dealing with this office, but unfortunately that was not the case. Rather, they continued to send me the bill in the mail! After 2 more months of the bill arriving in the mail, I finally called the office and expressed how I was still receiving mail. Want to know what they told me? I still owed the balance to the office!If I still owed the balance to the office, what in the world was the reason to release me as a patient? Can you provide some sort of explanation for that? And furthermore, even if the bill was not to be waived, but sent to collections, why was it continuosly sent to me directly from the office through the mail? That is outright blatant lying.So yeah, I appreciate the $15 Starbucks gift card you sent following my appointment. I guess my balance of $113 was really $98. But what Id really recommend you do instead of providing people gift cards, is provide people a genuine, clear notice of what is to be conducted during their appointment, and that it is recommended they call their insurance to figure out what will and will not be covered before you sit me through 6 X-Rays I never consented to.

I went to Dr. Lowrys office for a routine cleaning and x-rays. The environment was welcoming and decorated nicely, the staff were very kind and informative. This was my second appointment with My Cherry Creek Dentist. I think they are well organized and very professional and pleasant. Mercedes the hygienist explained all the safety measures the office is using to keep everyone safe, and I really appreciated that. She also explained everything she was going to do, so there were no surprises. I appreciated that Dr. Lowery checked on what the hygienist was finding, and gave instructions for the remainder of todays treatment. I liked that. I felt that I got a more thorough examination and cleaning, as well as a bit more treatment than just a normal cleaning... all for the same time I would have invested in a simple cleaning.

Recently my long-term dentist retired. In the interim I visited another practice. The few visits I had, each time I felt I was being upcharged for unnecessary and questionable work. Between my gut feelings and in consult with my now retired dentist I was correct.I was referred to Dr. Lowery by my former dentist. I scheduled a consult. A full exam was performed, ssues were discussed and Dr. Lowery believes in being proactive yet not to drive revenue and when possible to retain original equipment (the interim practice I visited suggested an old procedure should be removed and replaced coupled with a year of visits and fees). I was quite relieved as I felt Dr. Lowery is looking out for my well-being, a true fiduciary and not suggesting unnecessary procedures.This morning I had a cleaning with Darla. Truly professional! Darla took the time to explain what was happening, a course of action and preventative measures to arrest and be proactive concerning issues partially brought on by delayed visits during the Covid closures.I cannot stress enough I feel Dr. Lowery, Darla and the whole staff are true fiduciaries concerning dental care, truly appreciative.

My normal dentist moved so I decided to try out these guys and I was pleasantly surprised on how good the whole experience went! Everyone from the front desk to Janice, Marina my hygienist and of course Dr. Lowery herself came in and gave me a cleaning and recommended what I should do and didnt push anything on me. Even made a place that bled when flossing go away! Will definitely be going back..

Dr. Lowery knows what she is doing. She performed an extraction of one of my teeth about 5 minutes after she numbed the area around my tooth. She then did a great job with the stitches. She made me feel comfortable before the extraction as I was pretty nervous. She has a great personality and is always upbeat. Her staff are also very competent and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Lowery for all dental needs. She had been doing a great job for me for many years.

I made an appointment in advance and when I arrived I wasn’t in the system. They were able to honor the appointment anyway which I really appreciated. I think both the dentist and her assistant were very thorough and helpful. I have already made a follow appointment to get a filling replaced.

Toni is always my go to hygienist, she is professional and always makes my teeth sparkly white after a visit. She is so much fun to chat with and I love hearing her stories while she cleans my teeth, it makes a dental experience so much warmer. Recently I visited the dentist office post COVID and Toni was proficient on all the policies and rules, she washed her hands in front of me which I really appreciated. I felt incredibly safe my entire visit. I also opted for a fluoride treatment to help protect my teeth from cavities. I am hopeful it will make a big difference at my next visit. I’m one of the younger patients that goes here. I’m 12 years old and have been going to Toni for 3 years. She is an amazing hygienist and does the work needed to make sure your teeth are healthy. Their whole office is kid friendly and good for adults too. There are multiple people to go to but Toni is always a good choice if she’s open for that time. If you’re looking for a good dentist office this is a good pick.

I have been seeing Dr. Lowery for over 20 years and always found her to be caring and very knowledgeable.The last few years i have been seeing Toni as my hygenist and she too has has been great to work with.I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist to contact their office for an appointment.

Dr. Lowery’s office is wonderful from the moment you walk in to the time you walk out. The staff is very friendly and the hygienists are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Toni is the hygienist I typically work with and not only is she great at her job, she’s one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Thank you to the entire team!

We have been going to Dr Lowry as our dentist. For 10 years, we received solid and tip top care from her. I personally have not had a dentist that is so thorough in advice and treatments.

I became a patient of Dr. Lowerys 20 years ago when I first moved to Denver. Dr. Lowery is knowledgeable, approachable and thorough. And Toni is an amazing hygienist! I see Toni for a cleaning every 3 months.Toni is a perfectionist in terms of cleaning my teeth, and will make sure my teeth feel perfectly clean when I leave the office. But she manages to do that while being gentle, and works to keep me comfortable during the process.

The practice has taken precautions to serve the patients during the continued pandemic concerns. I felt safe, and the practice was clean. The staff wore their PPEs and continued to be their same considerate and professionals I know them to be. My cleaning was handled efficiently and I am glad I had my appointment. Really appreciate the service I receive from my dentist and hygienist.

Wow oh wow! Everyone at this office is smiling and genuinely caring and welcoming! Jennifer cleaned my teeth and had some excellent pointers on how to avoid further gum recession. I just had a Zoom whitening by Paula and that was great, she explained everything thoroughly all the while making sure I was comfortable! Dr Lowery is great, has great interaction with and trust in her staff; and also very involved in patient care. Highly recommend this office!
