They do not accept medicaid. I called with a serious issue 3 days ago, and was told they were switching buildings but to call the next morning and they could get me in. When I called the next morning I was told they did in fact switch buildings, but were waiting for an I.T. guy to come set up their computers there. She yold me the computer guy said the setup should only take 3 to 4 hours, and she told me to call back later in the day (they are open from 9am to 9pm). I waited 5 hours, called back and was told that the I.T. guy said it wasnt looking like he was going to be able to finish setting up the system in time for them to take any patients yesterday. She apologized, and told me to call first thing this morning and she would get in there ASAP. I called about 30 minutes ago, and after she took down all of my information and scheduled me for an appointment at 10 am today, she asks if I may have COVID-19, and what insurance I carry. I told her no?? And that I have medicaid. She quickly says we dont accept medicaid and ended the call.I went to the emergency room on the 5th, and was informed that I have a massive infection in 3 of my lower bottom right molars. I was sent home with penicillin and enough percocet to make it to the dentist appointment I told the E.R. doctor I would have on the 6th. Its now the 7th and I am out of pain meds and probably wont be able to find a dentist thatll accept mediciad until tomorrow at the very soonest and I work full time. This is not at all how I planned to use my saved up paid time off from work.

I needed a dentist while in Denver with friends and was happy to find this number. They were helpful and found a couple dentists close to our airbnb and one got me in the next day.
