Aspen Dental is a step above any other dentist I have ever been to. After moving across town, my husband and I tried a local dentist for the ease of not driving so far. But after going a couple times, we decided that it’s worth the drive to Aspen Dental to be in a place that makes us feel so comfortable. Dana is absolutely the best hygienist, and is chatty and friendly in a way that makes me not mind that I’m there! I used to have severe anxiety any time I went to the dentist, and now I truly don’t mind my teeth cleanings! I would recommend this practice to anyone!

My dental hygienist, Dana is fabulous! She listened to my concerns about tooth sensitivity and modified my treatment to ensure I did not experience any sensitivity both during my cleaning as well as afterwards. Dana is very kind and I had a stress-free, enjoyable experience at my last cleaning. Actually looking forward to my next routine cleaning at Aspen Dental. The office and procedure areas are very clean (a must for me) and the entire team is always very friendly.

I was very disappointed. The dentists attempted to upsell both myself and my husband (two separate visits) on various non-covered procedures and treatments. Never have I felt so oddly pressured by a healthcare professional. When the finance person arrived in the treatment room as the dentist was attempting to sell a sleep apnea machine for thousands of dollars I knew I needed to get out of there!On a positive note, the location is nice and the hygenists were lovely.

I became a patient at Aspen Dental because the founding dentist did pro bono dental work for the women experiencing homelessness we served at my nonprofit job. Dana is the best dental hygienist! She is personable, efficient, and really knows her stuff! I have a very tough mouth, and i trust Dr. Rossow completely. He is super thorough and I know he has my best oral health in mind. He has done a couple of implants on me and everything went seamlessly. Dr. Noce did periodontal surgery on me, and she also is top-notch. If you have a tough mouth, or even if not, this is a great place for one-stop shopping dental work. Everyone at Aspen dental is top-notch. From the friendly receptionists/admin team, to the hygienist and doctors themselves. Before I booked my first appointment, I expressed my intense fear and anxiety of everything and anything dentist related. I knew that I would be needing much more than just a cleaning; I had a number of issues that needed to be attended to (a filling, a bad bridge, the need for an implant, etc.)They obviously took my fears and anxiety seriously and conferred internally before I came in, because they have been nothing but calm and and friendly and have taken time to walk me through every step of everything before, after, and during any procedure, and to answer all of my detailed questions without making me feel ridiculous. Dr. Burns has a wonderful, cheerful bedside manner, as does Natalie, one of the hygienists, and all of the other team members. I really scored by picking Aspen dental. Seriously, they have taken so much of the anxiety and stress out of the dental experience for me!!! I highly recommend them, whether you just need a cleaning or whether you have other extensive work like I had/have!

Dr. Neal is awesome. She takes time to listen to your concerns, addresses them, and follows up with you. April was also very good at cleaning your teeth and explains what she is doing to make you comfortable during your visit. I would definitely recommend this practice.

My hygienist, Dana, is someone I can trust to clean my sensitive mouth and I travel all the way from San Diego to see her twice a year. The facility is immaculately clean and state of the art. However, after several visits I havent experienced the welcoming type atmosphere Ive had at other dentists. They always seem to be trying to sell more services and arent the best at listening and taking into account patient feedback/concerns. I am going to find a more friendly practice where I feel like I can build a relationship with the dentists and employees.

Like most dental offices, ensuring they tailor to what your insurance can gain for them as well as how many treatments they can have you agree to, seems to be main goal. I had hoped for a warm and friendly 1st appointment with the main reasons I scheduled an appointment to begin with. Xrays and cleaning. Not an eager energy and discussion about how much my plan would cost. Lead with the basics, build rapport, then seek out as much as you think you can bill a patient for. It left me disappointed because the clinic is convenient to my home.

Aspen Dental failed to notify me that they were an out of network provider. In the middle of my appointment I was approached by someone who I assume is in their finance department who had me sign papers stating I’m aware that I’m being charged almost $600 for the services that they were in the middle of performing. At no point was I informed this was due to them not being in-network for Guardian insurance. My X-rays had already been done and I was in the middle of getting my mouth numbed when this happened. I provided my insurance information to them in advance and was not told I would be charged. I have been to several dentist offices in my life due to moving around the country and I have never been approached mid appointment to be notified of charges. Extremely unprofessional and if I had not been in a chair in the middle of a cleaning I would have declined.Beware of going to this office. If you do, ask what the charges will be up front so they don’t pull some weird manipulative mid appointment paperwork like they did to me. Giving two stars instead of one because my hygienist was excellent. Unfortunately I walked away from a freakin dentist appointment feeling like I’ve been taken advantage of.

EXCELLENT. Aspen Dental is solid, dependable, and PROFESSIONAL in every way. I trust this practice. I have tried other dentists in the area and found many, while good at what they do, employ unprofessional staff that have improper training, discuss personal details of other patients and even the dentist him or herself! (one casually told me where the dentist lived, about his love life and other personal details I never asked to hear) . It is so easy to understand that I was so relieved to find Aspen Dental. This is a no-nonsense, classy and professional environment reminiscent of the level of service that used to be expected everywhere. The reception staff is knowledgable, courteous, quiet when discussing patient details, dignified (no gum chewing or gossiping about dates, etc.) and top notch all around. Dr. Rossow pulled my wisdom teeth and made the experience as comfortable as he could, even though I was quite frightened at my age, he was such a pro! I recently (8/21/21) had my teeth cleaned by Natalie after I had not been to the office for more than a year due to the pandemic. WOW, she quickly repaired all of the damage with a smile and was so kind and considerate. No nagging, chiding, insulting remarks or talking the whole time about grocery trips, etc. What a professional, I credit a great experience to Natalies mature, kind, amazing way with her patients. I have referred others to Aspen Dental and will continue to in the future

I had a dental cleaning today with the lovely Dana. She calmed my nerves.. Literally and figuratively. She made the process smooth sailing and communicated her next step the whole time. The absolute BEST dentist office that I have ever been to!! Everyone who works there is 10/10 with friendliness and quality of work. The spend so much time with my cleanings and also give you all options of any dental needs. They have their own Aspen Dental insurance plan which I have purchased for the last 4 years which has saved a lot of money on my dental guard, cleanings, X-rays, etc. I love coming here!!

****UPDATED****This was my first time going to this Dentist. The office was very easy to get to right near the Cherry Creek Mall but on 1st street which makes things even more convenient. The office was really nice and the office staff was friendly. Halle The dental asst./hygienist came into the waiting room and greeted me and brought me back to the dental room which was really nice very open and welcoming with no doors which I though was really cool. Its hard to explain but really modern. she did the typical xray s and all that stuff with plaque removal,cleaning etc. What I liked was she was really good I never got poked with anything that made me bleed or cause pain she has the gentle touch. My Dentist was Dr. Burns who was a good guy had personality and most of all knows teeth. He gave me some recommendations and will be going back for some whitening and fixing of a chipped tooth. The prices are reasonable I do have dental ins. for the cleaning. The teeth whiting and chip tooth wont covered on my plan but the pricing was less then I paid for in the past with other dentists when I was scheduling the whitening they offered me some hours that were very early in the morning so if you need to go before work they can make that happen.If you got this far into the review dont forget to floss! ***UPDATED*** went in for teeth whitening, was greeted by Taryn and brought into the room for my ZOOM whitening and Taryn did a fantastic job! about 20 years ago I did a whitening session at my old dentist and things sure have changed, this zoom whitening is insane! I walked out of there my teeth are so white i am afraid if I smile it will blind someone, Im ready to get the band together because these choppers are ROCKSTAR! You can get the whiting toothpaste and do it non stop for a year and not come close to what they did in one hour! I have zero sensitivity on my teeth from the Zoom whitening, I am super happy Thank you Taryn !!!!

I went to Aspen Dental because it has great reviews and is close by. However, I will continue to go to Aspen Dental due to their exceptional care, great service, and really wonderful and genuinely concerned team. Natalie and Dr. Rossow were attentive and gentle, yet thorough (my teeth feel so clean!). To top it off, they also have a beautiful and state of the art office and easy parking. :) They also make a great effort to keep everyone safe and socially distant at this time.

I had a challenging experience at Aspen Dental this week that Id like to share. This is my first time ever writing a review of a business. One thing I liked was the upfront conversation on finances with staff on your first visit to the office. Finances + good dental services was not something I am used to, and was grateful when the office contacted my insurance to let me know what would likely be covered. Unfortunately, that the gap between what was estimated to be covered and what was covered was in the $500 range. Additionally, unfortunately, my address had been recorded incorrectly, so I didnt get a bill until I had a total of near $1,000. While I, of course, bear some responsibility for not checking in on why I hadnt received a bill, it was pretty shocking news after the estimate was much lower. The reason I am leaving a review is that my conversation with the admin office was incredibly patronizing. Paying a bill this size is not easy for many people (especially - an unexpected bill!). In trying to express that I was told that the money wasnt a problem for me and that I was just trying to prove a point. I was shocked and upset by the bill, but more so by the tone the office used in our communication.

Everything always runs smoothly when I have an appointment here. The dental hygienist, Dana, that I had this last time was especially awesome and very kind.

They are all very careful with preventing Covid infection. They are very professional. The staff are knowledgeable and careful. I had a fantastic experience here. I had not seen a dentist for an extended period of time, and not only did Aspen Dental understand, they supported me throughout the process. My dental assistant was amazing, and helped me de-stress. Dr. Burns was clear and to the point, while also be compassionate, and Mrs. Dana was amazing both cleaning my teeth and supporting me. I immediately scheduled my follow up appointments, which for me is big because of anxiety. I cannot recommend them enough, and plan on telling my friends and family about the great service I received too.

I love them so much that when I moved to Erie 2 years ago I kept going there and I just moved even further north to Johnstown and will keep seeing them still. Hard to find a good dentist so It’s worth the drive.

Fantastic staff! The doctors, hygienists, and admin staff all give excellent service. I have had a lot of dental work done over the years. For cleanings, Dana is be best hygienist I have ever had. She is gentle and will talk through what she is doing every time; the experience is very comfortable. They have specialists on staff as well, for implants and gum work. Its convenient to have these folks at one location. They are also open on Saturdays.

This is the by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. Every single person, from the receptionist to the dental hygienist and the dentist, was exceptionally nice and welcoming. When they found that I had a cavity, they checked my insurance plan and told me exactly how much my insurance would cover. They patiently walked me through all the information. I could not recommend Aspen Dental enough! I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist now for my cleaning in six month.

When I called the office to make an appointment and ask questions about prices they were more than helpful and easy to work with. Flash forward to the dentist appointment with Natalie and Dr Rossow: the service matched and exceeded the already great customer service team at the front desk. I walked away from the appointment learning more about my teeth than I’d ever been educated on before with other dentists. Very thankful to have found such a great dental office and just down the street from where I love. Highly recommend!

Found my new favorite dentist! I really dislike the dentist It is not a place I ever want to go, its accompanied by a lot of pain and usually an already bad situation. I had an issue and went in and they addressed it on the spot, was super friendly and knowledgeable. My visit was painless and smooth. Highly recommended

New patient, arrived Feb 2021.Overall everyone was friendly and accommodating. Equipment seemed up to date. Parking was plenty in the back. A little tricky to find, have to go inside the office building and get on the elevator. (They may want to consider telling new patients this)They took my temperature and took all the covid precautions. Felt safe there, no patients waiting around or crowds. Overall, Everyone was eager to tell me things and ask questions. General check up and xrays were quick and thorough. More thorough than Ive had in the past. They specialize in sleep and jaw, so they may talk to about those features.More details:Had some mix ups with my paperwork, but they did a good job of following up with me and ensuring everything was correct. Were candid and kind to inform me about pricing and what charges to expect when I asked.Doctor and hygienist was kind and listened to my symptoms. They talked to me for a while and asked how I was feeling along the way during the exam.Gave me some free items to help with my issues at the end, and a cute little zipper pouch to hold everything.

Finally convinced myself to go to the dentist after a long absence and have been very impressed with this office. They did not shame me or anything for not coming for a long time and instead focused on the immediate items that need to be taken care of. Im just starting my journey back to full dental health but Natalie has taken great care of me so far in the initial appointment and subsequent appointment for a deep clean with scaling. I still have a few more left, but very impressed so far!

Honestly I hate the dentist. However today I had the best experience here. It was my first time and being weary from a previous bad experience I was nervous to go to my appointment. Dana the hygienist made the experience enjoyable and had me laughing and Dr. Burns was friendly and explained everything in detail. Everyone there was so welcoming - even though I’m not looking forward to my cavity fill I know I’m in good hands. Also very covid safe!

Highly recommend Aspen Dental! All of their staff are friendly and helpful, especially Dana (hygienist). They are always running on time and the team is knowledgeable and answer all of my questions thoroughly and honestly. The cleanings are not painful and they dont ask you a bunch of questions when their hands are in your mouth :)

Very prompt appointments & very knowledgeable dentists & staff. It’s always a great experience going in for a check up or a more serious problem. I have great confidence in their abilities.

Ive been going to Aspen Dental for the past 3 years and couldnt recommend them enough! Everyone there is extremely friendly and thorough. I never feel like anyone is rushed for time (like I have at other dentist offices), I get a great clean, and always get a thorough explanation of everything thats happening. I had a poorly done cavity filling at another office that resulted in a painful cracked tooth - I immediately was comforted by Aspen Dentals level of professionalism and expertise. Dr. Rossow did an amazing job fixing the cracked tooth. I also want to give a shout out to Dana who is the best dental hygienist on the team - incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, kind and provides excellent service!

I’ve been going to Aspen Dental and Dr. Rossow since moving to Colorado 5 years ago. His team always greets me warmly and is friendly throughout my whole visit. My past visit I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Neal and enjoyed that experience. Most people dread going to their dentist but the team at Aspen Dental almost make you sad that you don’t get to visit them more often.

Ive been going here too long - 8 years due to location. Dentists come and go and I pay at least $150 every 6 months because they are not in my network. my bad! Hygienists at this place are so critical. After each appt. they recognize I take care of my oral care. . . but they so shame me in the beginning. Today so many questions, Covid (I get), then how large is my neck for sleep issues, then the hygienist questioned if I really had good sleep, then she continued to ask me questions about the last time I saw a dr. and then questioned me if I was taking blood pressure medicine. My blood pressure was elevated due to the interrogation I received.The interrogation was too much and I walked out. Im going to find a dentist and practice that cares to connect with me vs. shame me.

I feel well taken of at Aspen. Dana was absolutely wonderful and took her time showing me a few new options for caring for my teeth. Ive been coming here since I cracked a tooth a couple of years ago and have always felt welcome and cared for.

So thankful to be in the care of the staff at Aspen Dental. Kind, professional and offering the highest level of service, they enable me to experience the best possible dental health.

I’ve been enduring a lot of dental work and procedures since I was around 3 years old and I’ve always had horrible experiences which ultimately led to some major dental anxiety. Working with Cheri Neal, DDS has helped me overcome these fears and anxieties. She explains everything to me and is the most gentle dentist I’ve ever had including shots. I’m so much more at ease and no longer panic when I need to come in which is very often due to how much work I’ve needed.Assisting Cheri were DA’s Brenda and Taryn who I’ve concluded are the best dental assistants I’ve ever had an experience with. They’re beyond informative and sympathetic to my fears and uneasiness and go above and beyond to make me comfortable emotionally and physically.After 3 decades of undergoing extensive and constant dental work, Im so grateful I’ve found Cherry Neal, DDS and DA’s Taryn and Brenda.

This is a clean, well-run office with excellent staff. Everybody that Ive interacted with here has been kind, professional, and great at their jobs.Dana in particular was my awesome hygienist. She has such an infectious positive energy, and she helped me feel more comfortable and confident going into some major perio cleaning. I came out in much better shape, with no soreness, and a big smile on my face!

Aspen Dental is great. The area itself is nice looking and well laid out, and the staff there is kind, pleasant, and knowledgable! I have been going here for a few years (ever since I finished up my time of braces and Dentistry care for toddlers), and they have always given me good advice and shown me great care. Today, I had a phenomenal experience with the legendary dental hygienist, Dana: she is very sweet, very helpful, and very smart! *I assert that she has legend status because it is clear to me that the other people in these google reviews have a similar opinion of her.-Every Dentist at Aspen Dental knows what they are doing and also cares about their patients. No matter who you end up with, you will be in good hands.
