Tyler was great. Scheduled my oil change but I told him I needed to be done by 10 to get back home. He got my done and out the door in record LHM time.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation under the Jeep Wave program. Asked that they only do a 4 tire rotation (as opposed to rotating my spare in which has a plug in it). Left the vehicle and returned in the afternoon. Having had issues at another dealership, i was paranoid and marked my two front tires with a red paint marker. Upon my pickup, I noticed both front tires still had the red marks. I confronted the service technician who came back claiming they rotated all 5 tires (though i pointed out my spare still was the plugged tire). Even after showing photos from the morning confirming the red marks, all I was given is well they said they rotated them and the deeper tread is on the front which is better anyway. No reasoning or assistance despite the evidence that I was docked for a rotation which never took place. Now Im one less rotation under the Wave program, and I guess Ill have to wait for my actual rotation next oil change at a different location. Cherry on top.. changing my radio station to loud country. I wont be back, especially considering I drove out of the way to this location, having had a good past experience earlier in the year

Unfortunately, I have had horrible luck with my 2014 Grand Cherokee. BUT, everyone who has helped me in the service department has been amazing and gone out of their way for me. Notably Garry, Chris, and the manager John. All amazing people to work with and they have always treated me right.

Took my Promaster 2500 for an express lane oil change. They turned me away because they said they didn’t have a lift big enough. I’ve been to express lanes (many were much much smaller and less equipped) at dealerships all over the US, and have never been turned away before. This LHM express lane just didn’t want to work today, I guess.
