I have a Thor 24’ RV on a Mercedes Sprinter Chassis and Mike of Colorado Fleetworks is my guy! I can’t that my friend enough for the referral as I now will only use Mike!

Mike is amazing!! After calling around & finding the soonest Sprinter repair appointments two months out, I found Mike. I had been told by other shops that my transmission was going out, & that I shouldn’t drive it for two months until they could see it. I live & travel in my Sprinter RV full time for work so that’s a near impossible request. I told Mike over the phone exactly what I’d told the other shops, & he immediately knew that it was simply a bad air filter. He worked me in that same day, was super hospitable, made me feel right at home & even quickly fixed some other things in my camper that other shops would’ve taken months to get to. I feel so lucky to have found Mike & highly recommend him, not only for his expertise but his honesty, reasonable prices & being easy to work with.

I am so glad I met Irish Mike! I had to get my 06 Sprinter in for an oil change and a quick glance over before a trip out to the west coast. Every shop I called was booked out for at least a month. I found Mike and gave him a call and he said to bring it right in the following week. From the moment I walked up to his shop Mike was extremely knowledgeable in his craft, kind, and very transparent. He did the oil change for me right there, told me a few things to look out for on the road all the while we just chewed the fat like old friends and it was a very refreshing experience. Irish Mike is the man!! I was on a cross country trip in my 2004 T1N Sprinter, about 2 hours outside of Denver. Gave him a call, and he fit us in as we pulled into his shop. Ran diagnostics, fixed the issue, gave me a drink, and we were back on the road under an hour: all of this on a Saturday. He is kind, knowledgeable, and excellent at what he does. I will be bringing my van to him as often as I can!

I was in a tight spot coming into Denver on a cross-country trip in the RV, and Mike took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. Mike took my van in as quickly as he could - fixed my brakes and diagnosed and fixed an electrical issue and got me back on the road within a day. Cost was very reasonable and Mike is very generous with his knowledge of Sprinter. He also gave me coffee and donuts and let me hang and do some computer work while they fixed the van. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better guy to help me. I was traveling through Denver in my 2005 T1N sprinter and Mike came recommended to me through a T1N forum. Let me tell you he didn’t disappoint. Did a complete oil change for me and ran diagnostics on my AC issue. Found the problems fixed them all. Love your Sprinter but hate having to wait 3-6 months to schedule service at the dealership? Me too! Lucky for me, I discovered Irish Mike over at Colorado Fleetworks. My big diesel van cant go just anywhere to be serviced, and I was frantic because I had bad brakes, a flat tire, and was overdue for regular service with 5 months to wait for the next dealership appointment. They came out to my house, took care of the flat and let me drop off the vehicle at his shop the SAME DAY I called. Had it back to me one business day later, serviced, repaired, and cleaner than when I brought it in - all for less than the dealer would have charged! Its obvious these two guys really care about every vehicle they service, AND the people that drive them.

Our van broke down in Denver and I wish this would have been the first place we tried because everyone else gave us the run around while Mike got us an answer within minutes. He was beyond nice to us, very accommodating, and knowledgeable about Sprinter vans. Thank you so much!!

Highly recommend as a mechanic for a Sprinter owner. Mike is very upfront about cost, parts and relevant information for the repair. I’ve had experience with other Sprinter/Van mechanics that didn’t leave me feeling too confident during and after the service. Never felt in the dark with Mike about what’s going on with my van. WOW! As others have said Irish Mike is the real deal! His customer service is exceptional! He was able to get my Winnabago View in quickly before a cross country trip and explained and educated me on everything he fixed. He even advised me of a couple of things to watch for that didn’t need fixing at this time. He also helped me put together an emergency MB parts box (belts and hoses) so that I won’t get stranded without access to the specialized MB parts. I hate going to the MB dealership and paying their high prices. Irish Mike is my new mechanic!

I dont know what to say, I never give negative for review.My Sprinter broke down on the way home to California found this place by someone search and recommend, I request, can I have a car back by tomorrow to drive home Cali, the shop found malfunction part like a thermostat, it was replaced but not replace the whole parts so we arrive home and cooling starts dripping down....taking to local shop start over again with new Thermostat and add the tube which not replace correctly at Denver shop.California shop replace the new thermostat and correct tube part of the component, I have to pay double price for 1 job.If a customer requests the car by the date done, the shop should tell me the truth, because did not have a second part, the customer or I will continue to stay and wait for the car to fix the right way.Brand new thermostat damage and tube which Denver shop put in cost total over $700.

Amazing guy and an incredible mechanic! I took my 2011 Mercedes sprinter van in for some service, and within minutes Irish Mike was able to diagnose the problem. He is very honest and to the point, and does not talk to you like a businessman which is what I look for in a mechanic! Would definitely recommend if you need any work done on your sprinter van!

Mike really went out of his way to make our Sprinter repair FAST, CONVENIENT and AFFORDABLE. He talked us through the repair and gave us several options that were aligned with our budget. Is your Sprinter van limping? There is literally no better place to take your van than right here to Mike and crew. Seriously..... Im on my 3rd round with CFW. Every time, Mike comes through (always in a pinch as I live 2 hours away.) Im sure there are other guys that know a thing or two about the Sprinter just like Mike does....but they lack the same work ethic and the drive to want to help get you and your rig back on the road. These types of businesses are getting harder and harder to find. The only way youll experience this is by calling Colorado Fleet Works and scheduling that appointment..... Youll see what Im talking about. My kids love this place and he has my business as long as Im driving a Sprinter

We were so lucky to have Mike work on our 2008 sprinter van. We had a check engine light on our way to Denver. Even though he seemed quite busy he quickly diagnosed the problem to just be the DPF re gen and we were out of there within 1 hour. He was accommodating that we got some drinks and he filled up our water tanks for us. We really liked the service so much that we came back and did some major repairs that we holding back on cos we did not know who to trust with the Sprinter. Mike changed our rack and pinion, compressor and the front end shocks brakes etc. His labor charges were very reasonable. Drove back to LA and our old lady seems so smooth. My wife and I were traveling across country in our Mercedes sprinter and had a wheel sensor go bad. First off, Mike answered our call for help after normal work hours. He called us back quickly, troubleshot our problem over the phone, told us what we probably needed and how he could help. When he worked on my vehicle he did the repair wrong and caused a bunch of problems. “I told you that you should have gotten the accessories “ is what he told me when I called him to explained the problem. HOWEVER he didn’t tell me about what the accessories would be OR how important they would have been. I am not a car person and I told him that UPFRONT. Now I have to pay more money then what I thought I was going to pay originally due to the amount of damage from HIS repair. Save your money and go somewhere else. Not worth the time of day in my opinion.

My 2011 sprinter wouldn’t start one chilly morning in the mountains, got towed to CO Fleetworks. Mike did everything he could to get me out of the shop the same day while telling me everything I would need to keep an eye on in the future. Strongly recommend coming here if you have any issue with diesel vehicles.

Mike picked up the phone on a Sunday and had the part I needed ready for installation. I showed up and he was able to help me right away. Mike did great work as an arbiter between the seller and buyer in this case. He gave the Sprinter an honest evaluation after working on two other vehicles in the shop at the same time, allowing the seller to make an informed decision on buying it. Hes now making repairs on it for the buyer.

After looking around for a Nissan Pathfinder or an Armada and many drive tests later, me and my wife Jessica went to Mike and Jessica at Fleetworks. Initially we found a 2007 Pathfinder he had and later that day he had someone put a deposit. I was not happy, but then Mike called me back and told me give me a week, and I will find one as nice or nicer for you. A bit skeptical I kept looking. 5 days later Jessica called me indicating they found one and to come get it. I was SOOO happy that they remembered me. I told my wife and we went that next day. He was straight forward, told me what he did to it to fix certain things. We absolutely loved it!!! Thanks again Mike, Jess and Nicole. You will always be on my radar for my next vehicle. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD PURCHASING A VEHICLE.Long story short - I would not trust this dealership.I purchased a vehicle from Colorado Fleetworks in January of 2017. It is now April of 2017 and I still do not have a title. In February of 2017 I called, texted, and emailed the dealership. They responded by saying the title was in the mail and I should be expecting it any day. After several more weeks with no title, I was told they sent it to the wrong address and would send it out again. Several months later, I got the same story title is in the mail. It is now the middle of April and I have not received an answer about the title. No call backs, no return of my text messages to the owner, no responses to my emails. I am stuck with a car that can not be registered and there is nothing I can do about it.THATS NOT ALLWhen purchasing the vehicle, I was told that he would give it a tune up, change the spark plugs, change the oil, top off all the fluids etc . . .The oil was filthy when I recently changed it. I doubt he changed the plugs, the special oil required for the adjustable suspension was completely empty . . . I paid him extra to put on new tires and a new windshield. Two of the tires wont hold air longer than a week. Whenever it rains water leaks through the windshield. The suspension is shot and going to cost me around 2k to fix.I was told that I would be getting a $500 check in the mail to deal with my troubles - but that money is still nowhere to be seen . . .I can deal with one or two things going wrong in a car sale, but the accumulation of bad experience has led me to write this review.

I bought a Chevy Colorado here. When I got it there was an o2 sensor issue with it (which i was told when i purchased it.). I was told that I could bring it back and get it fixed in a week free of charge. Mike kept his word and fixed it and a couple other minor issues the day I brought it back for free. This guy keeps his word you wont be disappointed.

My wife and I bought a truck from Mike. The price was fair but it had some problems. Mike assured us that he would fix the things that were wrong and give us a complimentary 30 day warranty. We decided to buy the truck.Each time we dropped the truck off, it was at least a week longer than Mike said to get the truck back. At least. Each time we picked it up we found something else that needed done, and for the most part Mike was happy to fix these items.The last visit I had to Colorado Fleetworks, I dropped the truck off to diagnose a check engine light and to figure out what a squeak in the front end was. When I picked it up, it still had both of these problems as well as an excuse from Mike.Its a year later. The squeak were front wheel bearings that were poorly installed by Mike. They werent centered in the hub which was now trash, and as a result of not being centered, they rotated the front rotor off center and wore out a brand new set of pads and rotors in 2 months. I replaced those myself, and have had no problems since.The engine code was a misfire on cylinder 6 that indicated that upon investigation would have revealed that there was coolant in the cylinder. It had a bad head gasket when I bought it, I requested he check it out under our agreed upon warranty. It was either found, and ignored, or he just didnt even check it.This is a huge one. Mikes receptionist aquired a vehicle history report for the truck, and when they handed it to me, it said it had no accidents. While I was replacing some ball joints that Mike said he would replace before we ever exchanged any money and never did, I found some damage to the front bumper crossmember and decided to pay the money and have a Carfax done. It came up with an accident with front and side impact that I believe Mike new about and didnt disclose.The first impression of the vehicle is that it was a nice clean late model truck. It turns out it had some issues, and I understand that these are the rigors of owning a used vehicle and Ill certainly own some of the responsibility for buying a low priced truck and doing my due diligence and having another mechanic inspect it.So, Id hope this review helps people take the time to do a little better job than I did having the vehicle inspected and demand a reputable vehicle history report. It cost me thousands of dollars to fix things that Mike said he would take care of under warranty. Whether he did it, and it was wrong, or he didnt do it while under warranty. Disappointed in the lack of quality and communication more than Im disappointed about the purchase itself.Thanks for reading.

Even though my bank issues prevented us from getting a nissan murano from mike. He still managed to help us get a cheap car for my wife to get around in until we can figure out our financing. Gave us a great deal on trade in for the car we were replacing with blown motor. Tuned up the motor on the car we got and fixed few other things on it. Outstanding team there at fleetworks with Jessica behind the desk. Definitely recommend for buying a car or just having mike be your mechanic.
