Goodyear? not so much. Good service? Absolutely. Dan has been a huge help over the last year and a half of me having a lemon from the Toyota dealership. So honest and informative. I would go to war for this man. He spent an hour this afternoon informing me why I should and should not consider selling my car. I appreciate his honesty and hard work on this car and would honestly never take a vehicle elsewhere at this point, unless it was a horse ! (I’m sure he can tune those up too)

BAIT AND SWITCH! The tire rotation is free with an oil change. How cool! Unfortunately, after 6 hours they only did the oil change. April apologized for MY misunderstanding, saying, “The appointment was [only] made for an oil change.” I played a voice recording from when I dropped off my truck. It was me telling Stan twice that I wanted a tire rotation. In the recording, Stan says, Well get that done for you. April didn’t seem to care. I then pointed out an ad on their countertop advertising FREE tire rotations with oil changes. I tried to show her an appointment confirmation for a tire rotation and oil change. Still, she didnt care. What’s more frustrating than false advertising? What’s scarier than a dishonest auto shop?

When I moved to Denver 18 years ago, I was a long time FStone customer for my tire and service needs. I went to the Fstone here in Denver and was severely disappointed with their service service quality and customer service, even for a long time card holding client like me. A few months later I needed a new tire so i decided to across the street from them and try Goodyear. Ive been a steady customer for my tire needs and service requirements ever since....over 17 years! The manager Stan knows me by name and always treats me tremendously well.In July of 2021, I had the misfortune of getting a large screw embedded into my tire, it was so damaged that the tire had to be replaced, I have a brand new 2020 Hyundai Venue and wanted the exact same tire to match the others, the service manager Daniel went out of his way to locate one out of town and when it arrived installed it rapidly without much of a wait at all. Daniel spend a 1/2 hour on the phone with my tire warranty people to make sure they would pay for the replacement tire. Then 3 weeks later, I ran over a steel blade and it ripped the sidewall of the new tire, such bad luck for me. Again Daniel located me the same tire and replaced it a week later when it arrived going out of his way to get me in when the shop was extremely busy.I highly recommend this Goodyear location in Five Points-Denver, on Broadway and 20th. The personnel are customer oriented, knowledgeable and accommodating. In particular I appreciate the shop manager Stan and the service manager, Daniel.

Dan is a miracle worker. I had a major brake issue. He really helped me out and was extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for everything Dan!

Staff were friendly and professional. They were even prepared to stay late on a Friday so we could pick up the car after we finished work! Definitely commend them for that.We required large snow tires that had to be ordered out of state as they were out of our size. Staff were prompt at keeping us updated on when the tyres would arrive.

Super bad customer service! April in the front was super rude! I SAW MY PAPERWORK HANDED TO HER! I walked up to go pay and she said to give her a min because she was working on something else. 2 people walked in and she helped them right away. I then go up to her again to check me out and she says she just received my paperwork! Super unprofessional!

Last night thur June 25, i drove into the broadway location in Denver CO. The attendant came out and was eager to help. Dan at the desk however was not eager to be any assistance. He told me i would need to leave my vehicle and would b able to pick up the next day at 6 pm. All i needed was a flat sealed.Today, i pull into the Tremont location in Denver CO and was told it would be an hour before they could seal. I am very unsatisfied amd just spent 900 on tires from this brand

The WHOLE TEAM is FANTASTIC!Woke up today (snowstorm) with a dead battery. Not only did Stan save me the price of a tow, he sent one of his team, the awesome Yajaira to jumpstart my truck. Followed her to the shop and they had me in and out in record time all while being super fun and enthusiastic. You can tell they care about their service. Dan, Stan, Yajaira, you guys rock! I had a similar experience as Scott. Made an appointment online - apparently they called me (didnt leave a vm, no text or email, nothing on the website) telling me I had to drop it off in the morning. Showed up for the appointment and was met with yeah, we called you at 4:58, were a drop off location. No sorry for the confusion, anything. Definitely going somewhere else.

Stan is THE MAN! Both me and my mother have been going to see Stan at this same Goodyear for years and not once has he or his team failed us or steered us wrong. Been here many times and always had exceptional service with very friendly staff. Recently I booked an appointment online and the team called me to say they could not honor it that day. I rescheduled for a new day.Went to drop off the car and the team claimed our conversion never took place to re-book my appointment and they would not honor this second appointment. The woman blamed me and instead of being proactive to try to resolve the issue and service my car before I was driving cross country she was exceptionally rude and unhelpful.This is an unfortunate circumstance but after being treated so poorly once I will never return. All it takes is one awful experience to lose a loyal customer.

Quickly left work mid-day as I was told that a very minor repair on my car would be completed by the end of the day if I was there within the hour. Went through the process to check in and the woman leading the front desk said they could not promise me the same timeline the gentlemen quoted me earlier. She claimed “there is not timeline they can quote... can’t promised same day, next day or even service to be completed within a week.” Seems like a reasonable request to understand how long a driver will be without a car...

The staff so far have been extremely helpful and kind. Last week I had low air pressure in my tires and John got me in right away and immediately took care of the issue. I appreciate the ability of the staff to see me right away or accommodate as best as they can.

The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude, clearly not having a happy holiday. From the other comments left by customers I shouldnt have been surprised. This experience was enough to ensure I will not be going back.

Great, friendly service. Transparent and responsive communication. Ive only been here a few times, but so far so good. They never tried to nickel and dime me. In fact, theyre usually trying to help me get the best deal on parts and service and always give me real talk on the situation. These guys are A-Ok in my book.

I was the first appointment 630am on a Tuesday and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They offered excellent service. My only complaint is Id scheduled an appointment the day before on their website which showed my time slot was available but the system never scheduled the appointment. I had to make the appointment in person, since I was already onsite.

They were really backed up and I needed some help with a tire, they went out of their way to help me quickly. Very happy with the service.

I had a flat tire today. I barely made it to the parking lot of this location. Initially they tried to fill the tire, but I had a hole in the side of it. They were very busy and didnt have time to get me a new tire. However, one of their technicians came out and took the time to change my tire for me with the spare I had. When he was done I offered to pay them and they refused payment! It was so nice to have that bit of unexpected kindness. Thanks for the rescue guys!

Took my car in for a standard oil change. It overheated on my way home(less than 1 mile) and now has some kind of coolant leak. Management was apologetic and offered to look over the car for issues but couldnt find any yet the problem persists.

I made an appointment on the website specifically for 7:30am on a Wednesday morning. I entered the services I needed, and the website and confirmation said my appointment would take two hours. So I expected to have my car back by 9:30 and scheduled the rest of my day accordingly. At drop-off, the guy asked, “What time do you get off work?” I replied, “Typically four o’clock, but I’d like to pick my car up midday before the weather hits because I have an appointment this afternoon and I’m going to work from home for the rest of the day.” What he heard was, “Four o’clock” and nothing else. When I called at 10:30 to ask if my car was done yet, the girl who answered, April, said they hadn’t even started. She sounded like a broken record when I tried to explain that I’d made an appointment online, a fact she dismissed that by explaining they are “a pickup and drop off location” (which basically means they can do what they want, I guess, and negates the website’s appointment system?). She kept repeating, “Four o’clock was the time that was discussed. Four o’clock was the time that was discussed. Four o’clock was the time that was discussed. Four o’clock was the time that was discussed.” I ended up picking up my cat at 11am—they still hadn’t started. Won’t be back to this location.

This location has proven to be a convenient and reliable place to get my vehicles worked on.

I created an appointment, was given a quote for how long it would take to complete the service, when I got into the office they stated that they dont really pay attention to those time quotes, and it would take a lot longer than what had been quoted. The lady working, April, was rude and unprofessional. They didnt even have the snow shoveled on their sidewalks 3+ days after the last snow, shows a real lack of effort and attention to detail, not what you want from the people working on your car. Theres several places downtown that are better, Id save yourself some time and use one of those other places.

The people who work here are fantastic! I called them up to check on getting my tire repaired. They told me it would take 30 minutes but were able to get it done in 10. From the mechanic who fixed my tire and reinstalled it to my car to the helpful people at the front desk, everything about my experience was awesome. Thanks so much!

I seriously love this place. We had a Toyota that would randomly shut down on the road. We had taken that car to several different shops to have it looked at before these guys finally diagnosed it as a failing gas sensor. Seriously saved a good car from the salvage crew. Moreover, they were able to get my car in quickly for snow tires and when they got a little behind on when I needed it by, they made it right by giving me a discount on the cost. I just think theyre one of the few places left in the world that still really values their customers. They definitely have my business.

Went in there with a tire that had a slow leak. To my surprise they said they’d fix it for free. I left the car there on a Sunday since they couldn’t do it right away and I could walk home. It was fixed Monday early afternoon. Great customer service and friendly folks working there. Would definitely go back.

Had an appointment to get my oil changed and they had my car for 2.5hrs. When I went to pick it up they told me I needed $750 of work done (which maybe it does, who knows) and they could get started for me right away. Told them I wanted to wait to get the work done and just pay for the oil change. At this point they realized they hadnt changed the oil and said I could wait 2hrs and they could do it. How do you forget to change the oil on a car that scheduled for an appointment to get an oil change?

Ive been taking my cars here for several years. Its always been good, but lately has gotten even better. The reason is manager Jake Stein, who is smart, professional and courteous. Ive seen comments that its tough to get an appointment, etc. Thats not limited to this Goodyear, its everywhere. The fact is Denver is facing a scarcity of qualified auto mechanics and a rapidly growing population. Given the demand/supply imbalance, these guys do an excellent job of turning cars around as quickly as possible. Have a little patience and you will get great service here.

Theyll take a joyride if it looks fun. I dropped the car off so they could look at one leaking wheel. They called me saying they were done and I picked it up 20+ min later. The engine temp gauge was half way up which is surprising. The only way for that to happen is if the engine was fully up to temp when they called me. To do that either 1) you let it idle for 20 min. 2) you drive it around... for 5+ min... for a few miles. So either theyre pointlessly wasting my gas or theyre joyriding. Its an 04 STI with bald tires. What do you think happened?

Always awesome! Ive been going to this Goodyear for over 10 years. They always provide great customer service, just do what I ask them to do and dont try to upsell me on anything. I work downtown, so its nice to just be able to drop my car off in the morning and then pick it up in the afternoon. Stan, Dave and the rest of the team are amazing!

Have been here twice, both times with great results. Most recently, one of my tires was loosing air. I dropped my car off and they fixed it for free same day. Will be going back.

This place deserves a 2-3, but their rating is so high, Im giving them a 1 to balance things out. I went in for some maintenance on a Sat, and after they had my car for 30 minutes, they called me to tell me that the worker that did fluid flushes does not work on Saturday. Great... ...nice job scheduling, and then continuing to overlook this. No type of compensation was provided for wasting my time.

I have had my vehicle serviced here since I purchased it in 2014... This business has always been good to me until today. I dropped a vehicle in Sat morning because the engine light was on. The gentleman behind the counter told me I could leave my car and they would run the codes and call me that evening. I called this morning (Monday) and i was told they hadnt gotten to my car yet. Approximately 2pm they (Brian) calls and tell me they have ran the codes and they can not fix my car i have to take it to the dealership. I asked on the phone if there was a charge for this and he said yes $120.00. When I went to pick up my car i expressed unhappiness with the fact i was paying for work I hadnt authorized to a mechanic named Dan. Dan rudely told me your company deserved to get paid for their time. I was only expressing my thoughts but Dan inisted on over-talking me and being rude. When I asked for all paperwork associated with my vehicle Dan chuckled at me and said all the paperwork was his. This was just a bad visit to Goodyear.

Honest and quick. Original estimate was $134 but for whatever reason my tire didnt need all the work, so the end result was around $30. They were done within 30 mins of me walking in. Will go back.

I was expecting to have the alternator replace, it was not charging. Dan looked at the engine. Found a missing bolt.Dan saved me a lot of money. It hard to find an honest mechanic.

I started going to this five years ago when I compared prices for an oil change (my vehicle only takes synthetic) and Goodyear on Broadway was the cheapest. Ive been going back ever since. The biggest issue I face with mechanics is trust, and Goodyear will definitely give it to you straight. Today I brought my truck in to get the brakes checked (it had been 45k mi) and they told me the brakes were fine and I can probably get another 20k miles out of them (I guess pads last longer these days). Music to my ears!

Each time I bring my vehicle in I get excellent service from Stan and David . I’ve been coming to this Goodyear since 2004 no matter what part of town I live in. The commute and drop off is worth it to me for the quality of work and service received!!!! You can tell by the amount of vehicles in their parking lot that this location is well worth it.

Bought tires here in 2015, had a pleasant experience. Recently had road damage to front right tire. Road hazard warranty was honored, no questions asked, 100% of the replacement cost covered. Same day replacement. Stan is the man!

Makes appointments they won’t keep. Same issues for years now. Their time is clearly more important than your time. Oh did I mention the time they lied about doing a brake test ultimately causing a makor failure not long after. This store is too busy for them to care as far as I can tell.

I took my family to Colorado for some snow boarding and clean air but those mountains was too much for my water pump had to leave my truck. Fairly small location. Service is awesome. They were turning people away after us but gladly took the time to fix our leaking tire so we could head back to Texas. Maybe they wanted us out of their state. Lol

Just got some new winter tires for my car. They gave me a good price. Usually I find that buying tires online is significantly cheaper than getting them from the shop, but these guys were around, if not under, what the online price would have been. Plus, they were able to get it done sooner.The only reason that this is not a 5 star review is that even with an appointment it still took almost an hour for them to start on my car, and from there it took longer than I was first quoted. Still, they were friendly and it seemed that they were backed up due to one of the machines breaking. Id strongly recommend this place to a friend.I love the new tires. They make a big difference on ice and snow.

Awful! First time I took my car there to change a tire, they didnt do an alignment. Then, when I took it in to get that done, they left my lights on when it was bright out and it killed my battery. When I called to tell them they said to tow the car there and theyd look at it. At my expense! I never put reviews online but they are terrible there.

This was the absolute worst experience i have encountered at a tire shop. I took my car in because I had a flat. I called before stopping by and they said they would replace the flat for free. After waiting for almost two hours, I received a call saying that they were not able to fix the flat because of where the nail was located. They offered to sell me a tire but I declined because I knew from previous flats that this was not the case. I took my car somewhere else and they were able to plug the tire immediately without a wait. The man working on my car lied to me. If you are going to offer a free service like this, it would be better if you actually offered it instead of trying to rip people off.

So I bought some tires online, picked this location to have them installed. I got there about 15 minutes early to make sure I was in and out in a timely manner. I walked in about 10 minutes before the appointment to get whatever paperwork that needed to be done, done. I get yelled at by the person at the front desk were closed I told her I have an appointment at 9 tells me again were closed so I walked out and I can hear behind me she locked the door. It seemed to me like that person woke up on the wrong side of the bed had I not had the appointment set up I wouldve gladly gone somewhere else. So I go back in and after finally getting to me she apologizes for the above incident. In the email I received after purchasing the tires it said I would be receiving a confirmation call withing 24 hours and I never did but I didnt realize it until I was already at the shop. The small interaction that there was with the service tech was the only positive aside from the service for the tires. Next time Ill just go somewhere else.

Nice bunch here - pulled in with a bolt in our tire at 530PM rush hour time yesterday with clients in our Towncar to get to the airport ASAP - couldnt fix our flat but immediately slapped our spare tire on and had us back on the road in 20 minutes and we made it to the airport in time. Didnt even charge us.FYI when we pulled into the Firestone across the street the Service Manager there said they wouldnt help us unless we bring the car back in 2 weeks for the flat repair/spare change out and to have a good night. That Firestone location is terrible - they only had maybe 3 cars in the bays and obviously dont care about customers in need.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Scheduled an appointment online 4 days in advance for an oil change for 4:30pm, a good two hours before they close. I arrive and first they cant find my appointment. I show them the confirmation email and the lady behind the desk walks off. She comes back and says I would have to drop off my car and pick it up tomorrow.It is a 30 minute task, an hour tops! I refused and walked away as the lady behind the desk was extremely rude and degrading. They obviously hadnt kept track of my appointment and were unwilling to accommodate for their mistake. So sad as other Goodyear centers have always been my top choice.

Terrible place for anything more serious than changing your tires. I’ve been here with two different cars that had serious issues and both times they kept taking my money recommending costly repairs that were not even close to the right fix. Had to do research myself and ended up diagnosing the problem myself. Terrible terrible terrible.

How do you break a car that your suppose to fix then charge to fix your break and then break it some more called corporate they were on top of it long story short(to late) after a few fights with this location & calls to corporate things got fixed. Decent prices, fast service, friendly staff. Rating three stars because I have to wipe down my steering wheel, shifter, and windshield after every oil change. Service staff does not thouroghly clean after they work on a vehicle. The last oil change I got left my car with oil/greese wiped on the front bumper as if someone was cleaning off their hand on the bumper.

WE CANT HELP YOU. My mum had a flat tire a block away from this place. We drive there from my car giving them the model number for the tire, conveying our situation. First off, lemme just say there were 5 guys in there. 3 were watching the television, 1 was just standing around, the other at the counter was zoned out in the computer. The clerk proceeds to tell us we cant just leave with the tire we have to purchase-obviously thats what were there for. We ask if one of the guys (I wont say men because these werent men & an insult to their gender) could help us put on the tire since were both petite gals. Its a liability.. but it was literally a block away. Like they had anything better to do. -_- We were responded with nothing but confusion & I quote, WE CANT HELP YOU. Clearly...they couldnt do much of anything let alone their jobs. These people will end up fat, old, bald, ugly with no other jobs or lives because theyre useless. Luckily for good samaritans-we managed without their business & my mum went to Discount tire the next morning who took care of everything.

The manager at this location, Stan, probably has a TCB tattoo because hes always takin care of business. I just get my oil change here, but they are always timely and Stan is just downright friendly. They give you estimates for other work your vehicle needs, but arent pushy about it, which is great. Would recommend to friends. And you!

These guys lied about a brake service that I didnt need. The estimate for the work was for over $500. I took my truck to a different shop on colfax and asked them to check my brakes because i was told they needed to be replaced. When they removed the tires they had me come look at the pads and there was over 80% of wear or better left. Goodyear had told me my brake pads were down to less then 10% and needed immediate replacement. I dont see how you tell a customer this type of information and it not be intentional. I guess they thought i looked like some sucker from the city that didnt know anything about cars.

Such rude customer service. They will NEVER get my money.

Although these guys did check my car, do an oil change and air filter replacement well, I brought it in because the A/C was acting funny. They checked it out & said I need a new air compressor (around $1000 fix), I declined since I dont have the time or money today. They failed to tell me that the system was leaking and that they evacuated all the freon because they are required to by law, so now instead of having an A/C that mostly works, I have one that blows hot air at me for my 12-hour drive tomorrow.
