Roc a gifted manager with serious customer service skills! My mechanic, Andrew, is a Toyota expert and it shows. Ive been working with Southeast Auto for about four years and I kept waiting for a big bill but it never came! Yesterday I rolled the dice and finally had to get the entire headlamp apparatus replaced. This was all due to my own cheap do-it-yourself fix. I cant imagine going to any other mechanic now that Southeast Automotive has cemented itself in terms of trust and service.

Been here several times and people here are extremely friendly, have fair prices and DON’T try to take it advantage of you. I brought my vehicle in a couple days ago for an oil change and told them I need new brakes. They got my oil change done in a timely manner as well as helped me with my squeaky brakes. Instead of charging me for brakes and rotors like I suggested they told me what was causing noise and did not replace my brakes because it was not needed. Thanks guys keep up the good work!!!!

These guys do a fantastic job and are really kind! I first called on a Monday, and they were able to get me in on Tuesday while many other places gave me a 2-3 week wait! I took my car in for brakes and concerns over the transmission. A few hours after I dropped it off, they called me with a quote for the brakes and saying that there was just a minor problem with the pan that they fixed at no charge. It was time for my 90k maintenance, which Id forgotten about, so it was a pricey trip. With that said, my brother is a mechanic and said their price for my car was super reasonable! They had it done by 10AM on Wednesday and I havent had a better experience anywhere. These guys are the real deal and Im thankful to have found them. Ill update this post if any of the workmanship ever becomes a problem, but I suspect that they will quickly make any issues I could have right. These are good folks who work hard and quickly!

I have been a customer of Southeast Auto for 20 years. They are HONEST! They dont mislead you or try to embellish what is needed to pad their fee. I am able to get in within a day of calling for the appt. Roc is THE BEST! They do a good job and I always feel secure and comfortable when using them.

This is far and away the best auto repair shop in Denver. And although I have not tried all the repair shops, Im still pretty confident in that statement. Anytime I bring it in for something big, they always take care of little things that other mechanics may not even bother with that would eventually, most likely cause another large problem. Their recommendations are always on point. The shocks that Rock told me to get are so silky smooth and they werent much more expensive than the bare minimum. My 20 year old SUV runs and rides so much smoother and better than my friends 2015 Yukon with half the miles. I moved away from Denver, but am happy to drive the 250 miles back when it needs work, because I know I can trust this shop.

I called and talked with a mechanic and told them the computer codes that explained the problem that I needed a new motor for my 2008 Toyota Tundra. They told me they have a certain replacement motors they use so I had it towed there. Once there they told me the replace motors they sell wouldn’t work, so they Sent me a text quote for 11,062$. Yes eleven thousand dollars to install a used motor with 77,000 thousand miles on it. I asked for a break down on the 11,000$ cost, but they never could give me a break down, so I decided not to use them. They charged me $296 to tell me everything I told them it needed. So for 296$ and a 200$ tow I’m at the same place I started when I decided to call them.

My truck was making noises and making me nervous, I took it to a different small mechanic first and they didnt really care or look over the whole truck, and I thought their pricing was crazy for what they did suggest. When I took my truck to southeast auto, I talked to a mechanic and explained what was going on, he wrote down all my concerns and had good questions in return. I left the truck with them and when they called me back they explained the issues well and gave pricing before starting the work. I got the truck back and it was in great shape, made me feel a lot better and their pricing is the best Ive seen for the quality of work. I wont be using any mechanic except these guys. I highly recommend you come here if youre worried about your vehicle.

I have a 1989 Toyota Motorhome that developed an oil leak. I figured it was probably the rear main engine seal that requires removing the transmission to get to it - cheap seal part but lots of labor. I checked with several car repair places that werent interested, either because they couldnt lift it, it wouldnt fit in their garage, or because they didnt work on vehicles older than 2000.I took it to Southeast Automotive and talked to Roc Ericson. He agreed to diagnose the leak and called me back saying that indeed it was the rear main seal and they could fix it, but it would be around $1,500 for labor plus another $50 for the seal itself. I gave him the go ahead.A few days later he texted me saying it was ready. I picked it up and paid him the $1,537, but when I got home it was still leaking. I took it back and the mechanic, Ryan, looked at the leak and said it was transmission fluid. Unfortunately, in putting it back together the transmission seal must have gotten tweaked, causing the leak. That meant doing the whole labor again to replace the transmission seal. The next day I got a call saying it was ready.I drove it about 50 miles and am happy to say that its now fixed. I reported back to Roc today and let him know it wasnt leaking and offered to pay for the seal (but not the labor again). He said no, that he was just happy that its now fixed.This is really where repair businesses show their true colors, when something goes wrong and theyre glad to step up and make it right. Plus, they threw in an oil change without charge.Thumbs up for Roc, Ryan, and Southeast Automotive!

Came in to get a noisy clutch checked out. They could have charged me for an entire replacement, but they told me what was going on and only $35 later I was out the door. Very honest shop.

Get on the Roc and Southeast Auto diet!I had to get a cracked header replaced and biked to work for a few weeks during the process and lost 15 pounds!All jokes aside, these guys did an excellent job. It took a while but I wasnt in a rush so they took their time to source the best parts at the best prices available and it worked great. This was last summer and my 00 4Runner is still running great.I always take my cars into them now. I know theyll do quality work and theyre not going to just force extra work or hours into my services. Theyll make recommendations if you have some work that needs to be done, but theyll let you know the priority level of it all so you can determine whether you want/need to do it.Its a pleasure to work these guys. Im not super mechanically inclined and they dont make you feel stupid for that. Check em out.

I have had multiple vehicles here for all kinds of different work. They are fast, and do awesome work plus the prices are reasonable. They are also super honest and there’s been at least twice or they did something very cheap to fix my problem and gave the car back to me. Love these guys I won’t go anywhere else.

Great guys and honest too. I had a really expensive repair done to my truck and after they had charged me and gave me back my truck they called me to let me know they had overcharged me on accident and gave me back my money with no hassle at all. 10/10 I will be giving them my future business.

Fast turnaround - brought my car in at 5pm and they had it ready by 10am the next day. However they charged two hours of labor ($18 in parts, $269 total) to replace the plastic lock pin that broke off on my shift linkage. Not a cable replacement, just reconnecting the shifter with a plastic piece. Thats not a two hour fix. Im scared to know what theyd bill for a timing belt or head gasket.

They quoted a price, which I agreed to. Then they called back to tell me it would be more expensive, but agreed to a happy medium on the cost. Their professionalism cant be beat.

Ive been taking cars here for years. Love these guys. My clutch went out, master cylinder, and some spring assembly. In the end the repairs cost almost 500 under the quote. Love the Honesty!

I recently had purchased a 2005 4runner and had taken it to another shop initially. I told said shop that I wanted them to look it over, change the fluids and let me know what needed to be addressed. When they called me back, it was the person that works behind the desk (not the person who serviced my car) who basically handed me an itemized bill with 7k worth of parts that needed to be replaced.... including two catalytic converters needed to clear engine codes in order pass emissions.I wanted a second opinion so I found Southeast auto. The experience was a night and day difference. Roc took 20 mins out of his busy schedule to talk to me over the phone to work out a plan of attack on getting my ride in tip top driving condition. Turns out, I didnt need 2 new cats, just 2 rear O2 sensors which is a helluva a lot cheaper! I brought it in, they fixed me up and I passed emissions this very morning with flying colors.I really appreciated the personalized service and the lack of BS. I will be bringing my ride back and when my fiancees car needs something, we will be bringing it to Southeast. Thanks guys !

If I could give 10 stars I would. After driving 100 miles our car broke down in Denver. The only fortune we had was we were introduced by House of Muffler & Brakes to this repair shop. Mr. Roc took care of us and told us what problem it could be after I showed him the video. Towed our car to Southeast Automotive, the car got fixed the next day. I was preparing to pay somewhere between $500-800, as this car might have some other issues. The final bill is $316 including towing fees. Wow! Got our car back last night, rans perfect. Thank you, thank you, thank you guys! Highly recommend this honest business to anyone. We love Denver! We love Colorado!

My truck transmission was failing so I went to Southeast Auto for a replacement transmission which they obtained from a local dealer. I preferred to have Southeast Auto replace the transmission since I had previously become dissatisfied with the service department at the dealership where I bought my truck 11 years ago. I had previously switched to Southeast Auto for my auto service needs and had always had a positive experience. My truck was in the shop for about a week (I was out-of-town so time was not a factor to me) and when I picked up my truck it felt like a new vehicle. Southeast Auto road-tested the truck before I arrived and reminded me to bring the truck back after 500 miles so they could do an inspection and make any adjustments if needed. I am very satisfied with the service I received on this and every visit to Southeast Auto.

These guys are great! Theyre always looking to go above and beyond the service that you would expect from an autoshop. Wade and Thomas were very helpful and explained everything that was going on and how they were going to repair it. The price is very reasonable and I never feel like I have been over charged for any of the services they have provided. They have a great interlock program as well.

My recent experience at Southeast Auto was fantastic. I ordered some tires online and called a few local places for quotes to get them mounted and balanced. Every other place I called added fees to their base price. Except for Southeast Auto. They gave me their quote flat out, everything included. There was no teeth pulling involved. And to top it off it was almost 50% cheaper than Discount.I will be returning here if I ever need service done and I highly recommend it to anyone else.

It took them over 2 hours to complete an oil change which is unacceptable, I dont know if they had a problem with me using a coupon that they sell or just have preference with newer vehicles or race. Will not be using them again and wont be using the coupons they sold me. Dont recommend this place, made me feel like i wasnt a priority.There was a client that came after me for an oil change as well and he was in and out in 20 minutes and I still was left waiting another hour.
