Until I found Daves European auto repair in 2018, I would take my 2006 Range Rover Sport to the Land Rover dealer for regular service and repairs which undoubtedly cost me more money and time. Not only has Daves shop saved me a bunch of money over the past 3 years, the quality of the work has been superb and the customer service is outstanding. Dave is friendly, up front, honest, and has never tried to up sell me a bunch of items or service I really didnt need. (Unlike the dealership which always found more things wrong than what I planned for or expected.) I highly recommend Daves repair shop. I only wish I had discovered his shop when I first bought my car.

Trust WorthyI took my Range Rover to Daves European on 3/08/21. He was always upfront, prompt, and courteous. He evaluated my vehicle and let me know exactly what was wrong. He allowed me to choose what I could afford to get taken care of with out the pressure or haggling to take care of what I could not. He also took the time to advise of what needs to be taken care of next. Very trust worthy. Thank you

When looking for a mechanic for my aging BMW, I emailed four mechanics and Dave was the only one to respond, and he did so promptly. I had some major work done which has breathed new life into my car, making it safer, more reliable, and more fun to drive! Dave addressed all my concerns and patiently answered the many questions I put to him, and he helped me zero in on what was best for me. The pricing was all up-front and clearly communicated. He and his staff couldnt be any friendlier. I feel fortunate to have discovered such a great shop! My bank account is also grateful.

Dropped my call off, and nobody told me they couldn’t get to it that day. So I had to wait a whole two days for my car. I get my car back, and it’s not fully serviced. They explained that they never did a diagnostic on the sun roof. I can bring it back for them to do additional repairs. Yea right smh.

I visited in person, and asked Dave about completely refreshing a 15 year old suspension ($1-2k just in labor). He was super nice, and said hed call me back in about an hour. Nothing. The next morning I called to see if hed just forgotten. He said hed call me back. Nothing. They have high ratings and theyre within walking distance from my new home, so I figured itd be great to start bringing my cars here. Considering I own at least 3 cars at a time and get new ones every 2-3 years which are always 5-15 years old and always German, they would get plenty of business. I sure wish I could afford to turn down thousands of dollars for no reason.

I was referred to Dave’s European Auto, by my mechanic Nick at CNS. He said that Dave’s is better equipped to work on my 2011 BMW 550i Xdrive Msport. I contacted Dave and he said he could get me right in. I dropped off my vehicle and within 2 hours, he called me with the diagnosis, how long it would take to fix it and what it was going to cost. The following day he called me and said my car was done. When I picked up my vehicle it was running great. The problem was solved! When I paid my bill it was less than what he had quoted me and it came with a warranty. Thank you Dave. You have earned my trust, respect and all my future business. Bobby Wong

We had the front air shock go out on our Land Rover, and Dave was recommended to us. He not only fixed the shock, but he found several other problems that we were able to fix before they got worse. He prioritized the possible repairs for us, so we were able to fix the important stuff right away and still know what we could do down the road if we need to. A really great experience all around. I spent 2800$ repairing the vehicle and was happy when I left. Thanks guys, Im taking the rover camping in the mountains all summer so Im sure we will be back soon!!

Ive learned my lesson...having a Rover means I cant go to the neighborhood commercial repair shops and expect the same kind of knowledge and expertise that someone like Daves shop has. I was having trouble with what I suspected was a battery/alternator issue, Dave explained that since I had recently had the battery and alternator replaced if they werent programmed back correctly into the on-board computer they would begin to experience faults and problems...he was right. I also had the 90k service done, along with some brakes and suspension work.I cannot be happier with the level of service and attention to detail that Dave provided for my Rover! It drives great again, no lights, no hiccups, no issues! Thank you Dave!If you have a Rover, do yourself a great favor and take it to Daves European Auto Repair in Denver!!!

Last year, Dave was able to help me out of a tough situation time and time again, after a rodent continued to feast on my interior wiring. This sucker would constantly munch on my soy waxed wires rendering them useless, and it was frustrating because I was parked outside. Rather than go to the dealership, I looked for other options. Dave was super helpful, friendly, and made me feel comfortable about leaving my car with him. Super affordable with high quality work, and I would recommend him to anyone!

Dave is absolutely a life saver. If you are having any car issues this is the only auto repair shop you need to go to, especially for European cars. He put a transmission in my 2006 330i. Best prices very flexible. The guy agreed to meet me at his shop on his day off. The customer service is beyond excellent!! This place is the perfect example of WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I never write reviews about anywhere but how far he went out of his way to help me I was shocked myself. Once again thank you dave and the staff!! You guys rock!!

I drive from Parker all the way to Daves location to have them service my vehicle. Way better price and service than the dealer. I was initially recommended to Daves by another mechanic that couldnt fix the issue I was having. Similar experience as other reviewers, Dave gave me a list of things that needed to get fixed on my late model Land Rover and prioritized the needed repairs. I never feel like they are out for a short term gain as Dave and Jeff try to build long term, repeat customers of which I am one. In one occasion, I had a misunderstanding on when I could pick up my car and got there after hours. The next day, Dave and Jeff went above and beyond to arrange to get the car to me where I work to avoid having to make separate arrangements to go get my car again. Excellent customer service!!

I relocated to Denver 3 years ago and have been searching for a good automachanic! A friend recommended them to me so I finally checked it out.Called on a monday and they were able to work me into their schedule that week. As soon as I walked in Dave welcomed me! Promptly verified all of my information and took my vehicle back to get repaired.Once it was complete they brought me my keys, explained in short what they did and gave me my total. Simple, sweet and to the point.I would definitely recommend these guys for anything from getting your oil changed to difficult repair work on your European vehicle. Thank you guys again!!

I took my Range Rover into Daves after having some work done elsewhere. Not only did Dave fix the problem, he took the time and gave the vehicle a thorough look. They found a couple of other items that needed some attention and took care of them. The vehicle is running great. I could not be more pleased with the service I received.

Terrible experience that ended up costing me $3,500 in repairs!!! I brought in a 2011 328xi BMW for a pre-purchase inspection and actually paid them for this service. The workers were friendly but extremely incompetent in their knowledge. I was told this car overall was in great condition. I took their word for it because of the great reviews on yelp and they appeared to know what they were talking about. What a joke. I later come to find out that neither of my USB ports work in the car. (Did they even test it????) Not to mention the aux port was not working either. The passenger seat belt sensor is not working properly and also the suspension needs replaced. It really makes you wonder if they said nothing was wrong so I would turn around and ask them for repairs to be done. If you have a BMW or are looking for a mechanic steer clear of these FOOLS. It will only end up costing you in the end. Go to a professional with knowledge!

I live along the Frontrange but came down to Denver to look at a car, and with some short notice Dave et al was able to accommodate a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I found near by. I found them to be candid, thorough and detailed oriented regarding the vehicle I brought to them. Not only was an item list presented to me, Dave discussed with me some nuances and foresight specific to the make and model of the European vehicle I was interested in; so to assist me to make a highest informed decision about my potential purchase. I highly recommend Daves - in fact, it was another nearby repair shop who recommended them to me in the first place!

I took my 1991 BMW 318is to get diagnosed so I could find out what why my car wasnt running and repair it myself. Since its an E30, it is mechanically simple, and Id get to learn how to work on cars. He ended up asking me for $100, as opposed to the agreed upon $80 for the diagnosis. I obliged and he told me I needed to replace the AFM and the intake hoses. If I wanted both done by him, I was quoted ~$900. I replaced everything myself for $700 and still my car wouldnt run.I took it to Yanzito Imports of Parker and within 5 minutes of it being there, they told me the ICV was installed wrong, fixed the problem and didnt charge me a dime. Nothing actually needed any replacing at all. I will indefinitely be taking my BMW to Yanzito Imports of Parker from now on.EDIT RESPONSE: You were definitely wrong, considering I didnt need to buy ANY new parts. The ICV was bolted in where the intake manifold gasket was, thus creating a massive vac leak. I didnt need to flip the ICV. There was no miscommunication with the diagnostic fee (that you couldnt even give me proper information for). You originally asked for $80, I distinctively remember trying to convince me that I should pay you $100.As a car enthusiast, every time Im at a car meet or I am talking with another car enthusiast, I tell them of my awful experience and how you perpetuate the stereotype that mechanics are dishonest.
