We have been taking our vehicles here for years. They do good work and are reliable. They will lend you a vehicle if needed while they repair yours. You can make payments on your bill if you need be. They are friendly, informative and care about their customers.

Outrageous prices and rude customer service. I recommend that you stay away from this place, even as a last resort.

We drove from the springs to have our commercial truck serviced by pro auto care they are passionate about servicing your car. They went above and beyond! Highly recommended

Pros: Clean business, and exceptionally polite staff. They are definitely articulate when speaking with you, and very friendly.Cons: Very overpriced parts. My old car gas tank brand new is $100-150, and they quoted over $600(not including labor). I declined that repair very quickly. The biggest con, and reason for my 2 star review, is I was offered to pay $300 to diagnose why all my rear lights werent working. I, of course, declined, and each day since have checked my rear lights multiple times. No lights are off. It felt like they were gunning for hundreds over simple repairs that I will go elsewhere for(I have already been quoted 75% less somewhere else), and for made up issues like my rear lights.

I can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am to have found this shop!!! I knew my truck wasn’t going to be an easy fix, I also knew it was going to be costly. The guys here at Pro Auto are in a class all their own!! Never once did I feel like they were taking advantage of me for being a Woman, or in any other way. They were straight forward with me which I appreciate so much. They worked with me to get my truck up and running, they were nice every step of the way, and they were very patient with me. I can honestly say my truck runs great now(finally) because of their care and time. They also know I’m in the middle of moving out of state and will be taking my truck with me. These guys went above and beyond to make my truck safe for me and my kids to be driving in and for that I will always be so grateful to them!!! They really have made me feel safe about the long drive. They’ve also asked me to keep them posted on when I leave CO in my truck AND when I get home to TX so they know I made it safely!!(say whaaaaa!?) They even found AND spoke to a shop in my new city so I know where to go if/when I need anything!!! I never in a million years would have thought I would receive superior service like this!! Alex, David and the team in the car hospital saved the day yesterday. Our Jeep was in the shop getting the usual high level service we always get at PA. Then, Mom needed to get to a doctor appointment so our other car was used. Lots more here, but between a flat tire, 100 degree temps and a serious need to get the Jeep back in service, the miracle happened. Way to expensive! $1000 to install a 300 alternator! Maybe takes a good mechanic 30 min! I work to hard for this place to change this much! Have 3 guys answering phones but still put on hold and don’t call or do what was asked!

We love pro auto care. Having moved to Denver from Boston where we had had a long time trusted mechanic, it was hard for us to find someone new that we felt we could trust. We tried several different shops, but were not impressed by the level of service. Finally, we found Pro Auto Care. Alex has been so amazing in helping us sort out what the best options are for each situation. He really makes us feel like he cares about us, and has several times taken the time to call me and help me sort through my options. Having a mechanic you trust is important, and we are so grateful for your help Alex!

They were able to get the part needed to fix my car, and get it back to me in the same day. I was very impressed, and the staff were all very nice!

Took all day to do an oil change. Kept getting different answers when trying to get an estimated time of completion. Have been a customer for many, many years. This is not the service we’ve come to expect.

This place is a ripoff. Don’t go there. Overpriced and took forever.. they charged $200 for power steering service which was FANCY BS name for just replacing the fluid.. save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! They tried to charge me for diagnosing problems I TOLD THEM about! Sheesh.

They did a pre-owned inspection on a car I was thinking of buying and they sent over to my phone.a very very detailed Inspection in which sold me on bringing every car I own or want to own to them. They are thorough and fast and trustworthy with pictures included in the report! Very helpful!

Alex was a great communicator! Great customer service on his part. That’s the only reason I give this company 3 stars. The reason for this is the prices and labor costs. I believe their prices are equal to that of a dealership. They wanted to charge me $60 to replace a $8 coolant cap that would take 5 seconds to change. Also $220 for 6 spark plugs that cost maybe $10 for the best ones!!! I would suggest you look around and obtain other estimates from other shops before you dish out $1,000 for something that could’ve been done for half that. But hey that is my opinion.

Andrew was incredibly helpful, polite, and honest. Alex also answered one of my calls and helped me while Andrew was busy. They helped me get a tow truck from a solid company that didn’t charge an arm and leg. Pro Auto Care fixed the problem and let me know what else needed to be done eventually. Alex is the best...he found me the last available part in the country and will be installing it on Monday in my 2011 Altima. They are honest , professional, and NEVER up sell me.

I brought my car in for some diagnostics. They told me I needed to replace my PCV valve because there was oil on my air filter. The PCV valve is downstream from the air filter. The oil was coming from the engine vent line that doesn’t have a valve on it. Totally normal. They also quoted over $100 in labor to replace my purge valve, which took me 2 minutes to replace. They told me my radiator and hoses were bad, but my hoses are fine it’s just the radiator that’s leaking. They told me coolant was leaking onto my serpentine belt, and needed to be replaced. I inspected it, and there were no signs of any leaking coolant on the belt. Told me my oil needed to be replaced, and I do my own oil changes and keep records, and it is not time for a change. Told me I needed a tire rotation, and I just had them rotated a few weeks ago. This is just your classic shop trying to overcharge you to replace anything and everything that doesn’t need to be replaced so they can keep their mechanics busy and make more money. Absolutely do not recommend this shop.

8 Yr customer of Pro Auto Care with two cars. Ive spent probably close to $5k over the years but they lost my business today. Historically Pro Auto Care has great customer service. Prices were a little high, but the customer service and quality of work made up for that. Those days are gone. My last two experiences with them have gone poorly.Today I had an oil change and wheel alignment and had fully expected to receive the discount sent to me in the mail, also available online. Because I did not have the physical mailer, nor could print out from my phone, Randy would not honor the discount. He emphasized he must have the physical mailer as they track the number on it. I would not have known about the special, nor what it was called had I not received the mailer.Im done with Pro Auto Care and recommend you look elsewhere for car work. Al doesnt give a hoot about customers

I’ve had some bad experiences over the last few years with auto shops in the area. I was hesitant but hopeful about coming to Pro Auto Care. I am so glad I went.Alex at the front desk was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me (what they were doing to my car, about their shop, and the staff expertise) did not pressure me to get repairs right away and was courteous. As a female I’m always hesitant about going into auto shops by myself. I felt welcomed and was not talked down to by the staff. I got a list of the items that would need repairs in the future, with prices, and discussed when I would need to get the repairs done.I didn’t sit in the waiting room, but it looked nice and comfortable. Snack and drink selection seemed nice as well.

Thieves I tell you! Over priced, unnecessary, unattainable quotes. Who does this to people? Do people actually give you this kind of money for sinple repairs? This is outrageous

Drove in from New Orleans and my 2015 Jeep Wrangler had suspected water pump leak. Upon dropping Jeep off on a Monday they said they had to do a pressure test to determine where the leak was coming from. OK. I Also asked if they would put more air in my tires as I aired down for an off road adventure but only put 30 psi to get me on the road to ensure I made it to a shop. Later on in the day I got an email with a detailed list of a complete inspection of my Jeep which included change spark plugs due to mileage. At the same time I got a quote via email saying they changed spark plugs due to mechanic visual inspection. Which I found contradictory but maybe thats just the way the default description in the computer. The verdict was water pump and found oil cooler leaking, so I got both those changed and said to replace serpentine belt since they taking off anyways. The water pump came in at 66% above dealer list price, the belt 90% and the oil cooler which is a dealer item only 115% over list price. It took 3 days to get me back on the road without putting air in my tires like I asked, but I reminded them and they did. So 3 stars for an average shop with above average pricing.

He even reassured me that they were doing everything to save me money. A job that I expected to take weeks, they got done in less than two days! And then he apologized for the delay!All those fears you may have about mechanics gouging you or being condescending, you will be in such good hands here. I have found my dream mechanic and will not go anywhere else again.

This is the second time and 2 different cars Ive taken to them. I will never use them again. They cant communicate with the customer properly, quoting one price then charging another. My first car, a Hyundai they told me there was this and that wrong with it. Im not a trusting person, I took it to Bill Crestmoors on Holly st and they saved me over a $1,000. Well, since Covid-19 no shop could take my Ford immediately. Pro Auto was the only one but even then they couldnt fix it until the part arrived (understandable). Monday they call and tell me the part is in. I say, okay well Im working a double and Ill drop it off Tuesday morning. I was told by Alex that it is an easy fix and wouldnt take long. I drop it off and Andrew tells me they might need to keep it overnight. They never call Tuesday to let me know if they were keeping it. When I finally had time at work to see what was going on, they were closed. So, Wednesday I work morning shift have my phone on ring for the 8 hours, no call. So, I call them when I get off and they say its ready to pick up. So what? We get quoted different prices then we dont even get a call for an update.. I will NEVER deal with them again because in this case, 3rd time is not the charm.

These guys were awesome. I called last minute to see if I could bring a car I was thinking about purchasing in that same day for a vehicle inspection and they made me an appt for within an hour of when I called. They pointed out issues that I would have never have thought to check, and gave me a quote for how much it would cost to repair them. Because of their thorough check, I ended up not buying the car to avoid issues down the road. Can not thank these guys enough!

My buddy didnt want to leave a review because he was too mad but ill leave a review in his behalf, they charged him 4 hours of labor on something that only took them 1 hour to do they are taking peoples money and im not ok with it and if your ok with people screwing you over then go right ahead and get your car done by them but Id look for a different shop because these people are money hungry

Excellent service, very fair pricing. The guys in the office were knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Had my transfer case and transmission fluid changed. They specifically use what is called for it in the vehicle manual (no brand sponsorship) which makes me feel secure. I’ll definitely be coming here again!

Best place to take my car for repairs and oil changes!!

Staff are very polite not sure yet on the cost being fair or not but I do know that they can and will find and inform you everything wrong with the vehicle. My 1st car immediately was satisfied that they found everything I already knew was wrong. My only issue was that I thought that I paid for all of the suggestions found including my real issue for bring to the shop was I was unable to get lights; track, brake and abs to go off. Which means bad wheel bearings. Unfortunately it was the shops call to only repair one. Which I understand was to look out for the expense, but misunderstanding I thought was already included in my almost $3,000 repair bill. Now it will have to return to be repaired and I get the joy of another bill. But because they are as honest that I found and pleasant to speak toI sent more business hoping for a better outcome. Well, the quote was almost $700 to re program a key fob to start the other vehicle and that is not even touching what repairs are needed once the car is programmed. But they were very polite and let me send my locksmith out to program the key which cut that bill by $625.00So, that did helped my repair expense so far. The part that is totally awesome is They have a company that will tow great price and delivered my car to the shop and included it on the bill.Thanks, Anthony for your patience, honesty and dependability. I look forward to more business with you and your Wonderful Pro Auto care crew.

We were on a cross country road trip and needed the work done quickly and none of the other places could see me because I needed the work done quickly.They told to come in the morning so that the car was ready quickly. Anthony and every other employee at Pro Auto Care that I interacted with were extremely professional, polite, and effective. They were able to fix our car much for affordably while talking us through every step and part needed. Looking forward to being a long-term customer here and highly recommend checking them out!

Yeah my repairs took a little while but the worst part was that there was people not wearing masks in there and talking to me without even any regards of them wearing a mask and I am immunocompromised if I get it I will die.

What a stellar crew! Very knowledgeable, super friendly staff. I recently had a pre-purchase inspection done here and received the most thorough report that saved me from buying an overpriced dud. Anthony was especially patient going over the report with me and was willing to share his knowledge with some helpful recommendations. I am so glad I took my truck to Pro Auto Care. They were cheaper than I expected, and went the extra mile (doing more than I expected). They took me back In the shop after the work was completed where the mechanic filled me in on the work that was done and why. I am easily frustrated by businesses that struggle with professionalism and quality of work and I have to say, Pro Auto Care exceeded my expectations. 5 stars all day.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experience. They took me as a walk in on Christmas Eve and had my car ready within a couple hours. They also gave me a holiday present on my way out. Definitely will return next time I need a repair. Other garages were several weeks booked out even though my fix could not have taken more than a half hour

I was impressed by the phenomenal customer service in diagnosing my transmission issue and getting it taken care of. This is where I will bring any auto issue I have from here on out. Alex is the man!

I had asked them to leave my keys in my car locked so I could pick it up after hours. They told me they would leave it under my mat with the receipt on the passenger seat. When I got there, my car was parked two inches away from their building. Which was absolutely unnecessary and could have caused damage to my car. I had to go back with my spare key because my key was no where to be found. I noticed the next day that they had crammed my receipt with my key into my exhaust pipe. This was my first experience at Pro Auto Care and I will never be back. I found this experience to be completely unprofessional and their office smells like urine.

These guys were very knowledgeable and friendly. My only hang up was that they scheduled me a 4 p.m. appt for a job that takes an hour, but closed at 430. Luckily, I wasnt able to have the job done anyway bc I need tires first which they told me about after taking a look at my suspension. They asked lots of questions and knew their stuff. I will still use them for my original issue after I get tires.
