At first, I thought these guys were awesome. I was getting a really good deal and they were very helpful. They set me up with my insurance and it was great. When I bought my new car the end of last year, I added it to my plan. I had some trouble getting ahold of an agent to help me. No big deal, got it done, everything was good. A couple months ago I was looking at my coverage and my payments and trying to understand why it seemed I was paying more for less coverage. I sent a total of I think 4 emails to the agency to try and help me figure it out. I have still never heard back from them. This month my bill is DOUBLE my usual and I cant find any information on why that would be. Beyond irritated with what seems to be a lack of customer care.However, Allstate offers me the best deal of any other insurance. So I will give them 2 stars.

When I call or e-mail, I always get a quick response back. Irina at Lou Toths office has been wonderful to work with and always takes the time to explain what is going on and why some information is needed. You can tell she has a smile on her face when dealing with her because sh always makes you feel comfortable and never makes you feel like you are asking a dumb question. I would recommend All State and Lou Toth team.

I have been an Allstate customer for 20 years and transferred my policy to Lou Toth when I moved to the Denver area 3 years ago. I have to say that Lou and his team are a pleasure to work with and go out of their way to ensure that I have what I need. Irinia is particularly helpful when I call the office.I recently purchased a home that could not be underwritten by Allstate home owners insurance due to fire risk. Lou and his team proactively found another company that would cover it and had them reach out to me. This was a great help during this process that was new and daunting to me.It is good to deal with professionals that are truly experts at what they do and understand customer service!

Perhaps others have had better experience but my experience with this agency was not the best. My policy was cancelled with a reason of roof damage about a month after it was issued and paid in full. However, my roof is brand new. When asked, I was told that the roof was inspected before the previous owner replaced it. If that was the case, they could have let me know before I made the full payment but they waited until a month later. The agency is not to blame completely, but I would have appreciated if Id gotten a phone call or email about it, rather than just a letter from Allstate that said my policy was cancelled.I eventually received a refund but was charged a $100 policy change fee for no fault of my own. There are better insurance companies out there, I recommend doing your homework.

Very unresponsive and poor customer service. Let me pay then tried to raise my quote without additional paperwork. After I provided paperwork I never got a response or and update on my actual premium. If insurance isnt already difficult enough they will take it there.

Since I started with this office my account has been a mess and I seem to be the only one that actually cares. My quotes were wrong, they put the wrong car under my car insurance policy, spelled my name wrong, and didn’t respond to consecutive emails regarding my concerns. I called and spoke to Alexa who is sweet, but claimed she never got my emails, which is a horrible excuse (as if I’m making it up) instead of just apologizing. I had to call multiple times because the issue still persisted and still to date my name is wrong on my auto policy. I’ve emailed Lou (whom I’ve never talked to) and never heard back either. Very disappointing!

His team was really good while my policy was there , and when i had to go with a diffrent agent same company he let me do that , and i want to thank him for that , and a few times i did talk to lou he did help me . State farm is a great company and they have great employees and if you need a week to pay they help hold that week and still have you covered you should try them out. Thanks again

Do not use Lou Toths office. All of the reviews below are wrong. I had an Agent Abby, who ended up leaving the office, mess up my entire car insurance by not adding the proof of previous insurance to my account, which left me uninsurance for a month.It took me three phone calls to the office to reinstate it and he offered me 25 dollars off my bill for the inconvenience. Went to pay my bill and Lou never added the discount. I called to see what the issue was and he hung up the phone on me.This office has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and found out that Abby had messed up multiple other customers accounts and had left others in my same situation.
