Jim and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My complaint is they sometimes take way too long to respond to my emails or phone calls. When they respond, they always get my issue handled. And I have a major problem with the company Allstate. They have been around almost as long as cars have yet they dont seem willing to come fully into the 21st century. My previous insurance company allowed me to add cars, remove cars, change my coverage, etc online all by myself. Allstates site will not do that. Instead, it says a rep will call me in a day or two. And even that often never occurs so I have to call my agent. This is very unsettling to me to the point that come renewal time, I will think long and hard about whether I will renew.

I have been insured with Allstate for the last three years. I am always pleased with the level of service I receive and I know I am in Good Hands. Jim is an easy going agent with expertise and professionalism.The location is very convenient and the staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend Jim and Allstate to anyone.
