The guys at HAIL PRO PDR repaired one of my company’s glass install vans. They made the repairs in no time and returned my vehicle in less then a week looking brand new again. They even did an inspection on the van to insure nothing needs to be replaced or serviced. These guys are awesome! The whole process was very easy and everyone at this shop had been such a pleasure to work with. I originally came here for hail damage and was told that they could fix my car door as well which had a massive dent in it. I have been dreading bringing my car in to get fixed because I couldn’t afford to spend thousands of dollars on repairs. But with my lease coming up I had to take care of it. Hail pro ended up fixing my hail damage AND my door! They took care of a rental car for me the entire time that my car was in the shop and here’s the best part.... I spent ZERO dollars. They covered my deductible too! I honestly couldn’t believe how easy that process was. Ronnie was my main point of contact and kept me updated the whole time and was so kind. The owners are amazing and are genuinely happy to help people out and it shows. I can’t recommend hail pros enough!

I thought it was too good to be true that they cover your deductible and I have a lease. I called both my insurance agent and my dealership and asked about paint-less dent repair and they said it was ok.I decided to just give it a try and it worked out fantastic. They gave me a rental car for free (my insurance doesn’t cover it) for about one to two weeks, covered my deductible payment, and they did as promised, all my hail damage was gone and my windshield repaired. My car was also detailed after which I greatly appreciated.I was very skeptical, but I have nothing to complain about. They did an amazing job and the ratings they receive on here are legitimate.

We had never had hail damage on a vehicle we had owned in Colorado since 1974. We were referred to Ray and the team at Hail Pro PDR! In the past, I’ve had my car tied up for weeks in another shop for body damage repair and was treated poorly and felt like we were on the bottom of the list. This is not how they run this shop! These guys are really top-notch and will listen to you, and take you through the process, and make sure you’re kept in the loop the entire time. They’re very knowledgeable, and do great work! Most importantly, though, is that they really do treat their customers like they are what make the business. They spare no expense or effort in ensuring their customers are satisfied. It is hard to find places like this that really value their customers, so do not hesitate to work with these guys they will make your car look great— you will not be disappointed. We had three vehicle repaired and were highly satisfied with the work that they did! I would not hesitate to use their services again if needed.

I am so grateful for Ray, Ronnie, Ian, and the rest of the guys at Hail Pro PDR. They made fixing my car so easy, when before I hadn’t considered having it fixed because I couldn’t afford to. They deal with insurance, cover deductibles, take care of the rental, and offer incredible incentives to earn your business. My car is back to beautiful- actually, pristine condition, as they also had it washed and detailed, inside and out. For a couple parts that weren’t in stock, they offered to travel to me to replace those as soon they came in. Life doesn’t get much easier than this!I must also commend Ray and his team for the incredible atmosphere at the shop. Everyone is helpful, happy, they work hard, and do a great job. I had some minor hail damage on my car. I noticed it when the light would hit my car and I noticed the dimples. If you look straight at my car, the dimples are hard to notice. I was recommended to come to Hail Pro. I called them up and we set an appointment to drop off my car in days. Also, there staff said it should take a week to a week and a half. Just depended on how quick the insurance could process the claim. Well, they totally exceeded my expectations. They contacted the insurance company for me. Created the claim, scheduled the adjuster and made the repairs. I did have one conversation with my insurance company. The insurance company cut them a check. For me, to do very minimum work with the insurance company was great. When I picked up my car, it was looking sharp. All the dimples were gone and it was detailed. I was blown away how clean my car looked and professionalism during the process. I would totally recommend Hail Pro.

I have a Ford Explorer that is my life. When I saw I had a bad ding on my rear door(near the window) and 4-5 door dings, it broke my heart. I took my car here and they blew my mind. I can’t even explain how great these guys did. You literally can’t even tell that I had door dings or a dent in my door. They were very fast and very affordable. Highly recommend them to everyone. Ray and the guys go above and beyond to help out their customer in any way possible. After finishing up with my husbands hail damaged car they took time out of there busy schedule to also pull out a single dent on my new car. Turn around time for the hail damage was less than a week and they handled 90% of the communication with the insurance company. The car looks amazing and by far the best service I have received from anyone in the auto industry!

After searching tirelessly for a hail PDR I came across Hail Pro PDR through a reference. I am very selective with who works with my SUV and I couldn’t be more pleased with how owner Ray and his team took care of my vehicle. From the first day, a rental car was provided for me, and I received updates during the time the SUV was repaired. However, more important than that is the fact that Hail Pro PDR included small damage i received (outside) of the hail damage in the total repair making the overall appearance of my vehicle spotless. Ray Henderson and Hail Pro PDR make dealing with insurance and hail claims a breeze! We brought our Mazda and Suburu in for repair. Hail Pro took care of our rental car even though our policy didnt cover the rental, so we actually SAVED money. Both cars were completed quickly and returned to like-new condition inside and out. Rays team even took care of some non-hail minor damage. It seems too good to be true, but Ray and his team are the best out there!

In addition to my repairs (no money out of my pocket ) , I got a 200 bonus ( which I’ll likely use to buy a hail cover! ) and My car looked pristine when it was returned to me , I was compensated for my rental car , and Ray was very nice and warm whenever I dealt with him.These guys are definitely the best in the area ! I did not get service from this company. However, if their lack of concern for human safety is any indication to their professionalism I would stay away. The white Jeep with wide chrome wheels and orange wrap was driving very erratic on the highway on 4/23/20 at around 9:10 am. While driving very fast they cut several vehicles off and swerved in and out of traffic almost causing several accidents. Think twice about using a company that values their own time more than other people’s lives.

Ray is the Bomb! Hail PRO PDR repaired over $12k in damage to my Audi. The windshield had a pre-existing crack but he managed to get me a new one! He covered my $1k deductible and also the net difference ($300+) in a residual rental car bill. Hail Pro was phenomenal. I had a dent on my rear right quarter panel of my BMW and Hail Prowas able to clean that up perfectly. I even had a shop that refused to remove the dent stating its too difficult due to where the dent is. Had another shop telling me theyd need to take off the panel and repaint the whole section after fixing the dent. Highly recommend these guys.Very high quality workmanship and made the dent completely disappear! I will certainly use these guys again!!

It was a deal that sounded too good to be true and I was skeptical at first, but they covered my deductible, completely fixed the hail damage on my 2018 Elantra, and gave me some money back! If you have complete coverage on your vehicle you would be foolish to pass these guys up if your vehicle sustains hail damage. Am recommending to friends and family. Very satisfied.

Chris and the rest of the team took wonderful care of me. I was in a car accident with my personal car, that lady’s insurance paid for a rental car (but not the insurance), and then the rental car got hit by hail. Terribly annoying situation. Hail Pro PDR is a great place to get your hail damage repaired! Ray (the owner) would go to the moon and back for his customers and they will pay your deductible and give you are free rental car. I use my truck for work and they got me a nice rental truck to drive around in while they had mine. When I went to pick up my truck, they asked me to do a walk around to double check their work and I found a few dents & scratches that they needed to go back and touch up as well as replace the cowl grille. This would have resulted in a lesser review but I was told that they accidentally called me before doing a quality check of the work. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they delivered as the truck was as close to perfect as I could have asked for when got it back. To sum up, there might be more professional body shops out there, but you would be hard pressed to find this kind of deal and service for quality work.
