Very professional staff . Fixed my hail damage vehicle in 7 days . Paid my Deductable for me and gave me free rental while my car was being repaired .They had many shops in Colorado but mine was scheduled in there broomfield location which was much more convenient for me than driving to Denver .No complaints what so ever .Great experience!Will def use again in the future .

Hail Free Solutions was very professional and did an amazing job! They had great customer service and their valet service made it so easy to get my car to the shop and back in the midst of my busy schedule.I was very impressed with not only the quality of the repairs but also the fact that they went above and beyond to take care of me, as a customer, and I left the experience knowing that my car had been in great hands!One example of this was the fact that they spent time shining up the dulled down plastic on my headlights so that it made it so much easier to see at night! They also took care of a few other dents on the car that weren’t even hail related, leaving my car overall better than when they got it.

As a small business owner myself and someone that has a history in the car industry, I was blown away with both the level of service and quality of work that was completed on my Dodge Challenger. And to top it off they made a donation to my kids school to give back to the community. Suzanne and the team exceeded my expectations every step of the process...twice! Service was quick and convenient both times...yeah, as a non-native Coloradan I had my week old car get hammered and had it repaired immediately. Amateur mistake. One week after the repair I found myself making another claim and returning it to Hail Free Solutions for a 2nd repair. Im in no way associated with this company, nor did I know them before talking my vehicle in, but theyve earned a customer for life. Thank you for the outstanding service. This place is amazing! My insurance policy didn’t have rental car insurance option while my car was being fixed, and I thought I would end up paying out of pocket, but at this place, they paid for the rental car AND waived my deductible! I never paid a penny out of Pocket. The rental was a super nice vehicle too! The staff is super helpful and they walk you through the entire process. My car looks fantastic, far better than I ever expected. I would be happy to do business with hail free solutions again if it is ever needed. This place deserves 10 stars in my opinion.

I chose Hail Free Solutions because of the great things I heard from a friend of mine. I spoke with Suzanne and Samantha and they helped me understand the insurance process. When I got there everyone was professional and friendly. I didn’t have rental coverage but they paid for my rental. I was skeptical about the repairs being free to me but it was taken care of by my insurance company. I couldn’t believe how good my car looked and that it was done within 3 days. I recommend this company 100 percent.

I had a reallygood experience at Hail Free Solutions. I was totally shocked at how good my car looked and how the dents had disappeared. I can now trade my car in without any worry of the dealership taking money from me for the hail damage. I waited until hail season was over to repair my car. I almost wasn’t going to but when I realized that I couldn’t trade it in with all of that damage, I called Hail Free Solutions. They did awesome. The dents are completely gone. My car is red and it has never been so shiny since I bought it. I can trade my car in now without losing the value from the hail damage. I hope my new car doesn’t get hit with hail, but if it does, I will use this company again.

I learned about Hail Free Solutions when I received a postcard in the mail about them. When I saw that they would waive my dad’s deductible, I straight away told my dad about them. Upon arriving, Clay welcomed us to the facility and after that, Cain greeted us and showed us the hail repair process. They cheerfully provide us with a rental car. By far the best experience I have had when dealing with an insurance claim/repair. My insurance company was a major pain(Direct), but Suzanne made it happen. Excellent customer service, which is extremely rare these days. They waived my $500 deductible and provided me a nice rental car for FREE even though I did not have rental coverage. Additionally, Cain fixed some unrelated door dings, cleaned and made my headlights clear again, and even buffed and sealed minor rust spots on my roof all for free. Hail Free Solutions was able to get me in right away and assured me that my car would be returned prior to lease-end! The service was excellent. They were so helpful and accommodating. They helped me move car seats to the rental car. They got me an upgraded rental car beyond my insurance. My car looks great and was delivered to my front door.

They not only removed all of dents, but the also polished three different scratches for free! I also took my Rubicon to them and it looks bran new again!
