I brought in my car to get the hail damage repaired & these guys did a GREAT job! I didnt have to do a thing, they even got me a rental car to drive while my car was getting fixed. They were ALL very friendly & professional. My car looked so good when I got it back & i got in back earlier than they had quoted. Not only did it look good on the outside but they had it cleaned & detailed on the inside as well! I will definitely use these guys again if ever my car gets hit in a hail storm again. Oh & i have to say, their shop was one of the cleanest auto repair shops, I have ever been in! Especially the bathrooms! These guys DEFINITELY get 5 STARS for all their hard work, for having a comfortable & clean place to do business, their friendly & fast service & a job done AWESOME!

Wow this company really has an amazing process, they had a promotion where I actually made money for getting my hail damage fixed. Who would ever think, I can take my 2018 Nissan Armada in, that looked like Swiss cheese and had some door dings. When they returned it, it looked brand new. I would recommend to anyone looking to get there hail damage fixed to call PDR ART, I will be a client for life.

Excellent job by Alex! A lot of places told me that I would need my door re-done (bondo and painted) but Alex was able to repair it in 2.5 hrs and looks almost brand new. He was able to accommodate me on a busy weekend and got it repaired while I waited in the waiting room. I will definitely be going to them for any future bodywork and repair.

I was in SanAntonio in May. I was in a bad hailstorm. When I got back to Denver, I was approached by Steve Elliott. He told me not only that he would cover my deductible, but also provide rental even if not in my policy. Sounded too good to be true. He invited me to the shop. I met with him and owner Igor. Very clean and staff was friendly. They provided rental and covered deductible as promised. Had my truck back in about a week with no dents and fully detailed. Looked brand new. These guys are so awesome.I was so pleased I let them do my girlfriends car. Steve gave her same great deal and $200 in my pocket for referral. We couldnt be happier. They worked with my hectic schedule and were able to accommodate me even on a Sunday afternoon. The entire process was stress free and super easy. Wow! This kind of service and quality work is UNHEARD of these days! From start to finish. Scott came to my house to inspect the truck. I brought my truck by and a few days later had a work emergency. They PAID for a rental car for me and got me in a car in one hour.My truck was done on time, beautiful work, and THEN they detailed and washed my vehicle. All of the staff was EXTREMELY polite and detailed. They did all of this...all while covering all details with my insurance and even covered all costs AND my deductible! I couldnt be happier. Dont go with a big dealer or body shop, these guys are the way to go! Trust me, I am picky. :)

So happy I found this place! We needed a ding taken out from another cars door whacking us and they took care of us right away, with a reasonable price, and done within 45 minutes! Even though our fix wasnt technically hail damage, the ding was small but deep enough I felt they may know how to fix it best if they do this sort of work all the time. The place I originally booked an appointment with was about to charge me triple their own estimate, and PDR ART Auto Repair quoted me below their competitors original quote and took our car in as a walk in. I would highly recommend PDR ART if you are in the need of dent repair. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was hit two summers ago, and since its a leased vehicle I was required to have it fixed. Although I was dreading the process, Jordan made it super easy for me. He picked up my vehicle, kept me informed of the timeline and provided daily updates, and returned my Jeep once it was finished. Just picked my 2018 Mercedes from the shop and I could not be more happy with the work that they did on my car. Every single little dent is fixed! The owner of the shop, Igor was able to save me my deductible and worked with my insurance directly. The whole process took less than 2 weeks, they also gave me a loaner car free of charge! 10/10 would recommend them!

WOW what a great experience! It all started when I was at Water World, I came out to my car and saw a sticky note, I immediately called the number and I was told HAIL DAMAGE, not being from CO I learned my insurance would not go up and it wouldnt cost me anything out of pocket. I then had the pleasure of meeting the Scotts. I arrived early for the appointment, they were already there waiting for me at the Enterprise with a great rental. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and about 1 week later they called me to tell them to meet back at Enterprise. They even cleaned my car, it was super easy and convenient, I have told all my friends and family of this experience.

They did a satisfying job with my hail damage and getting me a rental for the time being! I’m just upset and battling between PDR and enterprise to get reimbursed for Whoever at PDR is in charge of sending over there billing information they forgot to do so back in june when I had ny services done by them. I look up in my bank statement to a charge of $656.53 Withdrew from my account by enterprise because PDR never gave them a billing number till now of me having to call them and have enterprise in front of me to me that pdr never sent over a billing so if I can’t get reimbursed by enterprise (which it’s looking like I wont because enterprise hasnt been keeping me updated and saying it guaranteed) I shall seek to PDR for reimbursement !
