I worked with Toby, very responsive kept me informed during the whole process. They provided a loaner car. They had my truck for about 3 weeks, big reason was that my insurance company wasnt very responsive to what Superior Dent Solutions needed to get the ball rolling. My truck looks great! Will use them again if needed.

These guys were great! I went in for a door ding and while they couldnt fix it with their tools (because of the odd placement of the ding) they explained it all to me in detail, buffed it out so it still looks a lot better, and even helped me fix a small problem with my doors lining - all for free since they couldnt fix the entire problem. I will be back right away if I ever get any other dent damage and highly recommend them to anyone!

Where do I start...first of all my car looks amazing which is obviously the most important. The thing that makes these guys stand out are: they paid my deductible, they have an incredible warranty on their work, they offer a rental and they deal directly with the insurance agent to minimize the hassle. Absolutely recommend Superior Dent Solutions for repairing hail damage on your car. What sets these guys apart from others is customer service and personal touch. Stephen met me at my house to do the original inspection, drove me to the car rental shop when I dropped my car off and was available for questions along the way. These guys also worked with my insurance company to make sure all the repairs were covered and paid on time. Car came back good as new and was even detailed inside. Superior Dent is so great! My my car was goint to be totaled because of the extensive hail damage. I had just purchased it six weeks previously and really wanted it fixed. Great customer service. Toby at superior dent solutions took care of everything for me. He helped me understand the insurance process, and made everything easy and stress free. My truck was badly beat up but after they were done it looked just like the day I bought it. They did a great job.

Overall Toby was kind, courteous and extremely professional. He did really good work as well. Only feedback I would have is that sometime he is just a little too optimistic with timing. To be fair though it was peak hail season. I highly recommend working with Toby. My wife was pregnant and he went out of the way to help take care of things. For example, the rental had a smell of smoke, and he came by and cleared out the smell at our house just because he wanted to help. Also, a part broke and Subaru said it was their fault, but Toby still took care of it and dealt with Subaru on our behalf. That is way beyond what I expected. Thanks Toby!

I am so happy to be writing this review for Superior Dent Solutions on Labor Day because man did these guys labor over my car, which was absolutely peppered with hail damage over every single inch. When I came to pick up the car, I couldnt believe how great it looked . . . I couldnt find a single dent remaining, not even a tiny one. They got every single one and replaced all the chrome and trim as well. The car looks amazing! Ive looked at it in many different lights now and its perfect. I dont know how they did it. AND their price was super reasonable. AND they were a pleasure to deal with, both Steve and AJ. These guys -- and their crew -- really went out of their way for me and I appreciate it SO MUCH. If these guys come to your door after a hail storm, answer it! We are so glad we did. We had our car scheduled to go somewhere else after the June hail storm, but Steve and Brett offered us a deal we couldnt refuse. They covered our deductible and gave us an additional $100 because we didnt need a rental car. We got our car back in better shape than we left it! Every dent was removed beautifully, and they even took the time to patch up a little paint ding we had on the hood of our car. Everyone we spoke to was so professional and helpful. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

They live up their name. During the Great Hail storm of 2019, my vehicle got hit by baseball sized hail. Toby stopped by my house and pitched me on his company about the vehicle rental and waiving the deductible for customers. I was initially skeptical if his company would follow up on this. Not only did they follow up on their claim, the experience was super easy, they set me up with an auto rental business close to my house and Toby stopped by my home if they needed anything, they did all the work!

The work that was done was excellent, they also fixed a couple door dings for free. They also cleaned the interior of my car for free. I had to send the my car back to get a molding fixed and under the hood needed touch ups from the process of the paintless dent repair. I had to get them back out s second time because the passenger side grab handle was not attached correctly. That repair they came to my house and fix. Even though I had to send my car back twice for repairs they did an excellent job and were very communicative through out the whole process.

A few months ago, a gentleman came to my door asking about getting my hail damage repaired on my vehicle. At the time I didnt realize I had a lot of damage. Then after the second hail storm we had, there was definitely more damage. So I remembered this gentleman who gave me his business card, and called him about getting my car repaired. I have never in my life had a company that went out of their way and gave me the best service I could of asked for. The gentlemans name is Brett and he definitely went out of his way to accommodate me with my work schedule to get my car into the shop and also arrange with my insurance adjuster to come to their shop and do the estimate with them. He even came and picked my car up and brought it back that same evening. I didnt have to do hardly anything. Now this may not be the same case with all vehicles, but my damage wasnt so bad that they couldnt do the repairs in one day. Normally it would take a couple of days but I got lucky. The best part is, my car looked brand new again. It was such an excellent job. I was so impressed with their work. Actually, about 4 wks later, I traded my car in for an SUV and the dealership told me they had sold my car 3 days after I bought my new one. I couldnt believe it. Then, my granddaughters vehicle got some hail damage too and of course, I called Brett and again, he worked with our insurance company and us to get her car in for repair with only a couple days down time. Superior Dent Solutions has the best team. They do quality work and stand behind all their work. I had an awesome experience with these guys! AJ and Stephen took care of my car in about a week! Driving for Uber and Lyft, I was exposed to lots of hail in the last year, and I wanted my car back quickly. These guys did a great job getting all the dings out, restoring my Honda Civic back to its beautiful self again. There was an issue with the passenger mirror that needed to be recalibrated by Honda, it has a camera on it, and they took care of that too, even a week after, with no hesitations! I don’t normally leave reviews, because a lot of good customer service is expected. Its not until a company surprises me with outstanding craftsmanship and customer service that moves me to go out of my way to not only to recommend them, but to show my appreciation.

I heard about Superior Dent Solutions from Colorados Best and I am so glad I did! I called and spoke to the co-owner, AJ, and he immediately sent out his business partner, Stephen to come assess my cars damage that evening. I appreciated that they came out to me after work. Stephen was professional, kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt at ease right away, and that not only would I be taken care of, but that they genuinely appreciated my business. I happily switched over to them, instead of taking my car to where my insurance suggested. They got me in right away (unlike the other place that booked me 8 months out). Stephen was awesome and arranged for my rental car/coordinated with my insurance, and also let me know that they pick up any balance owing if I needed the rental past my insurance coverage. They also waived my deductible, which was really awesome. I dropped off my car on a Saturday, which was super helpful to not have to drive to Denver during the work week. Their sales manager, Toby, met me at the shop and it was a seamless transition to sign some paperwork, get a ride to Enterprise, and drive off in the rental. Toby was very courteous and professional and waited with me to make sure everything went smoothly at Enterprise. They kept me up-to-date, and always returned my texts/calls right away, whenever I checked in to see how my car was doing. Four weeks later, my car was returned to me (such awesome customer service!) so I didnt have to drive back to Denver - and they dropped off my rental back at Enterprise for me. My car looked absolutely amazing - I dont know how they do it, but she looks even better than when I dropped it off. Completely dent free (and the damage was pretty extensive), and they washed the car/shined the tires. I highly recommend these guys to everyone. Aj, the owner, is an incredibly helpful and kind man! The work they did on my car was top notch. You cant even tell it was in a hail storm. They gave me a $100 check for being military and another $100 for reffering my roommate. Everything in the process was smooth, from when I dropped it off to when I picked it up. Aj also called me to let me know the progress on my car and delt with my insurance and rental car process. Im glad they decided to expand to Shreveport and I have already recommend them to many of my friends.

They couldnt get me a rental, but they gave me a discount as a reimbursement for the rental i paid out of pocket. Both cars were extremely clean and shinny! The hail damage was completely fixed. Friendly staff and they fixed my car within 1 week. The repair was also more than the adjuster predicted and they charged the insurance directly, didnt pay a penny. Last time i had hail damage, costed me over 10k, had to wait 1 month for the service aplointment. Then It took the collision center one month to fix my car and they ended up breaking one part from my vehicle. Great job guys!
