I went there today and got my eyebrows waxed. The lady that did them did an excellent job. She was very gentle, caring, and the quality of my brows was great! However, I didnt like that the woman who greeted me at the door was very sharp. She wasnt friendly and she didnt stand to greet me. She commanded that I go to the back of the room, go to the back. I would have liked her to say, Great! Mary will take care of you today. Or Go ahead to the back of the room and Mary will be with you shortly. It made me feel like I was interrupting their day despite being a customer. The back of the room was clean, but it wasnt inviting or relaxing. It was dark, sort of dingy, and the chair where I was told to lean back was a regular chair instead of a massage chair. I was very tense until I got my eyebrows done. I would like to go back because she did a great job but I think Ill look for some place else; there are a bunch other places that do a great job and know how to treat their customers.

My daughter went here today and that was the worst nail job I have ever seen. I will never recommend anyone to this place. Her nails are uneven lumpy and poorly put on. Very poor service and disgusting nails.

Julie was very professional and friendly. She made my spa pedicure and new nail set experience very relaxing and pampering . Also, I really liked my glow in the dark set of nails.... Many colors to choose from ( the color in the light and the color the nails turn in the dark) very cool 💅🆒

They are great no matter which technician I have they always give me a great service.

I only get my nails done about 1 or 2 times a year but when i do i choose this place, the proces are much more reasonable than other places & i love how i can show them a picture of what i want and i get the exact same results! The lady who did my nails last time gave me a free lotion, not sure her name but when i go i never remember who was there the last time since i dont go often. Definitely recommend the place

I went based on the reviews. It was friendly and certainly clean. I kept hearing how these nails would only last 3 weeks. Then I understood why...they put such a wide space between the cuticle and the gel that it doesnt take very long for the nails to grow out to the point that the gap is huge and you want to redo them! I could tell the technician was very good, she was able to be extremely accurate, so it wasnt because she couldnt have gotten the gel closer to the cuticle. The nail gel should have been bumping up against the cuticle. Instead there was a gap of about 2 mm. So yes, it has lasted 3 weeks. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Surprised all these people put up with such a scam. Maybe it was just my tech. Her name will not be disclosed but prayer will be applied. So sad to see people resort to such tactics.

After trying all salons in Denton.... i have found MC NAILS to be the best. Cindy is my go to nail technician. They deserve a higher rating. I rate my salon by the service and talent of the techs..... not the fancy decor.

Just got my nails done

Went to get an eyebrows waxed. Waited 15 minutes. Asked the lady how much longer it would be. She said 10 minutes. I waited an additional 10 minutes, still know one helped me. I informed the lady that I was leaving because I waited the time she said and still no one helped me. I finally gave up and left. This place has really gone down hill. I had been going here for years but wont be back due to very very poor service. The staff do not care about the customers here. They lost a customer today. I would not recommend going here for any service.

I have been here many times and they are always friendly, helpful and if you dont have an appointment they work you in as quickly as possible. I make appointments now it just easier for my schedule. They do great work, everything is very clean, and their prices are reasonable.

Helen, she is the one who answers the phone and schedules appointments.She does not have good customer skills and does not know how to set appointments.. .i walked in the other day she never asked me what i needed, I waited about 3 minutes walked up to her and asked if someone could do a wax.she then replied i doing nails now be bout 30 minutes.I then replied i would of appreciated you asking me what i needed and walked out.Helen can be and a.... sometimes ,but i go there cause the lady that does ,y nails does a good job and is very nice and friendly.Helen has her moods....

Wow, I am so unbelievably unhappy with my experience here. I got in at 4PM and didnt even sit at a station until 5:30. I had that feeling that as soon as I left, they would have been about to help me. Other than the hour and a half wait, my nails are also awful. They have really sharp edges, she cut into the top of my nail with her machine (OW!! - its so red and gross looking), and she has them all wedged out and uneven.And finally, I wasnt given the choice - rather than buffing my nails like usual, the girl put a gel coat on them and had me sit under a UV light. This would have been okay if she didnt try to charge me extra for it! She told me it would be $20, and when I asked her why it wasnt $15, she said it was because I got the gel. She didnt even give me the option, she just did it!Ill never be going back. What awful service!
