I received a pedicure. It was great. A very nice environment all the way down to the other clients. Everyone was happy. Prices for peds were a little bit higher than competitors but it was worth it. I will go back!

Moved to Denton and I was concerned that I would not be able to find someone to do my eyelashes. I cannot go outside without my eyelashes!! Haven’t worn makeup in years, except for a little lipstick. Kim is amazing and does a wonderful job on my eyelashes. She has also added permanent eyeliner!Full leg wax is very reasonable.I have had other members of the staff do manicure, and pedicure. Full service salon!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This place is absolutely AMAZING. I cannot recommend this place enough. The service, atmosphere, everything is wonderful and professional. This is honestly THE place to go to for the best nail and spa treatment. The staff is very friendly and kind and make you feel comfortable. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I visited Bella Nail Salon this Saturday and got a lavender pedicure and manicure with nexgen. I have been going to Bella for close to the last 10 years and have never used another nail salon. Recently I’ve noticed a lot of new nail technicians, and the quality just isn’t what it used to be. My pedicure was extremely rough and painful when she filed my nails. She kept hitting the skin on each toe. She also forgot to add a base coat to my nails and as a result after drying for about 30 minutes they peeled immediately after. My manicure was the same and she filed into my skin on every single nail. I ended up bleeding on 5/10 nails. My mom came with me and also mentioned that she wasn’t happy with the quality of her pedicure either. I never leave reviews, but I wanted to caution anyone thinking about trying Bella. Some of the technicians are great, but it seems like many of the ones that used to be so wonderful have left.

There’s a reason this place is not “Best in Denton” anymore… I’ve been going here since 2015 and the service/quality is not what is used to be. I walked in for a pedi without an appointment but no one told me it was going to be a wait and there was no one at the front waiting to be seen. They told me to immediately go sit down in a pedi chair so I thought I would be helped soon. No one even came to talk to me for 20 minutes, and when I was finally asked which pedi I wanted, I waited another 15 minutes and no one showed up. The person who spoke to me was just chilling at the register on her phone. The last few nail sets I’ve had from here have popped off after 1.5 weeks… NEVER COMING BACK AND I RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSEWHERE. Overpriced and lacking service.

They were very nice but my massage was supposed to be 10 minutes long and only lasted like 3 minutes. My sisters massage was supposed to be 15 minutes and they only did like 5 minutes. It wasnt worth the money.

Got a facial and a pedi/mani for my birthday. Kitty Cat took care of me and she was spectacular! The facial was super relaxing and my skin feels great! Baby skin soft and smooth. Couldnt be happier. Definitely will be back.

I love Bellas, from the moment you walk in your amazed with the presence/vibe, your welcomed and immediately pampered..... they have absolutely stunning chandeliers everyone in there is beautiful, and you can tell, they love what they do.... Ive never experienced this before.... Bella Salon & Spa is amazing, we drive all the way from Denver,Colorado just to go here..... the experience is like being Queen for A Day!!!! Thought Id try this place out reviews show stars but wow this place is expensive! I had them do ombre & this cost me $78! The receipt showed 2 sets of nails. When I question it they said because I had 2 colors! Ive had ombre before at other salons & it was $45. No fake nails added these are my nails & the thumb had a wax or something that came off & its messed up. Not returning when I can go somewhere much cheaper! Such a rip off!

I’ve been going to Kim @ Bella salon for 2 years now for lash extensions. I also get my pedicures there as well. The staff is always friendly and professional. Kim gives great attention to detail! I send all my friends & family to Bella!!

I took my wife here, because she seems to have hit and miss luck with nail salons, and Bella changed that. They are awesome plain and simple and I am starting to take my wife monthly to biweekly.

Everyone is professional and well trained and very nice. They wipel down the chairs after each use. Ive gone here for years and wouldnt think of going anywhere else. There are salons closer to my house and have tried them in the past never to return.

Bella Salon is definitely my favorites for manicures! I always get Nexgen, and my nails always looks SO good. I also get pedicures there when I am able to get a pedicure, and they always look really nice too!

Staff was nice, as was my tech. Ive been trying to find a good nail place in Denton and had high hopes after my visit but my $60 gel set was chipped within 6 days.... such a let down.*EDIT* The staff had no problem replacing my gel set when I showed them my problem and the lady that did them gave me a better gel set than Ive ever had. Its been almost 4 weeks and only miniscule chipping. Very happy with her.

Management under Kim is incredibly unprofessional, brings in and talks about drama in front of other customers and doesnt respect her employees. The girls are great and do wonderful work, but management really doesnt know how to run their business. Owner doesnt wear a mask and does not maintain 6ft. distance between customers receiving services. Would rather overbook than worry about our safety. Since Patrick has left, things have really gone downhill.

This place is absolutely beautiful inside! My pedicure was on point however my nexgin set looked terrible :( It took a really long time and costed a lot so I was nothing short of disappointed. Too thick and bulky, glue caked under the nails, my nails left too long underneath which collected dirt I couldnt clean out when it became trapped between the two nails. Some of them didnt even come all the way to the sides of my nails and the back looked like they were grown out before they even had a chance to do so. The pic is a bad representation as it was one I was sending to try to show off my nails but looking close enough you can see.

They over charge for sure, asked to get coffin shape then they turned out short and square for 50$, never coming here again and usually i don’t complain about places but that’s ridiculous.

It was clean and relaxing.I was walk-in and was seated right away. Lee was my technician, she was fun & pleasant. I absolutely will be back to see her.

I have been getting my nails done here off and on. Every time I try a different salon, I always end up back here. Very clean, very professional, and friendly. My latest set is nexgen done by Kittykat. Im in love, it came out even better than I thought it would! I will never go to a different salon. And I will be going back to see Kittykat when I need my next set! :)

Kim is the BEST at eyelash extensions! Went to an eyelash salon and they damaged my already fragile eyelashes. Kim is patient and friendly!

Absolutely disappointed. I had made an appointment with my favorite nail technician few weeks ago. When I got to my appointment, I was seated on the pedicure chair, and a random lady starts doing my pedi. Totally didn’t think anything of it when she started doing my pedi. I ask about my favorite nail technician and that is when another tech walking by who knows me told me she and several other great nail technicians left. Not only that, I was also told about the owner leaving and how the “girls were fired bc they chose to work with/for Patrick over kim (the evil ex wife)” I felt as if I was tricked! I should have been informed when I walked in. Loyal to Patrick and the excellent nail technicians who work hard not the salon! Thank god I found Patrick and girls at the new Bella Nail Bar near the Cinemark!

Daniela is an amazing hair stylist! Super friendly and great prices. She really cares about how you look.Daniela knows what she is doing and has obviously been doing hair for a long time.I look and feel like a million bucks after I get my hair done. I will continue to come to her for many years to come. I have finally found someone I can trust with my hair.

A lot of nail bars are difficult to breathe in with all the acetone and chemicles but thats not the case here. This salon is clean, with lovely atmosphere.

Great experience. Staff was nice and talkative. They give you water and or coffee too. Restroom was very nice, I appreciate the reusable hand towels. My only issue is that the pedicure chairs are feeling a little worn out like the stuffing is gone from them.

Rude and unprofessional.They arent time efficient. I was there for 3.5 hours. I got through my entire pedicure then moved chairs to get my finger nails done. The manicurist said sorry she FORGOT I was waiting for her.I have nexgen nails. 1 nail broke 3 days after getting them done and a second one 5 days after.I went back on the sixth day after getting them done to get 2 nails redone, the receptionist said they were very busy that I needed to make an appointment and come back later. I said no its already an inconvenience that I had to come back not even a week later. She found someone to fix my nails but she was rude, rough and did a different shape than my other nails. When she was done she got up and said your welcome and walked away. This was my first time coming here and I wont be giving them a second chance.

I love coming here! The atmosphere is so relaxing with the little fountain, and I love the massage chairs. Ask for Courtney when you come here, she is the best!

Been looking since I moved to Denton for a good place for manicure and pedicures and now I have found it!!! I went at the recommendation of my foot doctors and it was TOP NOTCH. So I got a manicure and liked it so much I got momma a manicure and pedicure and she came home happy and even realized she knew these folks when they were across the street. While this place looks very nice and staff seems great and friendly, I wasn’t very happy with my pedicure. Not sure if it’s cause I told her I only wanted the basic pedicure, but that was literally the fastest pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I went with my friend and hers looked great and also was very fast. I felt rushed and my big toes were very un even. I wish I knew the lady who did my toes. I just felt like they could have both taken their time more and made sure everything was cleaned & even. Not sure if I’ll be coming back..

They are rushing to do my nails and some are big and small, I really disappointed 😞. Now I need to fixing it 😫 more money. I will never go back again.

I got my lip waxed and the lady didn’t check if The wax was too hot and now my upper lip is painfully burned and will most likely leave a scar. I already was self conscious about my acne scars and nowI have to deal with this. Will never come back and I DO NOT recommend this place.

Went there to use a gift card I had. Massage was good - no complaints about that. But... it took them 3 1/2 hours to do a mani/pedi. My butt was tired of sitting in the chair so long. Was never offered anything to drink. Then to top it off the gel on 2 of my nails came off within 2 days of the service. Im not even going to bother going back. I want to try some of the new nail bars in town.

Pretty facility. I was there for a 2 hour service that should have taken maybe an hour and fifteen minutes. I was only offered one drink even though my glass was empty after the first fifteen minutes. That in and of itself will be the reason I dont return to this salon. The prices were no less than any other place.

Friendly staff! Place was very clean! Picked up a couple of gift certificates and was in and out in just a few minutes. Nice atmosphere, customers and employees alike were all happy.

Sometimes it is great, sometimes not. Today, was one of the NOT great days. I just went in to get a new set because another nail broke in my set that I have had a week and a half. She said she was booked up, so I said fine just fix it. Then the nail tech who fixed it said there were a lot of techs in back not doing anything. She then asked the receptionist if someone can do a full set. She again said she was booked and I that o was passed the week mark to get a discount. I NEVER ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT!!! I JUST WANTED MY NAILS DONE!!!! The original set was not the right powder, the tech didnt use the top coat, and the nails were lumpy. Do not go here. Their quality has gone down and the receptionist is just rude. Do not waste your time.

I do not usually write reviews, but was so appalled from what I went through that I felt the need to express my concern.I have had good luck in the past here, but today I experienced the worst customer service I have ever had in a salon. I had an appointment for 2:30 pm for a nexgen manicure with a specific nail tech. I arrive on time and was told she would be with me in a few minutes, and I sat down to soak my old nexgen off. I sat for 45 minutes and was not taken back by my nail tech. The receptionist did not keep me updated whatsoever during this whole time. She finally came to me and told me that there was a misunderstanding with their schedule, and my nail tech was actually not available. She was not apologetic and did not offer me any alternatives. I asked if someone could just remove my nexgen and cut my nails because I had somewhere to be. Not once did the manager come to me and apologize, and I was not given any compensation for my wasted time. If they had an issue with their schedule, they should have told me sooner than 1 hour after my appointment was supposed to start. I sat with my fingers soaking in acetone for far too long.I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this salon again. I wanted to let others know of my experience so no one has to waste their time waiting for an appointment that is not able to be performed.

So sad to be giving this salon a 1 star review. Ive gotten mani/pedis here several times before and liked them, however, I got a facial for the first time here last week and Im SO REGRETTING that decision. I had a gift card from Christmas and decided to finally cash in on it last Thursday. I was excited for the experience as I had never had a professional facial before. Overall, my time was NOT enjoyable.I was asked to fill out a form about my skin and skincare routine, where I specified that I have sensitive skin and use all-natural products. Seemingly, the woman you I was assigned, Mimi, did not look at this filled out sheet at all. She was rushed and hasty with her application, rubbing products literally all over the sensitive eye area (even rubbed OVER my eyelids). She was extremely heavy handed with the electric exfoliating brush, and caught my eyelid with the brush at one point. It physically hurt as she performed this part of the facial; she did not ask a single time if everything was feeling okay. The relaxing neck and shoulder massage (as described in the salons pamphlet) was rushed and anything BUT relaxing, and did NOT include a foot massage as well (also described in the salons pamphlet!). I found myself extremely tense through the entire experience.So not only was the experience in itself unenjoyable, but my skin is NOT happy, even 4 days later. Im kicking myself for not asking what types of products they use for the facial, but I can tell you that they are definitely not natural products. The two days following, my skin was red, puffy and blotchy, and today my skin is peeling! Even the sensitive under eye area is peeling, which has literally never happened to me, even after a bad sunburn!!If I could give this experience zero stars I would, and I would 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND getting a facial here. Learn from my mistakes!

The most painful waxing experience. I couldnt even finish. Told the front desk, they didnt say a word just smiled and took my money. I have no problem paying for what was done but it wasnt completed. I couldnt get in with my usual salon for another week so I thought Id try another. Never again.

Manicure was rushed because the nail tech had to pick up her daughter I was soon to find out ...THEN I had another technician redo a nail that was put on crooked . I received a discount and a gift card for the inconvenience. Then a few days later my card was Recharged the Full Amount !! I felt like they didn’t want black or Hispanic clients at their venue by the way I was treated and the level of service on my nails. I demanded a full refund and gave their gift card back ! If i could give them 0 Stars I would !!!

No wonder this place was in the top 3, Best of Denton!! Amazing, beautiful, and clean atmosphere. Tons of chairs for pedicures and manicures. Friendly and helpful staff. I wasnt understanding something, and one staff member happily explained it to me. That speaks volumes for me.I got the milk and honey pedicure. Soak, scrub, hot rock massage up to my knees, and paraffin wax on my feet. Ahhhhhhhhh...... It felt so good I had to close my eyes!! (my staff member was Vivian)Thank you Bella Salon, Ill be back!!

If you can actually get an appointment here that they actually honor, they do your nails great most of the time. The little girls who work at the front desk are rude and act like they are better than you as soon as you walk in the door. When I walked to the front desk the girl was on the phone and just looked at me like I was bothering her. Made an appointment over the phone and was a couple minutes late and they said they could no longer do my nails that day because everyone was too busy. Also not all of the technicians can do your nails because they dont know how. They can have 20 people working but only 5 that can do acrylics. Just stupid. They definitely need better staff.

Been there plenty of times and the only two girls that did a good job every time were Anna and Mindy. Every one else pretty much sucked.

Went here Thursday and got the Next Gen as I always do and already I have it lifting off my nail. The girl who did it didnt appear to be comfortable doing it so maybe she just didnt know what she was doing. She only put 2 coats on when most places I go put 3 or more on. I also have a lot of my nail still showing on some of my fingers where she didnt put the gel on there before she dipped it in the powder. This place is the most Ive paid to have this service done and it is worse than any other place I have been to. I keep trying to call for them to make it right but the phone just rings off the wall and nobody ever answers it.

This place just lost my business. My sister just took my 11 year old daughter there for a kids mani/pedi. I had told her it would be around $30. When she got done it was $42. She asked them why and they said the kids mani/pedi was based on height but didnt tell her until after the service. This is ridiculous. She is 11 years old.

The worst costumer seevice I have ever had!!!!!! I was scheduled for a facial at 1 pm and I arrived at 12:50. The two girls at the front desk said my appointment wasn’t until 2:30pm. Knowing they had made a mistake I told them it was okay and I would come back at 2:30 pm. When I came back I sat and waited until 2:45. I went up to the desk and asked what was taking so long considering my appointment was at 2:30. The two very rude girls told me to wait ten more minutes. I told them I had to be at work at 4 and they said would get me out before 4 and cut the facial short expecting me to pay the full amount. I sat back down again until 3 and then went back up to the desk. I told them I am not paying for a 55 min facial and not getting the full 55 min. I told them was leaving and they rudely just said sorry and started laughing to each other. I WILL NEVER go back here again. I wasted my entire afternoon sitting in this salon when my appointment was scheduled. The staff is rude and don’t honor appointment times.
