We had been without Cleaning Service during the pandemic and returned to the Cleaning Authority after our vaccinations and after an explanation of Covid safeguards employed by the Cleaning Authority. The local franchise owner was very patient in listening to some of the specific things we wished to have done in our home. We started by having them do a deep cleaning and were pleased with the thoroughness. We will now resume the normal bi-weekly service we had before the pandemic and would recommend this service to others.

Very good job. A few small things were missed, like an upstairs sink could have been cleaner, but overall for a first time deep clean we were very satisfied.

The team always does a superlative job! They are polite and they work well together. I enjoy seeing them. I call them my kids.

Ladies showed up on time. Confirmed what they were instructed to clean and then got to work. Really happy with service!

There have been several occasions that I intentionally left a Q-tip on my bathroom floor under the counter just to see if they were cleaning under my open bottom cabinet. It was never picked up. I finally got tired of looking at it and through it in the trash. Cleaning under my furniture is not being done when on schedule to clean. This includes under my bed. I have a tall bed, you can see right under at the dust bunnies. I have wood floors. It shows. At the last cleaning, they didnt even touch the guest bedroom. Usually, the bed is made and attempt at straightening up wasnt even made. This all could be due to the cleaning schedule.

The crews are always so pleasant and happy to accommodate any little extra. Used them at least 6 months and not a bit sorry!

The staff cleaned whole house and did an excellent job. They were professional and efficient.Will continue to use this company.

I have called and left multiple messages and requested a quote online. I only know about them due to something they mailed me. I have requested call backs and gotten nothing. It’s very disappointing when I received a mailer to gain my business and yet I get no reply when I’m trying to become a customer.

These guys do a great job. Our German Shepard seems to shed constantly and they do a great job of getting our house back in shape with every visit!

I really enjoy their services and I feel like I get good services for the cost.

Always on time, and do a good job. Good price for what you get. While the sheet says they did your baseboards rarely can you see them clean. Also says dust, but many shelves dusty after a visit. What they do hit they do a great job, but I feel the miss quite a bit each visit. Had blinds and a expensive holiday decoration broken during cleanings, but the are very quick to replace or take off your next bill unlike others who hide or lie about it.

The crew did a great job...as usual!

Our house SPARKLED after the girls completed their first deep clean. From the floors to blinds, showers and everything in between, we couldn’t be happier. We have since signed up for bi-weekly service, as our overall experience has been great. We felt comfortable with the crew being in our home, they are friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. Five +stars!!!

When I first started using The Cleaning Authority the service was amazing. However, over the last 6 months things started to change. The crew would come at random times - never the same time - and the quality of service dropped significantly. Such a shame...

Very sad that you pay someone to clean your home and it is very poorly done. Im cleaning what they did not get clean especially the floors. They need to be properly trained as to how to clean . The owners of this particular franchise do not like returning phone calls either to settle issues and there is a list I have of issues. Sorry business practices.
