They were able to come the same day when they had a packed schedule of a emergency services... I had my couches and carpets cleaned ...the whole house smelled so much cleaner and the couches looked brand new.. they did a very good job in a timely fashion and my couches where dry by the time he was finished ... also most of my carpets where dry too due to the fans going as soon as the steamer hit the floors .... they did a great job and I will definitely use them again in the future

Rainbow did an excellent job for us! Not only did they do an excellent job on the carpet, they restored the grout on the tile floors in our kitchen! They did all this for a great price and, incidentally, stuck to the quote they gave me! They were considerate of our schedule and on time for our appointment. Michael came in and set up quickly, gently moved a couple bits of furniture and vacuumed 1st, then came in with the cleaner and the whole process went smooth and fast. There were spots in one rooms carpet which i wasnt sure would come up and that disappeared!There wasnt a super detergent or funky smell left, just...very clean.He showed us a container of our carpet water and yeah, I highly recommend getting your carpets done by Rainbow. They do great work!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Rainbow International of Denton. We are getting ready to put our house on the market and had three different carpet stains that a previous carpet cleaner could not get out. We had a surprise showing scheduled before our house actually went on the market and we really wanted to try to get them out one last time before showing the house. Although his day was booked, Mike understood our dilemma and extended his already long day to come help me. AND, he got all three stains out. I cant even find where they were. Not only was he kind and courteous, but his professionalism and attention to detail was beyond reproach. He was a perfectionist. We are very pleased with the carpet and upholstery cleaning work of the Rainbow International of Denton team. The technicians were on time, friendly and professional. They thoroughly explained what they were going to do and proceeded to efficiently clean and spot treat the carpet in a much-used guest room, as well as an upholstered chair. The results were wonderful! All spots were successfully removed (wine, soil and grease) and the carpet and chair bright and clean as if new. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality, professional carpet and upholstery cleaners!

Prompt, Professional, Courteous, and Knowledgeable! Prior to my recent water damage issues, I had never heard of this company. However, Rainbow was suggested by the insurance company and I am so glad that I selected them for our water restoration. Mike and Mykala were amazing! They arrived at our home in the middle of the night and were so courteous. This was our first time with water damage, but Mike was calm in explaining the process and setting our expectations. Always prompt and flexible with setting appointments. The plus is that it was seamless to work with insurance company.

We had the best experience with our washer flood restoration process and Mike took the BEST care of our home from start to finish. The level of detail was really appreciated and he made feel very comfortable with the whole process. He also made sure to take great care of our dog Coco during the day while they were working on our home as we are away at work all day. They completed the work on time and left the house clean and dry:-) Very Happy with our experience and look forward to working with Mike on other optional cleaning project such as grout or deep carpet cleaning.

Mike and Mikayla were informative and efficient when helping us after we had a water leak in our house. They explained the process of the drying and were available each time I called or texted. We are so happy to find this business, We wanted 2 rooms and 2 hallways cleaned as well as an upholstery couch. Our carpet is 23 years old and our couch is 25 years old and when they left today everything looked almost new! Our carpet is cleaned every year but this year it looks the best ever. I will definitely use this company for all future cleanings. Many thanks for the excellent job and more than fair price. Highly recommend.

Professional, friendly and they do a great job. They steam cleaned 3 bedrooms of carpet and 2 bathroom tile floors. The carpets looked new and smelled great and the tile and grout looked fresh and bright. We were very satisfied and will happily use them again. The cost was reasonable and we really appreciated the fact that they actually came out to see the job before giving us a quote.

Have called numerous times because of conflicting information. It says online that they service Denton but when I call they say they don’t service Denton. Then when I asked about the information I get hung up on. Very rude people !
