It was a referral from my realtor for move-in cleaning. We paid $800 dollars for deep clean. Windows were supposed to be cleaned. The cleaner arrives and says he didn’t have ladder for windows high up. Toilets were not cleaned. We had paid extra amount for Kitchen cabinets and kitchen cleaning. Cabinets were not even touched and we could still feel grease. After the cleaning, there was dust in the blinds. Window screens were not cleaned either. Avoid this business.

Last time we had a clean, January 27, the team did an outstanding job. We are almost always very satisfied, but that day whoever cleaned the hall bathroom went over and above. There was some seriously stained grout around the tub which was cleaned completely. And, the crud around the sink faucets was better than I have seen it since it was new. Thank you.

They do a nice job for move in and move out cleanings where they are a good value. Used them for biweekly but terminated after a few months as it got to the point where my fixed rate went from 6 man hours of work to 3.5. Also caught them once or twice on extended smoke breaks out front.

I might be a little bias here but I know that this company does top notch work not to mention that they guarantee satisfaction. They treat their employees well and show their appreciation to both employees and customers! I would highly recommend giving Maid In America a try!

How lucky to have discovered Maid in America! This review is long time coming because it was in 2004 since I had the pleasure of becoming acquainted Kathryn, the owner. She has been wonderful on how she runs the company and cares deeply about making sure her customers are happy. I would not use any other maid service in Denton. Ever. Excellent service, great cleaning. I have used them several times now in both my old house in Denton and my new house in Sanger. They do a fantastic job and I highly recommend this company.

Did a poor job and were not easy to deal with. So expensive....got a guy who cleans better and charges half as much. Yes, and they do a poor job of keeping track of records and such. They seemed confused as to wether or not they were supposed to have performed certain services or even who we were....for this reason alone we’d avoid this company -at least own up to your responsibilities.Found cigarette butts left by cleaners..

One of the women on the phone was rude....on top of this, they did a horrible job. These people are just too lazy to get the job done when and how wed like...even if we werent moving, wed definitely go with someone else...wed be too embrassed to reccomend this place.Beware of the positive reviews.. They did these themselves in most cases.

These maids suck. There was a condom wrapper on the back stairwell for over 5 months and they came to clean the house twice a month.

It is worthy of price.
