TRACY Nails & Spa - Dekalb is perfect for a quick and solid manicure. I walked in with no appointment Tuesday at 12:30 for a regular manicure and was seated immediately. The technician was very thorough and Im really happy with the results!

Everyone is so sweet at TRACY Nails & Spa - Dekalb! I got a gel mani and regular pedi for an upcoming trip to Hawaii. Very meticulous and exactly what I wanted and it lasted for a very long time! I do wish they had more gel chrome options, but what they have is still good. Highly recommended! Super cute spot and Im really impressed with what theyve done with such limited space. They managed to make it feel airy and spacious. A+

2 stars for doing an excellent job on the outcome of the nails. Thats the goal.Not 5 though.Nail Tech Nick asked me to switch my service to something easier about 3x. I think they were short staffed and trying to keep up with all the people coming in the door.Called me picky since I dont have a regular nail place I go to. Even though its just finding a place last minute, since its the way my life is right now. To me, that was downright rude.Watched me sign the receipt as I was tipping. That is very tacky behavior. I still gave nearly 30% since the nails were well done. His girlfriend Tracy is the owner, so this kind of behavior must be acceptable to her. To me its not just about the quality of the product but the quality of the service as well.

Very pleased with my visit! They were great with painting my 2 and 5 year olds nails as well as mine. Couldnt be more happy with how great of a job they did as well as how nice they were to us. I 100% recommend this place above all.

This is my second time coming. Tracy did my nails and Bella my pedicure. It might the best pedi I’ve ever gotten. For just a basic pedi she didn’t skimp on the treatment. Great massage and hot towel. So relaxing. Very clean inside and pleasant customer service.

I love this place since they’ve switched management and/or ownership this last time. Over quarantine they’ve remodeled and it really does the space justice! I enjoy having professional fun/chatty relationships with the technicians here which is the biggest plus for me. They take pride in their work and it shows. This is not a place where your entire nail will pop off for no reason, and their prices reflect the quality while still being affordable. I get no chip pedicures every month but they could easily last two months, no problem. My nail application is always smooth and even, they have a huge variety of polish options, and take very good care of their clients here. I try to go in every 3 weeks for fill ins, but again they could easily last longer. I’d recommend and have recommended to many people. I get compliments often and questions from strangers wanting to know what salon I use in the area. If you were skeptical, you don’t need to be, book an appointment sis. Love and light.

Horrible customer service. The one lady grabbed the wrong mood changing color for my nails. Gave it to the guy when painted on I noticed this was not the color I choose. When I spoke the guy yelled at me and told me. Yes I did and that I was a difficult person. When I cried he still didnt care. He said if I wanted a color change I would have to wait until everyone in the shop was taken care of. This was my first and only time I have ever experienced that. He embarrassed me in front of everyone. I work at a hospital I have never treated a patient that way. He was so rude I would never recommend this place to anyone. Learn when you make a mistake and make it right. We all have made mistakes before. Its human I do understand, but to make someone cry is horrible. HORRIBLE PERSON AND PLACE.

I’ve been going to Tracy for almost 5 years now and she’s my absolute go to girl. After moving out of state a few times I’ve come to realize that no one compares. She’s so kind and does amazing work. I’m so excited that she has her own place. Nick is also hilarious and great, I’ve never had a bad experience with either of them. If you’re looking for somewhere to go with experienced techs that won’t rush you then look no further. The pedicures are amazing too. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

They were both really friendly and I loved my nails when she was done.Update: The original owners, Will and Lily no longer own this place. They have sold it to another husband and wife.This is the best nail place in town. Will does nails like no one around. He pays close attention to every detail. He is the only one I go to and will not go anywhere else. I have been to every place in town in the past and he is by far the best. If you are in a hurry call ahead for an appointment. It is just him and his wife that run the place so they have busy times where you may have to wait. Also best prices around too. Trust me just make this your nail spot.

I have never had a better nail salon experience. Rose Nail Spa is fairly priced, extremely welcoming, and the attention to detail was out of this world. They did not take forever AND did their job precisely. Not to mention they were very helpful when my friend spilled her drink in her bag and they were more than willing to give a hand in cleaning it up. They even put the bag in the dryer for a bit. I will make sure to be serviced by them every time.

Love this place, I bring my mom my daughter and my friends. They have a punch card as well. Tracey is my favorite she always does a great job.

Today is Friday, August 16th. I went to get a no-chip color change. I stood at the desk for almost 5 minutes before someone acknowledged my presence. I was then told to come back because they are busy. They didnt offer a time or anything. Just come back, were busy. Is that really how you treat someone that wants to spend money with your business. Very unprofessional. I will never go back.

First let me say they are very polite and professional. Took me without an appointment right away. I got dip powder done and while they look nice you can tell that they dont have much experience in them. There were a few steps in the process that were skipped and a few nails have divots and lumps due to the steps skipped. Also came out a different color than was suppose to because the last clear powder coat was skipped and then filed down so the true color was buffed down. But other than needing more education on dip powder the rest of my experience was great! The pedicure was so relaxing and my toes still look like I just had them done! 3 weeks later 😊

I recently got a regular pedicure here before a long trip and it held up amazingly to 12 days running around without shoes. I was definitely impressed. So happy to have a great place so close in DeKalb!

This place sucks their hours say they open at 9 a.m. have been here twice call the number on the place they say they open at 9 Im sitting in front of your place right now no one is here oh well we wont be in till 10 then I said will I need to make an appointment for 9 it is now 9:15 I am done with this place if you cant get up out of bed and open your business you dont need to have one. Will be finding me a new nail place. 9:20 I am let in but the person I had an appointment with? ??? Not here they called of course she had problems with her CAR... Completely unsanitary! I went for a full-set and decided against it because it was a ridiculous price. I ended up getting a manicure and the gentleman did not use disinfected utensils. He also dipped his hands in my soaking bowl to clean them off WHILE MY HANDS WERE IN THERE! EWWWWW!

My favorite nail salon that Ive been to in DeKalb yet. So far, every other nail salon in town has left me with bleeding cuticles, misshapen nails, and polish that chips within a few days, making me miss the service I received in other cities and refuse to give my money to those establishments again. Prices here were reasonable, the technician paid a lot of attention to detail in painting and filing my nails, and the experience overall was pleasant and relaxing.Will definitely be coming back!

This establishment is not sanitary and the prices are unreasonable for what they offer. The tools are not properly sterilized. I don’t plan on returning.

Sat so long in the pedi chair my water got cold...TWICE.worst pedicure Ive ever had. Nails werent filed evenly. Polish was applied everywhere but my nails AND there are lots of uncovered spots. Didnt get the massage portion of my manicure (which I PAID FOR) because they were rushing my mother and I out the door. To top it off, one of the techs was wearing sweatpants, which would be fine, until he sat down and you could see his buttcrack. Got to stare at that for the duration of my equally as awful manicure.Dont waste your time or money. Go literally anywhere else.

Came in thinking it was Saturday and they close at 6 right around 5 was gonna get mani pedis. Decided against the mani due to it being so close to closing to find out when were almost through with our pedicures it is actually Sunday and they closed right before we walked in but were very accommodating and still offering the manicures. Didnt mind us being there an hr and a half past closing and still took their time and made sure they did everything they could for us. At least the 5th time Ive been and will be back again!

Hands down worst nail salon in Dekalb. If you are looking for clumpy uneven thick nails and service with an attitude come here. They shuffled me and a friend through 4 different chairs, so they could pack in as many clients as possible. While rushing through the job resulting in clumpy uneven nails that are not even the color that was asked for.

Nang makes my weak nails bulletproof! Gel polish lasts for a full three weeks. I work as a landscaper. It’s a big deal!

I made an appointment and came in 15 min early. Employees were rude from the second I walked in. The lady that worked on my nails was beyond rude and rushed through my nails. They are now uneven, different lengths, and my cuticles are cut and bleeding. Im a broke college student and saved up spare money to get my nails done, and now Im stuck with these.

I’ve gone in twice to get full sets and both time all I was told is “we’re busy.” So I will not be returning.
