I was in the salon for over 3 hours because they kept messing up my simple acrylic manicure. They were so rough and trying to rush which actually had me in the chair longer because he had to keep starting over. He did not do what I asked and then charged me $50!!! Even though the sign says $25 for acrylics and I brought my own stars. He didnt even paint my acrylics or do a design so Im not sure why I was charged double. I asked him about the price but he wouldnt speak english to me even though he was earlier. He hit my skin so many times with the drill I am bleeding on every single finger. The nails are not smooth either, they are very bumpy and thick. The station was dirty too and so was the floor. Seriously do NOT waste your time or money here.

My hubby wanted a very difficult full set for my nails. They took their time and corrected every little thing I asked. They also had 10% off which was nice. Also, very nice people and customer service.

Very clean. Love the variety of pedicure and manicures available. Staff is very friendly. The lady who did my pedi spoke very little if any English however she gave me one of the best leg and foot massages. We didnt need to converse. Another staff member made sure we to translate. I would highly recommend Nail Bar Spa.

Definitely worth it. Don’t forget to tip these ladies/ guys Bc they are wonderful here. Customer service & Services are great. They can do designs on your nails from a pic you show them.

This place is very dirty. Basic sweeping and mopping are not even done. Wipe down of counters and surfaces would also be easy to do. DIRTY

Great experience! Cathy took care of my nails and I asked for dip powder. I came on a Monday afternoon and there was no wait time. She took her time doing my nails and finished in about 30 minutes, I had no polish/dip for her to remove which may be why it was so quick. Ive had dip nails for years and she follows the same process on how to apply and smooth/shape them. I was happy the way she did it and how they looked at the end. She was very kind, greeted me when I came in, and showed me which colors they had available.Also, I know they just opened in March and they do specials at times, but remember to tip on what the typically service originally costs. I always try to remember to do that when I use coupons or get deals, just thought I would pass that along. Also, since I got a deal there was no massage or lotion (only cuticle oil), which I expect since that is typical with any nail salon Ive gone to and I care more about my nails anyways. I believe it is the manicure service you would request if you are one to want the massage, thought I would pass this along to those who would like, but make sure you ask anyways. Again, I was happy with the deal, my nails, and service.Also, since they are new they still have some things being put together, but I never thought it was something that bothered me. Overall, pretty environment with the wall color, counter, and work stations.

Went in to get a soak off and its been a month nd im still peeling acrylics my real nails. My nails are damaged

Honestly I read the reviews and had very high hopes. My two friends and I went here and the price was supposed to be $40. They charged my friends $45 each for a simple acrylic set. I got one color of nail and I have chunks of acrylic under my nail that I asked several times for them to remove and they didn’t do as I asked. I also have a black chunk in my acrylic on one nail and then an air bubble on another. Please go somewhere else. Every single one of our sets were messed up and nothing like it was supposed to be.

Essentially the entire appointment wasn’t the treat I was hoping for from start to finish. Disappointed with my acrylics and waited over an hour to start my pedicure with an appointment made prior.

Wanted to treat myself and my little sister to a simple spa day. We both wanted manicure and pedicures. I asked that my nails were soaked off and then get a over lay. As it was very important to me to maintain my length and was stated prior to my service. However, they cut my nails very short. I made them aware that soaking my nails in acetone caused my nails to burn. Which she then stated okay. I asked when I can wash she then said let’s finish.I didn’t want to continue my service as my nail bed appeared to be very brittle in result to the soaking off process. I personally wouldn’t recommend to a friend or family member.I also was displeased by being asked to pay in the middle of my service. As the customer before paid after her service.I also would like to add that they did good on my sisters nails and feet.Sincerely,Kendra

Been here 3 times the last time my mail popped off after a week. Each time they charged me different prices. They charged me 40 for a fill in and 40 for a basic pedi. Wont be returning to this place.

I payed for rushed service, they don’t know how to do “French” style of nails. So I asked for her to paint the nails white and give me the extra 5$ she charged for French. The guy sloppily put my toe nail on my big toes so she couldn’t reallly paint it how she wanted to. I left with a sloppy job! I could’ve had my niece do this for me if I wanted it to look like this. I am not happy

I got a gel set, I felt that the appointment was rushed and the nails did not come out how I wanted

This place is very friendly. They were kind as we had a 3 month old baby with us they kept the front door open so she couldnt be near the fumes and took great care of all three of us. They were fabulous. Great place and not too expensive. Serious thumbs up. They went above and beyond for us. Thank you all so much. Much love.

My first experience was great! very friendly and welcoming. it drove me to come back.. second experience, the girl who did my pedicure, did a poor job but i figured she was new. the store was cluttered.. third experience was a full in, the nail tech shaved my nail so far down that there was a bruise underneath my nail after i soaked them off. the nail tech wasn’t even focused on doing my nails. store was still cluttered. it’ll be a while before i go back. hopefully the business will be better.

This nail salon was great! There were many color options, the prices were reasonable, and the service was good. I recommend making an appointment first because it looked a little busy today, but even if you dont have one, they will still accommodate to you. I definitely recommend this place!

I do not recommend this place. I was here on Monday & I’ve experience better. I don’t know why the nail tech which was the manager didn’t do a manicure before getting my acrylic nails done. Only good thing about them is the different nail color sections they have and Ambrés.

I wasn’t really pleased with my no chip acrylic full set because it was a rushed job, and the painting on my thumb has an air bubble from not being dried in between paintings. Also, the shape of my nails are too bulky and thick

My manicurist is amazing! She gave me the best pedicure I ever had, she made my feet look gorgeous, I was in desperate need of some TLC. She was gentle and I felt so calm afterwards. My toes look gorgeous and my mind feels rested.

This is the best nail salon I’ve EVER been to. I used to be a loyal Leza customer but they’ve gone down hill and butchered my nails so many times. The women here fixed my nails and they take their time and put a lot of focus in every person they work on. It’s a super friendly atmosphere and I can’t get enough of it. The price is also significantly less than all of the other places in the area I’ve tried- only $20 for the pedicure when other places are charging $35 to cut my toes open. HIGHLY recommend!

I just moved to Dekalb and was looking for a place to get my nails done and this place didnt disappoint. The staff was really friendly and engaging, they knew all of their customers by name and even took the time to touch up a toe that got wrecked on the way out to the car. Ill definitely be back.

Exceptional spa services. The staff is accommodating and will chat you up to ensure your day is going well or; theyll sit quiet and allow you to relax. You can peacefully enjoy your mani or pedi and be relaxed. Their nail techs are so nice and happy to help with what you want, its really a nice vibe all around and the decor is great.

Please do not come here!!! whoever wrote that they take their time with your nails clearly lied. She did my nails in less than 20 minutes and filled them in absolutely ridiculously not to mention she filed them horrible and to top off my experience she painted them like a 5 yr old. I swear my 5 year niece could’ve done a better job at painting them. 1/10 would not recommend. Dekalb has plenty of other nail salons that are 1000x better. such a disappointment

I would not recommend this place at all. I had a coupon for their opening for 20% off ( the only reason I went there) I asked the manger was it still valid and she said yes for me and my sister. When it was time pay she claimed it was only for one person and tried to give me less than 20% off. Wouldnt come back. Bad management. Plenty of other salons to go to in DeKalb!

My daughter and I came in on a Monday to get gel mani and regular pedi. We both really enjoyed our relaxation time and every person that worked on our nails were extremely meticulous. Will be back!!

I went in probably 4 days ago and one of my nails already broke, haven’t even done any activities that would lead to them breaking. They coast me 60 dollars for a coat and literally one dot. The lady didn’t even paint my nail all the way to the cuticle. Bad service, I’d go to design nail spa in sycamore if you really want quality nails.

I had a really great experience in the spa! I got a pedicure and a manicure, and the pedicure had a great massage, not just rubbing lotion in, but actually massaging the calf and foot. They have quite a few color options, as well. Unfortunately, I got a no-chip manicure, and the color chipped before the end of the first week. I have gotten this particular color in the past at a different salon, and it lasted MUCH longer (more like 2-2 and a half weeks). The prices are a bit high here ($65 for mani and pedi), which I would be willing to pay if the no-chip mani lasted 2 weeks. I would go back, but Ill definitely be mentioning the no-chip issue.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came to this establishment a couple of days ago for my graduation and the lady who did my feet completely butchered them. She clipped my toenails too far down and did not even them out in the slightest. I had to tell her to file them down some more nd she claimed she couldn’t because they were too low...I wonder why. The paint job was very mediocre as well as my hands too. I was not happy nd this was the day before my graduation so I had no choice. Go here wisely maybe you will have a better experience than I did.

Been here twice. The first time was for pedi and dip manicure. Pedi was mediocre and the dip (which is supposed to last longer than no chip for at least 3 weeks) chipped off twice within a week. And they didn’t even take off the excess skin around my toes or fingers... I went back a second time (my own fault) because I was pressed for time before my engagement photoshoot. Pedicure was much better and this time I got a French no-chip. She only removed skin upon request and said they normally charge for this...nails looked great for the day of my photoshoot, however, they cracked and chipped the day after having only been on for 2 days. I tried to give them a second chance, but it’s just not worth the time or money. Sorry!

I came here with my best friend to get our nails done, we had one lady tag teaming our nails switching between the two of us to get them done, okay no big deal. Then after she glued on the full sets and filed them she completley just walked out the door and didnt say that anyone else was going to help us or that her shift was over anything like that. So we sat there for a little bit until the owner came and called us over. I was told that the nails I wanted done couldnt be done (ombre) its been done SEVERAL times before. So as my best friend is getting hers done the ladys talking on the phone and clipped her nails into a different shape, the way she didnt even want them without asking probably because she was on the phone. Then the lady had an issue because my friend didnt like how she was filling them in. We wont be back. 0/5.

Went there and the they rushed through and my nails weren’t done correctly. I had to go to another place the next day to have them completely redone.

My mom and I came here to get our nails done, we both got dip and were not satisfied at all. Jasmine did our nails and was on her phone half the time our nails are not the same shape as our others.
