Mark and his team worked tirelessly to find a less expensive solution to a new and even used part. They refurbished it themselves and saved me a ton. I’m very appreciative!

My AC was out so I called CAM after finding them online and was invited by Mark to come in right away and have it looked at. An hour later I’m out the door with ice cold AC at a really affordable price and they put the dye in to trace any micro leaks for the next time I need a recharge. Friendly bunch, clear communication, good customer service, and seem to know what they are doing. I will be back for other repairs.

Took my truck to a different shop who took over a month to “fix” it. Within one tank of gas my truck had broken down again… I took it to Cam and it was fixed within two day! Will definitely be back!

I tried to get my car to Pompano Ford for repairs but they Do Not answer their phones or return calls - so a friend recommended Cam Automotive - Super Nice Friendly people - water pump replaced and transmission repairs done on time as they promised - I drove for 7 hours the next day and did not have any problem - Expedition ran Great - They are now my GoTo Auto repair place - Give them a try!!!As for Pompano Ford - NEVER again will I call - My search for a 2021 Expedition will Not include Pompano Ford - 3 days and they still have not returned my calls!!!

I was visiting from out of state when the battery started acting up on my truck. I tried to get into a dealership in a timely manner with no luck. I asked for a recommendation from the people I was staying with and they suggested CAM Automotive. Mark was able to get me in that same day, diagnosed the issue, replaced the battery along with taking care of some regular maintenance stuff. All at a very competitive and reasonable price. I have been to many company’s and dealers who have worked on my cars over the years. CAM AUTOMOTIVE is the best auto shoppe I’ve found. Mark is the owner and because of his straight forward honesty I feel he is looking after your car and not just finding and billing hours. He is always ready to explain a problem and why different types of cars have their own sets of problems mechanically. This shop is definitely not ready for business, some people would use the A to describe Mark but I would say he is just unprofessional and does not understand what it means to provide quality service. I called to confirm if they could work on my Mercedes C320 and Mark answered then slams the phone as soon as I introduced myself. I then called back and said to him we were just on the phone and it got disconnected he then slams the phone again. I called back for the third time and he said you can always talk. As soon as I started talking he slams the phone for the third time. Well its very sad, am not sure if Mark is having personal issues right now but his actions advised me that his business does not qualified to look at my car. Best of luck to you Mark.

I made an appointment with a few days in advance; when I arrived, they were ready to start. My car was out in less than 2 hours with an oil change and full inspection, perfect service. Also, the owner is always at your service. I highly recommend them.

I really liked working with Mark at CAM Auto he really took a personal interest in the car and explained to me everything he was going to do with the car, and what problems I might have with something that I hadnt even noticed. Nobodys ever done such a detailed analysis on any car that I have had for the past 35 years. Marks the most trustworthy and best mechanic I have ever dealt with.

There are many other auto parts and service parts places around this vicinity. Absolutely do not deal with these people! One of the brothers destroys the business because of his business acumen! DO NOT TRUST these people!

Brought my Toyota Corolla here because the car was vibrating while braking. Mark insisted that the rear brake drums and pads needed to be replaced. Replacing them did not actually solve the problem at all, so I took it to a dealership for service. The dealership was able to resurface my front rotors, and the car is running perfect again. Im sure the rear drums and pads would’ve needed to be replaced eventually, but they were not the issue. I wish Mark would have taken more time on my car and looked at the front rotors, feels like I wasted quite a bit of time and money.*EditContrary to Marks response, he never showed me the rear drum or uneven wear in the brake shoes. Of course, this is also my bad, I should have requested to see the parts, but this was my first experience with a mechanic on my own. I did let Mark know that the car was still vibrating before paying. Resurfacing rotors cost me a whole lot less than replacing the back drums and pads..

If you want to never get updates about your car come here. Owner, Mark was very unhelpful and completely rude. Instead of admitting his wrongdoing by not giving me updated calls about my car he insisted that it was my fault. If i could give this establishment zero stars i would. Not only did he never call me he didn’t even get my number down in order to give me updates. They changed out my starter without my permission. The absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced! Don’t waste your time dealing with the garbage employees that work at this establishment!

Very HONEST and GREAT mechanics. The shop is family owned and operated. I started my relationship with Cams Automotive over two years ago when I called them asking for a tiny plastic part hoping to replace it myself. The part was not delivered to the shop when promised, so to make up for it they installed the part at half the cost. Later when the part faulted they also replaced it charging me nothing. Not saying to go to them because things are free but because they worked with me, I have had my husband go to them for work on his car and to this day this is the only shop we will deal with. Tire replacement, oil changes, headlights and front end accident bumper replacement, just to name a few. They know me my name and a SAAB I used to own.

Im a loyal customer keep my both cars servicing here for few years. Great job guys!
