Overcharged me and took my car knowing they cant fix bmw computers. Didnt find problem just charged me labor and double what I normally pay for an oil change. 300 bucks and no problem solved.

Out of town and had a starter issue. The guys took good care of me and gave me excellent service and price. And they got me right in on a busy Friday morning. Highly recommend. Thank you for taking care of our truck.

Im new to Florida and feel lucky to have discovered this business. They were able to properly fix my car a/c. They also had the decency to drive me back and forth from my apartment to pick up my car. These guys saved me a bundle of money today. My AC started blowing hot air last night and I figured maybe I was low on freon. Then my temperature warning came on and I was pretty worried something worse was wrong. I called them when I got home and asked about a Tuesday appointment since I need to work tomorrow, and avoiding a rental car would be great. Unfortunately they were booked until Wednesday, but I was asked what was going on.After I described my problem, suddenly he sounded urgent. It could be the radiator, and a hot engine is a bad thing. He found a way to get me in first thing this morning. I am glad I did, because the issue was a cooling fan that had become stuck. It was blind luck the thing didnt dislodge and hit the radiator. I got the car back this afternoon to the tune of 350, when a new radiator would have been 1000, and a car rental would have been 300 more for the week.They went out of their way to help me even though they were fully booked. I would have understood completely if they couldnt get me in today of course, but it was so awesome they were able to help me so fast!

Very quick and professional. We are a tire and maintenance shop so we forward some jobs to them that we dont do. They are awesome. Went to Avants Automotive last minute while visiting from out of town. Had a bad vibration in the rear of the vehicle and was told elsewhere it was the tires. Lonnie checked it out and figured out it was the rear shocks not the tires. Took the truck in and repaired it quickly at a very good price. Hands down the best auto repair shop in south Florida. Fast, fair, and friendly. I usually come in every 6 months for an oil change but today came in for a tire leak, left 10 minutes later with it fixed. Happy customer right here

This AAA certified service center seems to provide honest service. The service seemed to take longer than it should have, but at least it was done well and for a fair price. The owner worked with me, providing me transportation home. Im guessing that the length of time to fix the car was probably because he does good work, and seems to have a back log of work. While i would recommend this shop for good work at an affordable price, i would recommend a bit of patience as many people seem to be using this shop fortheir repairs.Thanks for the good work on mine...

Went to Avant Auto repair last minute for an overheating issue with my elderly mothers vehicle. Came down from Tennessee, After a quick diagnosis, was determined that the water pump was leaking. Quickly jumped on the repair, like I was the only person important to them at the time, even though they had a waiting room full of people. Was assigned a mechanic named Aaron. Extremely knowledgeable, explained the problem and the remedy in detail. Never tried to oversell me anything I didnt need. Even asked them about a thermostat, said they would change it if I wanted them too, but didnt think it was necessary. Put the part in the vehicle, said it would be finished by lunch time. By noon, I was paying the bill and on my way. Very happy with their customer service skills. If I still lived in South Florida, I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks guys

I was looking for a car repair shop for a long time. We all know the issues with chain shops: overpriced, no customer service, they find a million things wrong at your car and they keep pushing and pushing for you to open you wallet. Well,... I have done some online research. After reading some of the reviews, Ive decided to give these people a chance. I wasnt bullied into buying stuff I dont need. They were honest in their assessments, the price was fair. I will use this shop going forward. I strongly recommend them. Before you drive to any chain store, stop by this place. You will thank me.

Avants automotive repair is awesome! I had taken my truck to them with a Dinging noise coming from my engine. They looked at my engine and then tighten a spark plug. Problem solved in less then a half hour.The prior automotive repair shop I took my truck to for the same problem could not find the problem, so was unable to repair the problem. My truck was at this prior automotive repair shop for two days and I had to rent a car for transportation. I also had to schedule the service with the prior automotive repair shop and waited two day before they could take in the truck. Take your automotive problems to Avants automotive repair for professional and honest service.

10/10 recommend! Avant only uses quality parts, does fast and good work, aaaaand they took me to work while I waited for my car to be fixed. Since I needed the coils and spark plugs replaced I thought I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg but Avants was fairly priced and after driving off their lot my car felt like a dream.

I had to get my car aligned and I knew nothing about cars so my Dad suggested coming here. Hes come here for a couple things before so I thought they were trustworthy. It was not a long wait and before I knew it they were done. Fast service and it was also affordable too. This garage is great! My air conditioning wasnt working, and they were able to fix the problem in under an hour. They explained the issue clearly, and didnt try to gouge me like other garages might have. I will definitely use them in the future!

I was told (by Sammys Auto) my 10 year old cars air conditioner was kaput and needed a new compressor for $1200. I took the car to Avant and they told me there was nothing wrong with the compressor, there was a slow leak in the evaporator (also a very expensive part to replace) but charging with freon would work for now. Sure enough I now have air in the car and hopefully it will last for the summer. Cost with oil change and heat shield repair was $200. These guys rock. They are my go-to shop for any repairs from now on. I will stay far away from Sammy.

He acted like he knew everything about my situation before I could even get through talking to him and explaining my issue with my vehicle while I was sitting in the pouring rain. I took my car to Hendrick Honda in Pompano Beach and was told that I needed a new compressor to fix my A/C. The quote was about $1100. I asked Avant for a second opinion. The recharged the A/C and fixed a minor problem and the cold air was blowing again for $200. Its been about 6 weeks since the car was fixed and the A/C is still blowing cold. I highly recommend Avants!
