Was able to come out the same day and diagnose a leaking ac unit. He performed a coil cleaning and drain line flush which solved the problem and has the unit working good as new. Extremely knowledgeable , professional , and prompt I was recommended by friends who have used this company , I called 16 companies and EAS was the only one that returned my call. For years my A/c was undersized causing the a/c to run all day trying to cool ,I’d literally watch my thermostat temperature rise with the blazing sun . Great contractors are extremely hard to come by in South Florida. Communication is key and John at Elite AC was quick to respond when I needed my AC replaced. I got Johns info from a neighbor on Next Door. We knew both of our A/C units were on their last legs. He came over immediately to check them both out and was very honest with us letting us know that we needed to replace them. He was also able to determine that the units we had were not the right size for the areas they covered. So he got the original plans from the city to see what size units were originally in the house. So we went along with his recommendation. The job was not an easy one for him because of the way our system is. It literally took him and his coworker, 12 hours the first day and another 4 hours the second day to get the system in. He went above and beyond for us! No only was he the most resonably priced, but also the most knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Its been two days now and we just cannot get over how amazing and comfortable our home is. We went with the American Standard. Will be using him from now on and also referring him to my own customers in my business. Thank You John!!!

Air condition failures are much like car failures, untimely and always a pain. That last thing we need is more stress. Elite Air Services spent the time truly diagnosing the problem and once they repaired my concern, stayed and spent the extra time to ensure that their repair fixed my concern. Such a great experience from a new home owner. If give more stars if I had the option.

My air-conditioning went out on a Friday night and John came out Saturday morning to fix it. The capacitor went bad and the dryer rubbed a hole in it causing my freon to leak out due to improper install by the previous installer. He fixed both issues and had a fair price for the work. Great guy!

My AC stopped blowing cold early one evening. I got Adriel’s name from a friend. He and John came out and determined my 14 year old condenser unit was just about done. They got me recharged for the night and returned the next day to install a new condenser unit. I was thoroughly satisfied with their service and their pricing. Update (8/12/19) - When they installed the new condenser, they found a leak in one of the aluminum tubes in the air handler. John repaired it but told me he could not guarantee the repair due to its location. He also told me that this manufacturers coils were the subject of a class action lawsuit claiming that the coils were too thin (verified online). AC stopped blowing cold this weekend. John was out here just after noon on Monday and installed a new air handler. Again, very satisfied with the price and extremely satisfied with the service.

Our a/c stopped working and we didnt notice it until almost 10:00 at night. Since the house was already cooler and it was night we waited until the morning. When we started to call people in the morning, either no one would answer or they wouldnt make the time to help and pushed us out a week to even look at the unit. With my wife and son in the house I wasnt into waiting that long.I called John and he was able to see us first thing before going to his first appointment. When he got here he was able to diagnose the issue within 20 minutes. Changed a few fuses, found the root of the issue with a bad capacitor on the outside unit and like that the unit came back to life.He answered every question I had along the way and went the extra mile to clean the outside coils because they looked really dirty. His professionalism, knowledge and quality of service was top notch and Id recommend him all day long to anyone who needs a/c work. He is the real deal!

EAS did an excellent job of installing my new AC system at less than other contractor estimates. I am completely happy with John’s work and would highly recommend him.

My AC line was clogged with water backing up into the house and garage on a Sunday Evening. Called EAS and John was here in less than 30 minutes. He not only cleared the line but did a detailed service on my unit which uncovered an air leak on the side of my Air Handler.
