Rafael came by 2 times. First time the AC was completely frozen. Needed to defrost and then 1st thing on the morning he came by to check on the repairs. Found a small leak that needed correction and placed more gas on it. Everything was quick, clean and the AC is back to 100%.

Mr. Silva provided a 100% professional service and I (and my AC) are better for it. He arrived just before the agreed appointment time. Mr. Silva was very conscientious in helping to keep my house clean; removed his shoes at the door and was very careful in the hallways and utility closet. It started with that last week when I passed one of My went, I felt no cold air coming out of it, since I have problems with breathing, I panicked, remember that someone had recommended Raphael from Stream Cold Air Corp. on Nextdoor I found the link and called Him. He came within 15 min. found the problem right away (It was a wire connected to the Compressor) and fixed it. If your looking for a AC tech I highly recommend RAFAEL SILVA. First of all he came at the time we had scheduled and was understanding, knowledgeable and took the time to go over what the problem was and showed me what and why we were having an issue. Rafael is soft spoken and never seemed like he wanted to just throw me a quote and leave. But the most important thing to us was his honesty. I had 4 other companys come out and in 2 min of looking at my rooftop unit, told me it was a lost cause. Telling me that my coils were junk, also my evaporator was also garbage. All four had a similar response, so I began to reserve my self to having to replace the whole unit which ranged from 4800.00- 5600.00 dollars.Im a master electrician and I was going on the word of four tradesman. My last company to meet with was Rafaels and thank God I waited to hear what he had to say. Replace right? Wrong. He explained my coils were dirty and might only last 4 to 5 years.But the problem I was having at the moment was the blower motor which he replaced for the outrageous price of 500.00 dollars and my AC RUNS LIKE A TOP ONCE AGAIN. SORRY FOR THE LONG WRITE UP BUT I FELT THIS MAN SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED AS A MAN THAT BELIEVE IN FIXING A PROBLEM WIRHOUT TRYING TO GET RICH OFF HIS CUSTOMERS.
