Amazing people. i got a popped tire because of a nail and they patched it and i was out in 30 minutes. great people. would definitely come back. i don’t live close but i’d definitely drive back down here if i need anything. highly recommend.

DONT SAY YOU WERENT WARNED!. They have of the most dishonest people working here. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and high speed wheel balance.They changed the oil, but told me they couldnt rotate the tires because one of my tires had 3 nails and a razor. Consequently, i was told that I needed a brand new tire and it would be $300 for the 1 tire.That cost was unreal to me especially since I had just bought a full set of tires in January for under $700. I took the truck to 4 corner tire, where I originally bought the set of 4 and was charged $53 to fix my tire.The tire did have 3 nails, but the guy at 4 corner tire told me he could patch the holes because they were small and the tires were brand new. He also told me that the razor blade never punctured the tire.Today, 5/26/21, i took the truck back for my high speed balance, I have the 3 year service plan. when I picked the truck up, they told me i needed brakes and gave me a printed estimate of $375.I called 4 corner tire and asked what the cost would be for the same services that were quoted on the printed estimate and they told me the cost would be $225.BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN HAVING WORK DONE AT THIS PLACE. THEIR PRICES ARE MUCH HIGHER THAN THE COMPETITION AND THEY WILL DRAIN YOU WALLET OF EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR.

Honestly I am so happy that I went here. I promised the manager I was going to do a review so here it is ;), as I arrived I was immediately greeted and welcomed, within minutes I was able to describe my car issue to the guys and sit down too enjoy a clean safe area to work on some stuff on my laptop. After about 30 minutes they updated me what was needed for my fix. I agreed to the repairs and they went straight to work! The price was definitely fair because I got quoted from the dealer and other repair shops which were out of this world. As a single mom living on a fixed income they really cared and made me feel important! Not soon after they called my name I was done. VERY EASY! I would like to add that the review that apparently before mine is so wrong! These guys are definitely the most personable and honest auto repair shop in town. Reading this guys comment about being upset about repairing a tire 3 times sounds just unsafe so I don’t blame there decision on not doing that! How rude to try to ruin these peoples name because you want to be risky! They were just looking out for your safety it seems like. As this all comes to a conclusion I really enjoyed the service and will forever be coming here for any of my car needs. I dealt with Juan when going to the store. Not only was he extremely friendly but he was very efficient when dealing with a few people at a time. I was able to be in and out in less than 10 minutes. He was also very honest. When telling him my car issues, i assumed I’d need a patch and potentially new break pads. Normally stores will hit the ground running saying you need a new tire and even agree on break pads; even if i didn’t need them. He not only told me i didn’t need new break pads, but he explained to me why my car was acting a certain way so that I would understand and not worry. Then, since i didn’t have an appointment, i was advised it would be a few hours. I got a call back from Juan in an hour saying my car was ready! I needed a patch on my car and a dent fixed in my rim. Knowing I’ve bought tires from this tire kingdom before I advised that i wasn’t sure if the one having an issue was the one i bought from this store. However, when he called me he said that actually that was not one of the tires i purchased from that store but that it’s ok and the tire repair was on the house. All in all, i had a very positive experience with Juan. So friendly, efficient, honest and made my day! 100% will continuously use this tire kingdom. Customer service was subpar and you can tell they care about satisfaction. This is not my first good experience with them just Juan stood out to me this time around. Thank you Juan!

Had a nail in my tire. Joe, manager, said 90 to 120 minutes to get done. 60 minutes later done! Saw the sign saying theyll check brakes for free. They checked. Joe said brakes are perfect. Funny I say. Two weeks ago dealer told me I needed to replace brakes. Tried to convince me saying how dangerous it would be to drive with those brakes. I declined as I had just purchased 3 new tires and that was enough expense for one day. So clearly I will NOT be going back to THAT dealer(which will remain nameless until I do a google review on THEM!). So I WILL make this Tire Kingdom my new car care center! Thank you Joe! And thank you too, to the technician who worked on my car!!

Found an awesome place with honest workers and tremendous service! I brought my sons old Landcruiser into the Tire Kingdom in Deerfield Beach to get a flat tire fixed. They were totally honest with me of where the problem was, did not try to sell me a new tire when this one could be repaired and did it in an efficient and timely way. The manager, Charlie, was very nice and kept the place running well. I watched as one of the employees, Samuel, at the front desk did a tremendous job of calming down a potential customer who was upset about having to wait behind people already having work done. I was very impressed with him and the entire crew! Our family will be back to purchase tires here in the future. I would highly recommend this Tire Kingdom to anyone.

Absolutely useless. They changed my tire and the Tire pressure monitor light came on. No one at that ship had the right equipment to check it. After 3 days of trying back I finally went to another store to get it fixed.

Called ahead for appt. Joe told me no appt needed. Come anytime. Oil change 45 mins to an hour.I show up, no Joe. Guy at the desk quotes me 90 minutes. I communicated my conversation with Joe. He referred me to Jiffy Lube if I wanted quick service.I am new to this area and had hoped to become a long term customer.I do not care to write reviews, however the employee was so rude I had to document.Another customer in the lobby let me know that Joe always quotes a short waiting time and to come right over. Bait and switch?I will not return to find out!

SilverRocks warranty service recommends this location as approved . Yet this Tire Kingdom doesnt have an account to accept pay from SilverRock? The staff there are great and couldnt understand it either. SilverRock said they havent seen this before. Basically corporate wasting my day and nothing to will get fixed. Sad...

This was one of the most Pleasant experiences Ive ever had getting new tires for my car. With covid-19 and the economy in the tank its difficult to Shell out several hundred dollars to get new tires on a car. I had trepidation walking in thought it was going to be really expensive. I spoke to a gentleman there at the shop and let him know that financially I wasnt capable of spending under $2 I need the basic tires for my vehicle and if he could take a look and see what he had. Within 5 minutes he was able to offer me the tires needing to be replaced and I walked out of their spending $189.Definitely Recommend this place, for any of your tire car needs I know that I will be returning.

They do great work here, and they are honest, which is quite rare these days. When I move further away, I will come out of my way to visit this shop, when my car needs repairs. Pretty good place, I have no complaints. Went here to get my oil changed on short notice. They gave me my car back within the hour. Plus they actually employed a girl. Most places like this that Ive been to (ie tires plus) are giant sausage fests. It was refreshing to have my car handled by a gal for once.

Quick, efficient and a good job getting the tires rotated and oil changed. Very reasonable. They updated the waiting room for COVID and distancing. Took the car right at the scheduled time.

I will never ever give this location my business from the minute I walked in I noticed the blonde girl that works the front desk had a bad attitude with everyone that was calling the store over the phone then she rudely refused to service my vehicle over a simple tire rotation the manager needs to terminate her employment or properly train her on how to provide quality customer service my first and only experience with Tire Kingdom was a huge disappointment.👎🏾👎🏾

I literally just walked out of Tire Kingdom of Hillsboro& had to rate my GREAT & FAST EXPERIENCE w/ Serenna McKellar who is super funny & friendly. The staff looks like they go beyond for each customer which I havent always seen w/ other tire companies. I will DEFINITELY be back if Im having tire issues.

Waste of my time. I made an appointment to put on two tires and I told them I had the tires. Not once did they ask me if they were brand new or told me they only install brand new tires. Once I told them I had the tires that would have been the perfect opportunity to ask the condition. I drove all the way from coconut creek and was just turned around. He didnt even apologize for the miscommunication. Will never go back.

I went to this location today July 22nd at 6:24pm with a half flat tire with just a nail in it and ask for a plug they didnt even take a look at my car.The manager billy told me that they are not accepting any more cars and there was a tech in the shop not doing anything but just waiting on 7pm closing time.i personally dont think its a nice thing turning down a loyal customer especially when the location was still open and the service I requested only takes no more than 5 min.i think the manager Billy is very lazy and costing this location a lot of money.Higher authorities should really look in to this and stop this problem from happening again.i love this place but they just lost a loyal customer.

Made an appointment because I was in a hurry and the car sat there for 40!minutes before they even started. Manager didn’t care and was certainly not apologetic. Waiting area is very dirty.

I went there to get a puncture patched. They were busy so it took a while but the young guy Eddie was helpful and polite with all customers. When my car was done he gave me the key and said I was good to go, no charge. My experience was somewhat different to most of the people on here.

Total ripoff. Went there to change my oil and filters.Was charged $50 for changing cabin filter which is basically 4 screws and swap out.I have also asked them to return my oil because I brought 10QT of my own oil and the car takes only 7QT. They said the remaining oil is in the cars trunk. Of course it was not!!! Had to come back and ask again for it.

Price and quality of labor was solid. Staff was very friendly. Will absolutely call them first next time I have any issues.

I was a regular customer, I changed an alternator and a battery there, 17 months later I took my car to repair a flat tyre and without any explanation they opened the trunk, when I asked them they told me they always reviewed the engine and oil, and offered to clean the injector by $200, I refused and I prompted them to just repair the tyre. one week later the alternator was broken again, I HAVE LOST COMPLETELY MY CONFIDENCE ON THEM AND I WILL NEVER RETURN, awful service, zero customer service, awful reliability, and worse customer care.

Made an appt and everything went super smooth. Seth greeted me and was super helpful with recommending the right tires for my car. They had a bit of trouble taking off one of my tires due to the lock being over tightened and they really really went out of their way to take their time to help me with this really big issue. I’ve never seen so many tools and attempts to help a client. Thanks to Seth and Bapstiste for taking customer service to the next level.

Everyone I talked to was friendly and professional. Got a great deal on tires, alignment, and oil change. They are busy. So for less wait I would recommend scheduling an appointment. I went in the morning and was done in about an hour and a half.

Ive been a loyal Tire Kingdom / NTB customer for years. Unfortunately some of the shops are very dishonest. This shop in particular is excellent, ethical, and really cares about your vehicle. Although it is pretty far from where I live, I will go to the shop from now on. Avoid the Tire Kingdom at Copans Road at all costs. But this shop is great. Thanks guys.

I’ve been twice, once for a tire patch and once for an oil change. Both were pleasant experiences with no appointment, and both jobs were done within 90 minutes ( considering it was a weekend and I had no appointment ) I thought they did an excellent job.

Worst experience of my life. In 45 years. I brought my car in for brake problem. It took a day and half to trouble shoot brakes. The manager called me said they could not fix brakes?? Too I had to pick up call immediately?? I told because call doesnt work I have to tow it to another shop. A day later when I came to tow car it was gone They had car tow too impound lot??? Sick cost over $490 to get my car back. What kind of business does this?? Malicious . This most aggressive attack against me as a paying customer in life. This Manager . made worst mistake of his career. Biggest loser Ever Award

Prices are fairly good, staff is great and I just changed a tire for free because of a warranty I bought and had no problems at all claiming it even though I lost the papers. Totally worth it.

I needed to have my exhaust header gasket and one bolt to replace one missing. The man told me that they dont stock bolts and to take my car to a muffler shop he then walked away. I also needed front end work, a tune up,and a oil change but I wasnt going to chase him down after he walked away. I have spent money at this shop before, tires, brakes etc but no more.

I went here around the holidays for an oil change. They had about an hour before they closed, but the manage informed me he let the guy that does the oil change leave early. Im glad I didnt waste any money here. STAY AWAY.

My experience was horrible there, they did warranty work on my thermostat housing and didnt put the gasket on.Thank God it didnt leak right away, it started leaking 11 months later. I took it back and they supposed to have fixed again. 10 months later leaking again. The manager there is clueless because theyre too busy making passes at women.I was there 5 days ago and I witnessed this lady waiting to get a oil change, no one greeted her for over 10 minutes. Im telling you dont go there. The mechanic arent properly trained.

I got my car new in 2017, It is 15 months old now. It only has 9,575 miles on it. The front tires were shot already. They were Michelin tires. I contacted them and they told me to go to a dealer. I went to tire kingdom and spoke to Serrena in Derfield Beach. She contacted Michelin and got everything taken care of with them. They honored the warrenty and Serrena was so helpful and turning a hard situation into a much more pleasant experience. She took care of everything my car needed and made sure I was happy. She was amazing and I am so thankful for Tire Kingdom and her for all the help. Thank you!

Terrible service, they over charge everything. Dont let them fix anything on your car because they will tell you things need to be replaced that are perfectly fine. I took my car there because it was acting weird and they said i needed 900 dollers worth of work done, i got a second opinion at a different mechanic and he said i just needed to replace the spark plugs. I got tune up and car runs great.

This shop is probably the worst Tire Kingdom experience I have ever had. I will never bring my car back for a service and the managers are rude. There is a young managers with tattoos which is not very professional. Avoid this place and take your money some where else.I will be writing a complaint to the corporate headquarters.

WHEN ASKED WHY THEY DECLINED THE CHECK...ALL THE GUY SAID IS HE DIDNT KNOW... NO WAY THEY WANTED THE CASH!!!THEY USE SOMETHING LIKE TELEA CHECK WHICH DOES NOT CHECK WITH THE BANK.....BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!

Took over 2 and a half hours to have 4 new tires put on when only 1 other car was being serviced and 4 people working. The best is though even taking over 2 hours to have new tires put on and balanced. They balanced them incorrectly and when I brought it back the next day the second I walk in I get yeah figured you would come back as we balanced your tires wrong. So they knew what they did but since it was late in the day they wanted to leave so let me leave with un balanced tires. Luckily nothing happened when I was driving on the I 95 later that night since I was only on it for 2 exits as my car was rattling and shaking all over because of the un balanced tires. After telling me they let me leave yesterday knowing the job was wrong they made me wait another 2 hours to balance the tires correctly. I would NEVER go back to this place or any other tire kingdom. Rather pay triple the price instead of bringing my car back here.

OIL EVERYWHERE!!! Oil change service was good, but now I need to go and clean the seats of my car. They have oil stains. Bad, bad, bad.!!! If any management is reading this please do somethinnngggg. At least reimburse me for my seat cleaning.

This place is awful. Was told to come in for an oil change at 1230 for an appointment. Service desk personnel were dazed and confused when they recognized I had to be out by 230. Felt sorry for the people that had been waiting for 3 hours for an oil change and 5 hours for brake pad change. Needless to say I blew off the appointment, and will NEVER ATTEMPT TO RETURN. Goto autotronics at Dixie and SW 10th down the street, little mom and pop place. Got me in immediately and was comparable in price.

RIP OFF! DO NOT SPEND YOUR $$$$ @ THIS LOCATION!!! I went there for blown struts. I got three estimatesand theres was the cheapest (you truely get whatyou pay for). They never test drove my car and claims they ordered and changed my struts. They again didnt test drive the car after they finished the job. I wondered why but Im a woman so I assumed this was a routine thing. As soon as I drove out of there location, as they were closing the gates, the area ofthe strut job started to knock as I went over a bump. I called the nextday after I notoiced that the noise was getting worse. They asked me to come in the following day, and when I did, the Service Manager immediately made it seem like it was my fault for putting a new part on it with old parts. I then knew that they puposely left off a part to have me come back. They claim I needed mounts for the job to be done properly. So, I asked, why did you make me pay near $1k and let me leave your establishment as if the job had been done and fixed? They said I now had to pay for the mounts from them and additional labor plus what ever inflated price for the part that could only be bought from the dealer. Long story they scammed me into coming to there shop twice, in efforts to have me double pay. SCAMMERS. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!DONT SPEND YOUR $$ HERE! Who changes Struts and not the mounts? UNPROFESSIONAL!! I had to stop the check.

What a rip off. My husband was out of town and he usually does my oil change. So I drove over there to see how much they charge, what a waste of time. I should have just called them. I saw an ad in the local newspaper and it said $18.99 Oil Change and when I asked them about it, they act as if they dont know anything about it. DO NOT GO HERE! They are liars.
