Our A/C units have problems; called to set up repair appointment; we were told that they ONLY ACCEPT CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ALREADY PRUCHASED UNITS FROM THEM , ($$$) OR NEW CLIENTS WHO WILL BUY NEW UNITS WITH THEM ! meaning you buy new units and they will come to you, or you already DID BUY through them and YES ,, they will honor the call !oh ! and for those who need some service /maintenance etc... DUE TO COVID... THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO HELP THOSE WHO WILL OT PURCHASE NEW UNITS !!!. here is our experience with this company.. wondering the true reliability of all those reviews following our phone call ........

We are so happy and relieved that we finally found an outstanding AC company! This company is amazing! Our AC broke and they went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed and most importantly, I trusted their advice throughout the process. I tried a few other AC companies in the area, including another one we already have a maintenance contract with, and decided to go with Cousins anyway…yes, they’re that good! Kim and Olivia we’re so helpful scheduling multiple visits right away as was everyone in the parts department and Jayson for coming out and walking me through what we would need for a whole new system when that day comes, which it will and I will be hiring Cousin’s to do the install. Jay, Steven and Franel were also great to work with. The hero for us though was Jorge, thank you! He was at our home till 9pm making sure my family had AC for the night and then was back the next day to finish some of the work so it was up and running for good. He is awesome! Thank you Cousin’s!

Cousins Air provides an extremely professional service, and its definitely worth it to purchase their plan. They come out twice a year to perform maintenance and keep everything running in tip-top shape. Shoutout to Reade Robinson who checked the entire system very quickly and provided preventative maintenance for our AC!!

I cant say enough positive things about this company. Jason, was amazing! He was professional, honest and even followed up with me after the job was complete to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The Techs, Al, Alex and Jean where so polite, worked hard and keep a smile on their face when working in brutally hot circumstances. I wish they did more than just air conditioning because I would hire them over and over! If your looking for the best, I can say, you found them!

Let me first start off my stating how nice the women are that answer phones. It doesnt matter what I am calling about, the women there are always so nice and pleasant to speak with. They always get a technician out as fast as they can and 9/10 times they have been right on time. I always use the same technicians if they are available which is Reade, Jorge, or Chris..... but if those 3 technicians are as good as they are, then I bet all of their techs are just as professional. Cousins Air has been such a pleasure to work with and I 100% recommend this company. They do what is best and right for the customer. Oh and whenever they have to come to my home for anything, I get a follow up call or text the next day to make sure I was satisfied with with the service/work that was done.

So far my experience with Cousins A/C has been excellent - the salesman Jimmy Desroaches was very informative, knowledgeable about the individual products and helpful, without pressure. Installation was today - Gene and the team worked very hard to insure that all went well. Excellent installation and the workers were very polite, neat and helpful!

Cousins A/C installed a new unit in my home about 6 months ago.Everything about the installation went perfectly. This company is responsive and on time! Today, I had my first maintenance on the unit and the technician, Reade Robinson, went totally beyond the basics service to move an old pump that was causing an excessive vibration! This was a pump that Cousins did not originally install, yet seeing the problem, Reade went the extra mile to fix it. I consider this exceptional and thorough service. Five Stars!!!

I was having a problem with the AC randomly turning off. I called in the morning. The person who took my call correctly diagnosed the problem just from my description and scheduled a tech to come out that evening. They actually showed up a few hours early and quickly fixed the issue. Tech was friendly and informative. Great service all around.

Yes he was very good.....The technicians you send to Kraft (10049 Yellowfield Drive, Boynton Beach) on Sept. 17th were terrible.....worked on unit for 2 hours & could NOT fix unit. Todays guy was great! He knew what he was doing and fixed unit in 30 minutes!

Jorge, The Master Technician who always treats me like his cousin, arrived for the scheduled Maintenance on time, fine-tuned, and rejuvenated my AC system. Furthermore, he spent enough time with me to answer all my questions about the thermostat’s behavior and he never once rushed through the process. Very thorough inspection of he 3 systems and a good report on what is needed. Extremely courteous and respectful of our home.

I have an older system that was checked and maintained. I received an in depth status of the units health and what to expect in the near future. Jorge answered questions about providing an additional vent for Florida room and moving the AC access to the garage as it is tight where currently located.

We needed to have our ducts replaced. They came the day after I called to determine what needed to be done. I received a quote by the end of the day. I got another quote and it included things we didnt need. The 3rd company wouldnt give us a quote because the space was too small.After I accepted the quote the work was started a couple of days later and they completed it on time.But the best part was at the end of the day they made it so the air was working in the bedroom so we could sleep! Very thoughtful.I couldnt be more pleased. I would highly recommend Cousins Air. Professional, well priced, honest and thorough.

Chris came in and quickly identified the problem with my A/C. It was frozen! He got the ice off the coils and checked the Freon pressure, as well as did a leak test on the Freon tubing. I asked him about installing a UV light, which he did, and even fixed something the idiots who installed my A/C didnt hook up. Im very happy with my 1st service from Cousins Air and signed a maintenance contract with them. I will use them for my maintenance and issues going forward.

On a Sunday evening, after wondering why my A/C had not been working all day, it was very stressful to notice that the drain line was plugged and water was spilling out from the drip pan. But I called Cousins and I am very happy I did. Reade came out at 9 PM on a Sunday evening and had everything taking care of in about 10 minutes. Considering then urgent request and that it was on a Sunday, I thought the price was more than reasonable. I would recommend Cousins to anyone needing A/C work. Keep up the good work!

What amazing guys! Very kind and funny. They had so much respect for the home and furnishings. More than I have for my own stuff lol! I have dogs and they were very respectful when I had to move my dogs to another room. They cleaned after (not that there was much to clean from them they probably swept up stuff I had on the floor before they came). Great company. The receptionist is very sweet as well. I will definitely be using them for any AC service I need in the future.

Had an external cover over the circuit breaker on the front panel re-glued. Also, replaced the filter on each of two A/C systems. Also, re-set the number of times the unit can turn on / off per hour and lowered the humidity setting on one thermostat.

They were very friendly and worked hard they explained everything to me and answered all my questions.

Cousins Air is amazing. Our A/C died on 6/28 and the first company totally bailed by not showing up when they said they would, not picking up the phone, and then tried to get aggressive over the phone because we told them to forget it, dont come! Cousins came and did a great assessment, looking at the inside and outside unit the same day we called them (6/29). They worked so hard to get us a unit by the next day (and we had A/C Gods shining down on us!), and succeeded. They came on time, were professional, courteous and did a great job. Cousins technician was thorough and neat, and handled the jobs of installing a new thermostat and routine maintenance of our A/C unit ably, and also adjusted the vents in a bedroom (high ceiling!) to increase airflow. Great job (this was our first call to Cousins after installing a new Carrier A/C back in the Spring)! Also, service was arranged promptly after we called.

I have never in my life said this about a home repair company/air conditioning company, but Cousins is AMAZING. They fixed for $190 what others were telling me Id basically have to tear out walls to fix. Since I described a difficult job, they sent a senior guy who knew immediately what was going on and how to repair it quickly. He then had other recs to keep things running right but he knew how important it was to get things up and running in the summer in Florida and just did it. Cousins saved us!

Extremely impressed. The whole team goes above and beyond — Sales, install crew, service. We had a Carrier system installed. Jason, our sales rep was very knowledgeable and explained every detail of our purchase and options clearly and effectively. He gave us a fair price on a nice system. Follow-up / follow-through was good. The install crew was very professional, and went further than expected to deliver a high-quality installation. A site supervisor came by at the end of the install to check on the work. Work quality was excellent and they cleaned up after the job was complete. I couldn’t have asked for anything to be better.

We had to replace our old air conditioner unit and got quotes from a few companies. Jason, the representative from cousins air came to see us. We were impressed with his knowledge and advice on the product and we ended up purchasing a new unit from cousins air in March 2020.Last week we had a problem with the unit not cooling and called Cousins air. They came to service the unit adding Freon and everything worked fine. Two days later the unit started playing up again. A new service rep came and added Freon again, saying a coil in the condenser needed to be replaced, which would arrive in 2 days.There was no call from them and I called Jason.Jason advised me that since they have not corrected the problem and take pride in their customer service, Cousins air have decided to replace the condenser unit outside. Ouzo should Air is the best! Their techs are on time, professional, and pleasant. Tonight Christopher was here to replace a switch. He completed the work efficiently and was so pleasant. In South Florida your AC is critical and I know I don’t have to worry about my system with Cousin Air protecting it.
