Weve always had great interactions with John and his team. They are very knowledgeable and informational. They are more than willing to help and go above and beyond what they have to do for us. They are always prompt to reply to our inquiries and will work with us on whatever we need. I feel like they never try to sell us anything. They always provide the information that we need to make our own decisions on the services or product that were looking for.I especially like that John takes the time to meet with teenage kids who have just received their drivers license. We have two kids now that have their license and both times, John met with us to go over all the details and costs involved with adding teenage drivers to the policy. He also provided information on how we can save money on our policy. He can simulate what the costs would be if you receive discounts for completing their safe driving app and for having good grades in school. He can also simulate what the costs would be if they have any or multiple infractions. This was a huge eye opener for our kids to see what the cost differences were and I feel it definitely made them more aware how their driving records will impact them, and us, financially.

Asked to us my car and renters Insurance. Never looked into my plan for me. Pretty mu told me no I can’t use it. I told him people messed with my car. I have a hole in my Celine and people are breaking into my place. I’m trying report it to the police they just tell me to call the crisis center because I need mental help. They won’t let me use my insurance. People reported to me that this office is letting people use other peoples insurance.
