First of all no one returned my calls. No one returned my emails. It was as if Matthew Prill does not exist nor attend to his emails or phone messages. I called with a question regarding business insurance and was shuffled around to several offices and never got a response. The Allstate app does not work properly for their discount drive wise service. Finally I switched back to Geico.
Received a quote and decided to go with the offer. Received a call that the underwriters saw the recently installed roof was an architectural style and they were raising the premium due to higher cost of replacement. I find this odd because the agent was talking with the underwriters before I accepted their offer. I wonder if its something they routinely do. Get you to accept their offer, then a month after you pay, they raise the premium. I called and requested to talk with the owner, Matt Prill. Someone else from the office called, Ive never heard from Matt. I hope I never need to file a claim. I get the feeling they will find some excuse not to pay. I dont plan to stay past the year I paid for. It may have been different if Matt had cared enough about his customers and called me.
Matt was extremely helpful and quick in getting me switched over. He even found extra savings for an auto policy. I highly recommend Allstate through Matt A+.
Could have more deals to save even more money but still good service
