Removed a baby raccoon from bath closet and inspected points of entry. I rated them 5 stars for three reasons 1. Arrived within 10 minutes of call. 2. Immediately removed raccoon and 3. Staff was very courteous and professional. The young man that arrived is to be commended for his knowledge and professionalism.
