One of the best experiences I have had renting anything. I rented heating equipment from them to kill bugs. So many times you go to rent something for a job and they end up adding items and cost to the bottom line. Not these guys, Scott made sure we had everything we needed to do the job and it was all covered in the original quoted price. They took the time to make sure we were comfortable running the equipment and gave us a 24 hour phone number if anything came up. All in all dealing with them was a good experience. While the heaters worked perfectly and I had no problems with the machinery the customer service aspect of it was horrible. Since Dayton is literally the only place in central Ohio to rent those type of heaters I had to drive two hours, then thinking it’s 24 hr and even calling, I get there at 11 am and it’s closed with a hand written sign 7/18/20 12:00-5 .. ok whatever but the beat part is he’s a half hour late. If you wanna do business do it right. I’d rather buy my own then deal w that again.

I found bed bugs in my home and called Bed Bug Heaters and couldnt be more pleased with this company. The owner was very pleasant and came to my home the very next day. He did a very thorough inspection and pointed out to me when he found evidence of the bed bugs. Quite frankly, I was so appalled once he showed me what he found that he could have sold me anything to fix the problem. Fortunately for me, the whole house was not infested and being an honest person, he only sold me the services I actually needed. I was given detailed instructions on what I needed to do to prepare my home for the treatment.On the day scheduled for my home treatment, the gentleman that was sent to do the work was just as professional as the owner. The entire process was much easier than I anticipated. This company also stands behind their work. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

This is the only company you will ever need. Best price anywhere! I called and they were at my place the next day giving us a free estimate! They did a fantastic job and explained everything they were doing and completely cleared our home of all bugs at a very reasonable price! They were quick, professional and very personable people to work with. We have given recommendations to our family and all of our friends! We will always call bed bug heater rentals in the future if needed! We had them do the professional job they are known for. We actually had other pest companies reccommend them!!! Call them and you will be as thrilled with the results as we are!! We gave them 5 stars and they derserved every one of them and more!

My husband travels for work. We have been very lucky till now. Scott was very professional. I am very happy to know i have someone that i can call if this happens again. Highly recommend! For either diy or for the professional service! They are great people with fantastic consumer service! I rented a heater from them and they really cared that I got the job done correctly! Also the convenience of going out there and picking up the heaters and doing the job myself vs having to take time off work to meet someone at my apartment is amazing for me. I only saw one bug (98% sure it was brought in that day) and they set me up like I was dealing with a full on infestation! I rather be safe than sorry though so Im super thankful!

This by far was the best decision to use this company. They were so informative and actually cared for my situation. The gentleman at the counter took his time to explain the entire process. Actually had it set up to demonstrate the procedures. Very friendly people. I would not hesitate for a second to refer them to anybody. This is what customer service is all about. If u have pest problems, they are the people to call. I give them a 15 out of 10 for their customer support. I really cant say enough. Scott and his team are real professionals. They know exactly what theyre doing and how to advise you. This is a one-and-done solution to a very annoying problem that is getting bigger by the day. No 3-month, multiple treatments to MAYBE get the job done for lots of $$$$$. We treated 4 large bedrooms + hallway - 2 rooms at a time...took a total of 3 days - paid $750 because we elected to have them do the work - Orkin quoted me $4,000.00 for the same job ...1 month later and there is still no sign of bed bugs - & believe me, I check at least every other day for signs. This is the only way to go & these guys are the best!

Bed bugs are very difficult to get rid of. These people are on the ball. They persistently worked with me to get rid of these pest.Great down to earth people that know what there doing !!!!

Rid your place of bed bugs and not your wallet of all its cash! If you are willing to do the work yourself you can save 100s if not 1000s of dollars. They will rent you the equipment and give you detailed setup information so you can accomplish the task yourself in 3 or 4 days depending on the size of your place. The employees and their website are very educational and informative and if you follow their directions you can end your infestation problems saving a lot of money using the same type of equipment as the commercial guys. A three day rental cost me $450 and I did the prep and setup work but the results were outstanding. I had commercial estimates over a $1000. Thanks! And I would recommend them.
