These guys are awesome. initially called because I thought I had termites. they found I had citronella ants and helped me solve the problem. relieved to not have termites. and feel confident they took care of me. Thanks again guys! Very Professional.

Mike and one of his workers came out to my house to inspect some insect damage. They were on time and completed a thorough inspection unlike several other companies who simply tried to sell me a monthly plan. Mike gave me some advice and left me with a peace of mind. They didnt wear protective gear to my surprise. They have a truck with a hose that just sprays chemicals.They didnt leave until the job was done. You can tell that they love their job. Highly recommend!!

So I found some unwanted visitors in my house and started panic-cleaning. I called bright and early on a Sunday (!) morning and reached Mike. He was affable, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. Id spent two days staring at the internet getting bombarded with doomsday scenarios of filth, pestilence, and disease. There was a lot of screaming internally.Mike was lovely. He listened to my explanation (panicked babbling?), looked at the picture I sent, and said something like , it doesnt sound like you have to laminate yourself and burn it all down, because I can identify this chitin-coated monstrosity with no problem. Its probably not an infestation and you should be OK. But if youre worried, look in these spots, they like to try to hide behind the fridge, etc.I dont actually remember his speech verbatim, I was too busy remembering how to breathe and putting away the gasoline. In short, he took fifteen minutes to look at my situation, did NOT exploit my neurotic concerns of impending bug doom, and seems to be absolutely correct. I cleaned and looked things over Sunday, and havent seen any since.But if I do get any pest invasions (apparently they dont count small children as pests?), I know whom I will be calling. Mike and Jim came out the next day after I called about a possible termite problem. They did a thorough inspection and turns out it was just some ants. Mike showed me pictures of what termites look like and explained what to keep an eye on in the future. Communication and scheduling were very easy and I will be calling them for any future pest needs.

He was punctual with his appointment time, was courteous and did a very thorough inspection of my property. Having inspected the basement, interior wall and the exterior foundation.I had been engaging in a home remodeling project when I discovered termite damage next to my chimney and above my fireplace mantle. Through his inspection, it was deduced that the home had been previously treated. Mike gave me great input as to the nature of a termite infestation, what his suspicions were and what might be done prophylactically.No bill was rendered for the his time and diagnostic acumen. Mike came and calmed our fears, we thought we had a termite infestation after cutting away some drywall. We knew our house had been treated for termites before we had purchased it. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and opened. He told us what we needed to look for. Mike taught us very good information that we needed to have as a home owner. He believed what we was seeing was damage from and old infestation. I will will definitely use this company in the future and refer them to all my friends. This company is not like most big companies that only want to make a buck. So pleased!!!

Excellent pest control. We had our yard and detached garage treated for fleas. When we walked out to our garage one day, we walked out covered in fleas! Called Midwest Termite & Pest Control, he was available the next day. Came out, assessed the situation and treated it for a very reasonable price. Was very informative and helpful, and promptly answered my questions sent via text after the service was performed. Day 3 now, and I havent seen any more fleas! Will have them treated monthly, at least until winter, to prevent any recurrence. Its affordable and totally worth the peace of mind! Also, I like to support local, small businesses whenever I get the chance... Especially ones who provide such great customer service along with a great product!

I would not use this company. Paid for a treatment for fleas, needed a second treatment which the owner said should eliminate the problem. The problem still remained. When i brought it to his attention he said well we will have to start over. He wanted me to pay for the exact service I paid him for the first time that didnt get rid of the problem. Terrible customer service. Save your time and money.

If you are looking for a friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable pest control company, look no further! We happened upon a surprise potential infestation at our home on a Sunday evening and called Midwest Termite & Pest Control with the intention of leaving a message but Mike answered the phone! My husband explained that he had to work the next two days so Mike came out to assess the situation on Sunday evening! We will hands down use this company if we ever happen to need these services again. They clearly put the customer first. We contacted two other chain pest control companies who could not come out until Monday or Tuesday. Our minds are now at ease, knowing the situation is not as bad as we thought, and were thankful to have another local company to support!

We had a termite problem that lingered to the point where my wife was ready to burn our house down. I had the luck to explain her that was not the economical solution. We needed Midwest Termite & Pest Control to come twice. We worked with both brothers and both dogs. They really do know what they are doing because are true experts. We switched to Midwest Termite & Pest Control and have had no problems. The extermination service they provide is exactly as they described. We have not had any problems with any type of pest, including roaches. The service isnt more expensive than our last company but we are having less issues with bugs in our house than we used to. We are new to using them, but so far so good! I am glad to recommend them!
