Mr Ross came to our home today and inspected the house and told us we didnt need a treatment. He could have done an unnecessary treatment on the house and cost us a lot of money but instead he was honest and told us we didnt need it. We will 100% use his services in the future if the need arises. I sure appreciate an honest person like that.

Mr Ross was extremely professional and very polite. We are first time home buyers and just moved in we thought we may have a pest problem so we called for an inspection. When I go to pay him he says I didnt do anything and he wouldnt take payment for his supplies. This is what you dont see these days with businesss so Im having him come do yearly pest control spray for general bugs. I highly recommend Ross Pest Management to everyone in the area. Jim is very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to identify and treat our issue. After treatment, we noticed a bug every couple of days. We called him a couple of time and he returned quickly and retreated the areas. We have not had any siting of bugs since. He was very talkative and explained his processes, the chemicals he uses, and even gave us some DIY info for the future. He even gave us a lot of information about how to get into the business. Called Ross pest management because I was worried about bed bugs in my home after finding insect bites on me. Back in March i found out that i had a bedbug problem. I couldnt believe it on top of that i have a $3.ooo dollar canopy waterbed.
