I have been going here for years and the girls here do a great job ! They are very professional and do a great job taking my blood I never feel the needle. They get you in and out very fast, never a problem !! I will continue having my blood work done here. You girls rock !!!! Dirk Futrell

All of the employees are really friendly. I didnt have to wait too horribly long even though they were busy. But I wish I could share a picture of my bruised arm here. I went in for blood testing for another doctors office. The woman looked at my arms and said she didnt think she could get blood from my veins but she would see what she could do. Not comforting to hear when youre about to get poked by needles. I am normally told I have great veins for blood testing. Never have issues. She missed my vein with the first try. Tried to move the needle into my vein while still in my arm. She tried the other arm and sort of got my vein, but the blood wouldnt flow. She went to get someone else to try, while loudly talking about it being her first day back from vacation and how she wasnt ready for work. The second woman did a great job but she put the needle in the same vein in the first arm, farther up. Moved the needle to get blood flowing, several times. I had a bruise before she even took the needle out. I should have walked out when the first woman said she didnt think she could do it. To my face. My arms hurt horribly afterwards and I have a nasty bruise. Never going back.

Reading the reviews, l was bracing myself for the worst.In which I was pleasantly surprised how great my experience was. Fast efficient service and my nurse was very professional and pleasant.I went Saturday.

I went in for labwork and the heavyset lady at the front desk is in fact as unprofessional as shes been described. She left my door open so she could chat and as she started to draw blood she shouted. She has a court order. I assumed since she was drawing blood from my arm that she was talking about me. I said I dont have a court order and she snapped I wasnt talking about yoi. O felt embarrassed and embarrassed for the other person she was shouting about thats a hippa violation. Im definitely calling corporate. Nobody deserves to be treated like that. I would not recommend going here if you can avoid it.

The place has closed and I’m still waiting, the wait times here are the worst. And the worst part of it is they can’t even tell you about how long they just say we have a lot of people. Disappointing

Location is convenient but it is usually only staffed by one person. I have had wait times of at least an hour up to 2 hours.

I had to schedule bloodwork requested by my dentist. I did this at 11pm on a Sunday night for the next day; so being able to schedule online was a definite plus. When I got there Monday, I was able to check in from my phone using the link that was sent to me. Apparently staff did not know about this option as she told me twice to check in and I explained the option on my phone vs using the kiosk. Other than that, was in and out.

The check-in process was fast and efficient. Bobbi attended to me and she was very nice and professional. Instead of making me wait till after their lunch hours, she worked during her lunch break to get my test done. Thanks Bobbi!

This a horrible place to go! The staff is rude and make you feel completely stupid! I would never recommend this place to anyone! They all need to be fired and should be replaced with people who actually love their jobs because everyone in there is clearly miserable and are not afraid to show it!

The customer service was terrible. The heavier set girl that processes the urine samples completely makes you feel dehumanized. I went in for a drug screening for my work since its mandatory for everybody and the staff here made me feel like someone who was there for a bad reason. The colored woman that worked the front desk was just as rude as she was blunt and snobby. I will drive the extra thirty minutes to avoid going there again.

I want to state this is the first place Ive reviewed lower than 3 stars, and for good reason. I had some issues dropping off a simple saliva test for my wife with the office in Fairborn. After working with her health care physician and nurses, I was finally able to pickup the test and advised by the LabCorp employee on how to properly do the test. She even told me I could drop this off to this LabCorp in Huber Heights since it is tremendously closer to my home. We complete the test over the weekend and followed proper instructions advised to us. I arrived to this LabCorp and had the worst experience. When I walked in I was behind another gentleman who was finishing talking to the employee. After he got done and walked away, I stepped up to the window. Without any hesitation, this employee hastily threw her hand up that I had to check into the kiosk to be helped. I had never done this the past 3 visits with the Fairborn location. She made no eye contact and had the smuggest attitude ever. I walk over to the kiosk and check in for my wife as the screen instructed, but could no longer progress as I needed her license/ID. She was at work, and again I was told that all I needed was the test and the order form to turn in. I was at a loss and went to ask the employee for help who had already left her desk and was no where to be seen. I waited 5 minutes and no one returned. This review is receiving a 1 star for the blatant disrespect the employer had towards me and unwillingness to help me out. I will have to now waste double the time and gas to drive back to the Fairborn location as they are actually helpful and will actual look/talk to you. (Also, this saliva test has to be frozen so my wasted trip may have screwed the results now due to the employees insolence.) I will take this review down if I am contacted to and the employee is addressed. Never have I had a worse experience. Also, it was the heavier set girl at the counter. She has been mentioned in previous reviews for her rudeness and making people feel dehumanized.

Found this place after a nightmare visit to the Beavercreek LabCorp. All three women who helped me were wonderful! Very professional, kind, and welcoming. I had complete confidence in their abilities.

I was hesitant to go due to the poor reviews on google; however, all of the LabCorps in the area had poor reviews. I had a great experience, was number four in line and was seen within 20 minutes after signing in. Phlebotomist did a great job and after looking at my right arm asked where I would be preferred to be stuck as I have small veins. She was very experienced and got blood on the first stick which is not always the case for me. The receptionist was friendly. Great job LabCorp!

Have made an appointment in the past but it did not seem to make a real difference of time frame so now I came in at 11:20 am an still setting at 12:05. An they stated they have new system that is supposed to make things easier when you come in the door I think not.

Rude front desk lady!! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I’m currently sitting here at the office and the lady is rude and not welcoming in the slightest. Won’t be back. EVER. I am sitting here writing this review and a lady across from me in the waiting room came up to me and said “she obviously hates her job” I said “yeah I guess so, you see what I’m doing” WRITING THIS REVIEW! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER UNLESS YOU WANT TREATED LIKE GARBAGE!!AND BY THE WAY ITS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO TALK BADLY ABOUT YOUR COWORKERS WITH CUSTOMERS SITTING AND LISTENING TO EVERY WORD SINCE IT IS ABSOLUTELY SILENT IN HERE. WE DO NOT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU HATE THAT YOUR COWORKERS DO OR DONT SHOW UP TO WORK.Very upset about this visit!!!

Horrible experience! Had a 10:30 appointment and wasnt even called to the window until 11:05am. Whats the point of making an appointment??? In addition, there were no survey cards in the box to voice my opinion.
