Usually go to MVH South Labs. Had another appointment close to the Paragon location. At approximately 8:30 A.M. I waited a very short time. Information goes into the pad, you sit down and then in a few minutes you are called to the window. A few minutes later, the lab technician called me. It was actually one of the quickest non-appointments I have ever done. Pleasant people. Totally professional. Will definitely choose this site again.

Office staff friendly & kept patients well-informed about the process. All patients wore masks and the waiting area was spacious and clean.

The staff is super friendly and the phlebotomist are very good. The wait time was none and the results were available the same day although that is not always the case.

I make an appointment online. When I get there, they always take me at my appointment time. If more people made an appointment, they wouldnt have to wait so long. All of the staff is professional and friendly.

I came to CompuNet for a blood draw, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very efficient and friendly.

I understand that COVID testing is at an all time high. This creates a back up. I completely understand that, but don’t lie and say something is going to take 48-72 hrs when, in fact, it’s looking like it’s closer to a week.I got tested before 11am on Tuesday. They didn’t log my sample in until 5am Wednesday morning. Almost a whole day of sitting, just to be logged into the system. Now, I’m being told my results MAY BE in on Sunday.I can’t go back to work until I have my test results. If I don’t have COVID, I won’t be paid for the time I missed at work. That’s disastrous for me and my family. There are things that I could have done to ensure I would be okay if this ended up dragging out longer, but since no one was up front with the ACTUAL waiting times, my hands are tied.I just wish that I would have been told upfront about the actual wait time for results. Managing expectations is key. Next time, just be honest.

Walked in got my blood drawn and was out in about 10 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and made the experience very comfortable.

Never have to wait long. Office staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I have small horrible veins that are awful to have blood drawn from. The staff never have trouble getting my blood. Highly recommend

Aug 12, I signed in at 7:34am. At 8:12, everyone who had come in after me had already gone so I asked if they had forgot about me since the waiting room was empty. They looked around for paperwork and said, it looks like youre next. She had a haughty attitude towards my inquiry. She said I would be called in a minute. Meanwhile some guy came and signed in. They called him back before me. I guess she was punishing me for asking if they had forgotten me. It would have gone a long way with me if someone would have acknowledged they had made a mistake. Instead I got a sarcastic body language with a fake, have a nice day.

Make an appointment is so easy through website and most likely is on time.

They do not take insurance unless you have a doctor’s order. Nowhere on the appointment booking feature does it say that at least that I saw. They ask you to be there 10 minutes early and call a number, but when you do the phone is not answered. Waited until my appointment time and tried to call as well and the phone was not answered. Had to go knock on the door to get someone to come so I could find out it would be $100 for the test I needed because they don’t take insurance.

I have been there multiple times with both of my senior parents and myself. We have never had a long wait time. The young lady at the from desk was very friendly. The Phlebotomists were very professional and got my vein in one vote. I would go back there anytime.

Not very good. I sat my purse on the specimen table. Wasn’t thinking and Cynthia went off on me. Next she was looking for a vein. I told her my veins roll and they use my right hand. I also told her they use a butterfly needle. She looked at my hand and said “ I don’t like that see how wrinkly it is?” She finally went and got a butterfly needle. She also grumped about using it. Very poor customer service. You would think one would listen to a patient who seems to know what she was talking about! My hand is very bruised and hurts to touch it. If will not let her ever draw my blood again!

Ive been here twice and have not experienced the wait times other people report. I was in and out of the building in 20 minutes today. I arrived at 8:45am, and two others were ahead of me. The staff were very nice and professional.

Dont bother wasting your time calling them, they NEVER answer the phone or call back. Waiting room is always overcrowded and the staff at the front desk are very rude. Just another lovely example of big companies cutting their staff to help them make an even BIGGER profit and staff becoming frustrated from being under payed and overworked. So hey CompuNet bigwigs & CEO Lisa Rich Milan, I see your company makes an estimated $30-50 million annually, wheres all that money going? Because its obviously not going into efficiently running your offices or staff.

Have to go here every couple months for bloodwork and it’s always an excruciatingly long wait. The first time I waited an hour and a half. They’re super nice, but it hardly makes up for the wait. They never have my bloodwork order ready, they always ask me if it’s in their front computer system or their back computer system as if I know the answer to that. I’m actually in here right now and it has taken 40 minutes to be called up for copies of my insurance card/ID. Still haven’t been called back for bloodwork.

We called ahead to find out a price for a blood test, the lady on the phone was nice and friendly. but when we got there, the lady behind the desk gave us our papers and told the price. After I said we talked to someone and they said it was a different price, the lady behind the counter gave an attitude like she was annoyed, Do you really think for two blood test, it would be that price. I thought she was rude. We decided just to leave. Its not my fault that someone gave me the wrong price.

Fast and easy

Compunet-Paragon used to be FANTASTIC, in all areas. Not so for at least the last 2 yrs, and lately Ive waited over 40 mins before even getting called to the window!!! Had to leave once, might have to do it again today. Horrible!

Greeted nicely by staff. Business taken care of in an acceptable amount of time. Nice building and facilities.

Horrible wait times in Centerville office. I usually go to the Springboro office it never takes more than 10 mins from the minute I walk in the door. Centerville location I had to go the Friday after Thanksgiving due to most offices being closed. I sat 25 mins after signing in before she called me up to ask for my insurance card and license even though I have a standing weekly order. I waited another 13mins before being called back. It took 2 mins to draw my blood. 2 people ahead of me both once called were back out in 3-5 mins. So why a 38 minute wait??

10 min in and out . Very friendly and nice. Couldnt have asked for better.
