The whole process took 40 minutes from the time i signed in until the time i was finished. The workers were very nice and i was pleased with the service

I have blood work done for the last 6 months at this lab and have never had any problems! Staff is friendly and proffesional :) I loath needles and they always make me feel at ease.

Staff was very friendly , The facility was Clean. Definitely not the easiest blood draw I have ever had. My arm hurts the next day and is bruised pretty badly. Never happened to me before. She told me that it was a different type of cap and as she was calling one vial out to put another went in it was terribly painful. I have blood work regularly for my thyroid

Everything with drawing my blood was fine but the guy at the front desk confused what my blood work was for so I had to go back a second time to get blood drawn out. So I had to pay more!

I have not had the greatest experience with this lab in Miami Valley hospital. The facility was very clean and the woman who took my blood was very nice and quick. However, the young lady at the window had no idea what test I was prescribed, she had to make 2 phone calls so that she didnt order the wrong test. The young lady also told me that my results would be ready by 8:00 am the next morning and would be called in to my NP. The next day I was told the results would take 3 days and they had no idea that I wanted my results given to my NP.

I went for blood work in the early afternoon on a Thursday. The staff has very friendly and competent. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The location could be better marked. It is inside the building of the Miami Valley Cardiologists at 122 Wyoming St.

The rating is a big Zero. The website says they open at 6:00am and they were not open. The times changed to 7:30am and they did nothing care about their patients to correct the website.

Doesnt open till 7:30 The site says 6:00 that was the reason I was coming here so I dont have to miss work

The website says they open at 7:30 but they don’t open until 8:30. Only one person is there working for a huge line of people. Terrible management.

Dont post online that you are open at 6m and open at 8:30am
